Chapter 15

Two men appeared at the edge of Hogsmeade. One of them fell on the floor vomiting his guts out while the other just stared at him in surprise.

"Are you okay, Sir?! What happened? Should I call someone?" Hagrid asked Lucas in a concerned voice.

Lucas sat on the floor for a couple of seconds, trying to catch his breath. After a while, Lucas stood up while glaring at Hagrid.

"What the hell did you do? We almost died, you idiot! If I didn't exhaust my magic, we would've split in two." Lucas screamed at Hagrid before his eyes rolled back into his head, and he passed out.

Hagrid looked at unconscious man in bewilderment.

"What the hell!" Hagrid exclaimed before scrambling to check on the unconscious man.

"Thank God! He's still breathing. What should I do?" Hagrid looked around to ask for help, but there was no one around.

He saw that the village was close, so he lifted Lucas on his shoulder and headed to the village.

Hagrid couldn't understand why Lucas would lose consciousness. After all, Hagrid was apparated to Azkaban when he was first imprisoned. However, the Auror that apparated him only looked a little tired.

Hagrid walked in a hurry to Hogsmeade. He didn't know anyone in Hogsmeade. After all, he never went there.

However, after thinking about his situation, Hagrid didn't want to draw attention to himself. Ultimately, he had an unconscious Auror on his shoulder, and he feared that the Ministry of Magic would accuse him of attacking Lucas, so he searched for the Hog's Head Inn in hopes of finding Aberforth and asking for his help. Even though, he had no way of explaining how he knew Aberforth.

Thankfully, it was dark on a cold winter night, so not a single soul could be found.

Hagrid searched frantically for the inn, and after, what felt like forever, Hagrid finally found the infamous hog head sign.

The sign is made of wood with a hog's severed head on it bleeding on the white cloth around it. The inn looked rundown, but not because of time, but because it was intended to look like that, giving the visitors a very odd feeling.

No sound came from the inn as if it was empty, but Hagrid thought that it might be because of its wards.

Hagrid pushed open the door and entered. However, The moment he pushed open the door, he heard some chatter but it quickly became quiet. Hagrid bent down and entered the inn, making sure not to hurt the unconscious Lucas. What greeted Hagrid was an old, filthy, rundown inn with a few customers inside.

The customers stared at Hagrid in silence while holding their wands. Hagrid fidgeted under their stares before asking, "Good evening. Can someone please help me? My friend lost consciousness after apparating here. I don't know what to do."

The customers looked at Hagrid in silence before laughing out loud.

"Hahaha. Oh, and do you want a free drink with that? "One of the customers asked sarcastically, making the others laugh harder.

"Or maybe, he wants a place to spend the night?"

"Or, he might need some free potions."

"Or, or, he might need a glass of Aberforth special goat milk."

"Hahaha."

"Alright Kid, you should find another place for help because no one will help you here, unless you have some galleons." One of the Wizards said, with a greedy look on his face, not noticing Hagrid's changing face.

Hagrid didn't want to ask for their help, but he didn't know anyone else. After all, he can't trust strangers in this unfamiliar world. However, he couldn't explain how he knew Aberforth, so he kept quiet. Aberforth isn't exactly a famous character in Magical Britain.

Thankfully, the bartender interrupted before the situation could escalate.

"Alright, stop it! Leave him alone. Hey Kid, is that Lucas on your shoulder? What could have possibly caused him to be unconscious?" The bartender asked in puzzlement.

However, before Hagrid could answer, one of the Wizards interjected, "Aberforth, you're kidding, right? Lucas, is a great Wizard. There is no way he is unconscious. Besides, how did you know it's Lucas without seeing his face?"

Aberforth looked at the Wizard before saying, "Look at his right ankle."

All the Wizards in the inn looked at Lucas's ankle before gasping.

"It's true. It's Luckless Luke!" The Wizards exclaimed while looking at Lucas's ankle.

Lucas's ankle is in a different color then his skin. While Lucas is light skinned, his ankle is green. The green covered the entirety of Lucas's right leg, giving it a grotesque look.

Seeing Lucas's unconscious body, the Wizards's vigilance came back in full force.

"What did you do to Lucas? Why is he unconscious?" The Wizards questioned Hagrid while pointing their wands at him.

After being ignored again and again, Hagrid finally lost it.

"I already explained that he passed out after apparating. However, you bastards were too busy laughing at me, instead of trying to help. I had enough of this shit! Fuck you and Lucas!" Hagrid said while throwing Lucas's unconscious body onto the dirty floor.

After catching his breath and venting his anger, Hagrid immediately regretted his impulsive actions. He feared that they might attack him, so he decided to leave. But before he could take a step back, the Wizards laughed out loud.

"Hahaha. You sure have guts, Kid. Okay, take Lucas upstairs, and place him on one of the beds, then come back down and explain what happened." Aberforth said, while smiling at Hagrid.

Hagrid hesitated before asking, "Are you not going to help him?!

"Don't worry about Lucas; he just needs some sleep. Besides, none of us is a healer, so we can't do anything to help."

Hagrid wanted to ask more, but decided against it. He just wanted to explain what had happened, and then get some sleep.

Meanwhile, in Germany you can see a group of Wizards engaging in battle.

Exchange spells back and forth from the complicated 'Avada Kedavra' to the simple 'Stupefy'. No group seemed to be gaining an edge over the other until Dumbledore appeared and transfigured the ground into water before transforming it back to normal, trapping one of the groups.

The free Wizards took the chance to knock the trapped Wizards out. Dumbledore looked at the free Wizards and asked, "Gentlemen, are you alright?! Is anyone injured?"

"No, Sir. Everyone is fine!" One of the Wizards said before sheepishly asking, "Can you untransfigure the ground?"

"Haha, you don't have to be embarrassed. It's my duty to help!" Dumbledore said before freeing the unconscious Wizards.

"Alright, you guys should apparate the Acolytes to the Ministry. I'm going to help the other teams." Dumbledore said before apparating away.

"Wow, that was brilliant! I have never seen such large scale transfiguration." One of the Wizards said, before giving orders. "Alright, grab them and let's go home. Make sure to tie them up, and confiscate their wands."

Back at the inn, Hagrid had just finished placing Lucas on the bed before heading downstairs to explain what had happened.

As Hagrid reached the bar, all the Wizards stared at him with curiosity.

"So kid, what happened?"

Hagrid thought long and hard about what to say before deciding to tell the truth. After Hagrid finished explaining, all the Wizards looked at him in amazement.

Wait, hold on; you're saying you survived three years in Azkaban without losing your mind? Impossible!" Aberforth exclaimed in amazement.

The rest of the Wizards just laughed. Making Hagrid look at them in puzzlement. The Wizards noticed Hagrid's puzzled face and explained, "Lucas was bragging earlier about the easy mission that he had. Who would've thought that he would pass out from apparating? He really is luckless!" An old Wizard said, making the others laugh harder.

"Right, why do you call him Luckless Luke?!" Hagrid asked curiously.

"Well, young man if you drink Felix Felicis. What do you think will happen? You'll be blessed with immense luck, right? But Lucas got poisoned instead. His right leg turned green, and he spent a week in bed. Right, young man, we still don't know your name.

"My name is Rubeus Hagrid!" Hagrid said for the first time since his transmigration.

The Wizards kept asking Hagrid question after question about his time in Azkaban, making Hagrid's head spin. Thankfully, Aberforth interrupted the Wizards's endless questions.

"Alright, let the kid go. He looks tired, and in urgent need of sleep." Aberforth said, making the Wizards groan in annoyance.

"Oh, come on! This is the most fun we had in years. Don't be a stick in the mud." An old man said, in exassperassion.

Aberforth just glared at the old man in annoyance.

"You think I'm not fun enough for you guys?! Then, you should go spend your time in the Three Broomsticks Inn. I'm sure your wallet can handle it."

"Alright, alright! Go on, young Hagrid. We'll continue our conversation tomorrow."

Hagrid headed upstairs before falling into a deep sleep.
