8 Chapter 7

It's been a month already since we visited the Marquess' manor. During this past month, Claudius tried to bully me as always but thankfully I always escaped and was safe up until now.

There's lots of letters that arrived today and father's quite excited for some reason. Claudius is also excited and he seems quite energetic earlier that he didn't even gave me an eye when we passed by each other on the hallway.

While I was studying in my room, a knock sounded on the door "Young master, The master summoned you to his study". Father never really called me before like this that makes me wonder if he needed something?

I stood up and went to father's study room that he used as his own personal office. When I entered the room I saw the room with things on the ground, there's also broken vases. I stared at my father who had messy hair looked at me with hostility.

He was sitting on his chair but he stood up and slowly walked towards me "You..." Huh? did I do anything wrong?

Before I could even ask what was wrong, I suddenly got a slap from father "HOW DARE YOU STEAL FROM YOUR BROTHER?!" what?...What did I stole from him?!

I touched my cheek that was stinging with pain. I could also hear my left ear ringing. He lifted me by grabbing my clothes. I don't really know what's wrong with this man but I couldn't fight back or else I might accidentally kill him.

He shook me hard while I was being lifted in the air "F-father I didn't stole anything from brother!" He threw me away and my back hit the wall...It hurts...I coughed and touched my chest.

"How dare you talk back to me!" he approached me and slapped my face again. I looked at him while touching my face and tearing up. "You didn't steal anything from him? You didn't?!" He stood up and kicked me in the stomach.

I tried to catch my breath and but my small body is hurting so much. My face is stinging in pain, It was hard to breathe and my stomach hurts so much.

"Didn't I tell you that those girls from those families are supposedly your brother's candidate to be his fiance?!" Huh? What is this stupid old man talking about?

"I-I didn't-" He kicked my stomach again. I growled in pain and felt like this small body of mine couldn't take it anymore.

"You didn't? Really? Then how the f*ck is the Stallard and Chrysalis family asking you to be their daughter's fiance rather than Claudius?! How can they choose such a failure like you?!"

I didn't expect that things would happen this way. In the novel from what I remember, Oliver didn't have any fiance while Claudius became Aeryn's fiance. I don't understand what's happening and why does all of this happening??

Father grabbed my by my clothes and lifted me up again "I didn't asked for a son like you. Should I just kill you right now" I was struggling and my body's still in pain. It's very hard to breathe.

I looked down on my father who's lifting me up with an evil grin on his face. He's crazy! He really wants to kill me! Claudius' twisted personality really came from this bastard!

While I was struggling, The door opened and there I saw my mother whose eyes were widened. I could see mother's eyes full of anger and hatred. What I didn't expect was my mother rushing towards my father and gave him a strong punch in the face that made father drop me on the ground.

After punching him, she gave him a round house kick that hit his face and made his nose bleed. Father was now on the ground touching his nose frowning "You crazy bitch! What are you doing!" Mother's emerald green eyes looks cold and scary at this moment that I almost didn't even recognize her.

"All these years... I've endured everything Arthur, Everything!" Mother clenched her fists and lifted father up with her left hand. She punched him really hard that made him spit a mouthful of blood. "I've endured everything and you dare to hurt our child?!"

Father with swollen and broken face laughed as if he heard a joke "Did I ever say that I wanted him to be my child?!". Mother looked furious and her fist punches faster and harder this time.

A tooth flew away from father- no, from Arthur's mouth. I just watched them while holding my stomach and sti trying to catch my breath. Mother punched him a few more times that made his face unrecognisable before dropping him down on the ground.

"You don't deserve to be a father and never will..." My mother lifted her foot so high and axed kicked Arthur's private little thing that made him scream in pain.

"Y-YOU CRAZY BITCH YOU'LL F*CKING PAY FOR THIS" Mother stepped harder on his private little thingy that made him scream even more.

Mother chuckled like an evil villainess with a grin on her face "Oh Arthur Arthur... You're wrong. You will be the one paying" My mother kicked his stomach before turning and help me stand up.

"Oh my poor child..." She hugged me with tears in her eyes. "I'm sorry...I'm so sorry..." Mother sobbed while hugging me so I patted her head while hugging back.

It hurts me to see mother crying like this...I hate seeing my mother cry of all things. For me she is the most important person in this world.

I kept on comforting my mother with a smile on my face "You didn't do anything wrong mother and I'm fine now". Mom raises her head crying "But it's my fault to let things happen this way..."

I touched both of my crying mother's cheek and kissed her forehead to comfort her. Back on Earth my mother always kisses my forehead whenever I felt sad or when I'm crying to comfort me, this is the only method I know and this also made me miss my mother back on Earth...

Mother stopped crying and held both of my shoulders while looking at me with resolute eyes "We're leaving this place, You and Claudius are coming with me!"

Arthur who heard what my mother said suddenly shouted "You can't bring Claudius with you! I won't allow you!" he coughed.

Before mother could even answer him, the door suddenly opened. Claudius was shocked to see the room being messy. He looked at me whose face were full of bruises and then he turned his eyes to look at Arthur who's lying on the ground.

Claudius rushed towards Arthur with tears in his eyes "Father! Who did this to you?!" He held Arthur's hand and started to cry.

Father coughed and looked at Claudius in the eyes "It was your mother..." He coughed but it seems a little fake this time "She- She wanted to leave and take you and Oliver! I didn't agree so she did this!"

"What are you sa-" Mother became angry with his lies, trying to twist what happened but before she could finish her sentence Claudius suddenly shouted at her "Shut up! I won't come with you!" He was crying with anger while looking at our mother.

Mother was shocked and felt sad "Claudius..." Claudius pushed mother's hand who was trying to reach him out. "Don't touch me woman! From now on you're not my mother! Leave!" He shouted as he pointed at the door.

Mother bit her lips and was about to cry. My face and body hurts but my heart hurts more. "Claudius... Please don't say that my child..." Claudius pushed her hand again.

"Go away! Don't touch me!" Claudius kept on looking with obvious anger "I am not your child! The only child you loved was him!" he pointed at me as he kept on looking at my mother who started to cry while shaking her head.

"That's not true! I love you both! Believe me..." This time Claudius stood up and pushed mother. "I said go away! Leave!" He pushed mother again that made her almost fall.

It made me angry that I couldn't help anymore but punch him in the face, I restrained my strength but it still made him flew five meters away from us. Claudius was shocked and touched his bleeding nose while frowning.

"Mother always wanted to bond and be with you! You're the one who's always pushing her away you stupid!" I couldn't help but shout my anger towards me. My mom was also shocked but she held my shoulders while crying and whispered "Stop Oliver... It's okay..."

"I let you hurt me all these time but hurting mother? How dare you!" I broke free from my mother and approached Claudius to slap him in the face weakly, what I meant by weakly was as strong as a seven years old child's slap.

"One last advice for you Claudius. Being with father is the worst choice you'll ever make. Mother always love you more than you ever knew" I stood up and went to my mother who's crying, held her hands and lead her to walk outside the room.

"Let's go leave now mother" My mother sniffed while crying "But your brother..." I sighed and shook my head as I squeeze mother's hand. "He wants to be with father... Let's take him if he ever changed his mind but for now I don't think that'll ever happen".

Mother half-heartedly agreed while crying. We both left the manor, riding a carriage without bringing any of our things from the estate.

I hope you liked this chapter, I was kind of in a bad mood today and wanted to hit somebody. I apologize if this chapter suddenly became violent because of my current mood. I'll try not to do this again in the future and I hope you enjoyed reading this chapter.
