Wattpad Rant
I really, really tried to get into reading wattpad but I just can't. SO, SO, SO MANY gay fics that it is almost impossible to find something thats not bxb. I have nothing against gay people but I'm starting to think the website was made for gay people. I mean its flooded with bxb and or female reader paired with some dude like 'Sheldon Cooper' or 'Jabba the Hut.' WHO TF WANTS TO READ ABOUT A WHOLE BOOK WHERE SOME FEMALE OC FALLS IN LOVE WITH JABBA THE HUT??????
And like I said I really tried to dig deep into wattpad to find some interesting stories, and out of 6 months of torturous slave work I found ONLY 3, I FOUND ONLY 3, HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE????
Even if you find a fix with an interesting looking fic they always ruin it with the bio's and this is exactly how it goes:

Personality: Y/n is a very kind and polite boy, who doesnt learn from his mistakes and will not hesitate to sacrifice himself for his friends AND HIS ENEMIES (because he is a good boy). He is also shy, anytime he is around Sakura he starts to immediately blush and stutter. He doesn't know why he likes Sakura, he just feels that because she is 'pretty' that she can hit him and call him stupid (because he is good boy).
Looks(ALWAYS a really feminine looking anime character OR a bad drawing the author did(which is commendable, at least they are original in their mc's appearance)).

I simply can't get any diversity with these fics. Like if you search for betrayed deku you'll get two molds of fanfics. Either deku gets framed and discarded by his classmates and sent to jail, where he unlocks a quirk, OR he is betrayed and decides to go to American superhero school where he somehow becomes gay or bisexual.
If you search neglected deku you get one mold of fanfic which is: All might marries Inko midoriya now Inko yagi, Inko becomes a pro hero called green psychic or green tornado, Deku has a twin sister, they go to quirk clinic where doctor tells them deku is quirkless and his twin is not(in fact she has a superpowered up version of inko's quirk). Inko and All might start neglecting deku in favor of his twin sister(Izumi always the name). Deku and his twin got to school where his twin tells their friends(always the same:Katsuki and his twin sister. Shoto and his twin sister.) that her brother is quirkless, so they bully him into not trying to become a hero. Bullying becomes so bad that by the end of middle school Deku tries to kill himself and/or runs away where he gets power up or quirk.(right after he runs away his parents suddenly become enlightened to the way they neglected him, they become regretful. Alot of pro heroes learn Alllmight and Green Psychic had a quirkless kid and neglected him. His twin sister and her friends become regretful, then we learn THEY ALL HAD A CRUSH ON IZUKU EVEN HIS OWN TWIN SISTER!) He comes back for U.A entrance exam(with his new harem) where he meets his old family and bullies. They yell at each other alot. 5 chapters go by and Deku forgives his bullies and the girls from the bully group join his harem.
I can go on and on about neglected naruto and betrayed naruto, betrayed Issei, abused oc x harem, yandere harem x male oc reader, and abandoned male oc reader x KSA. They're all the same, the worst part is THEY ALL SEEM SO INTERESTING AT FIRST. Like the the title will be Deku with the Blacklight Virus as a Quirk(prototype). Ill go "hey that seems interesting, not alot of blacklight empowered mc's", but then I read the summary:
'Deku always wanted to be a hero and led a happy childhood life, and then he and his twin went to the quirk doctor. ABANDONED and NEGLECTED by his family and friends will Deku become the hero he always wanted???'
Once I read that I already know the entire story based off of two words. So then since im bored I scroll down to the chapter numbers and I see 15 chapters, "ok not bad." I say. BUT once I click on the chapters All I see are
Chapter 1 Bio
Chapter 2 Harem members
Chapter 3 Harem members (2)
And on and on for like 3 more chapters labeled Harem members. Then OFCOURSE the rest of the fic is riddled with 'Author Note'.
The reason I wrote this whole rant out is because I seen something thats just made me absolutely quit, they pull me in with an inciting title and then I get hit with this.
The next chapter comes either tomorrow(actually today by the time im finished ranting) or Tuesday. Bye Bye 👋
