The bustling city of Tokyo was alive with activity as people rushed through the crowded streets, hurrying to their destinations. Cars honked loudly, filling the air with a cacophony of sound. Neon lights and billboards adorned the sides of buildings, adding a colorful glow to the already vibrant city. Amidst the chaos, a small family walked down the busy road, lost in their own conversation.

Ayumi Nakamura, the mother, was a voluptuous woman with short black hair and hazel eyes. She wore a casual outfit of jeans and a t-shirt, her hair tied up in a messy bun. She walked with an air of grace, her eyes scanning the crowded street as she listened to her two sons bickering.

Ryota Nakamura, the eldest son, was a tall and lean young man with spiky black hair and piercing blue eyes. He wore a black leather jacket and jeans, with a pair of headphones around his neck. He walked with a confident swagger, his eyes narrowed in annoyance as he argued with his younger brother.

Daichi Nakamura, the youngest son, was a short and muscular young man with spiky red hair and brown eyes. He wore a sleeveless shirt and cargo pants, with a necklace that had a fang pendant around his neck. He walked with a fierce determination, his eyes fixed on his brother as he debated about the strongest anime characters.

"I'm telling you, Goetia would win in a fight against Garou any day!" Ryota exclaimed, his voice rising with passion.

Daichi scoffed. "Are you kidding me? Garou has taken on S-class heroes, monster association as well as Saitama and survived. Goetia would be no match for him!"

Their mother chuckled softly, amused by their argument. "Boys, can't you agree to disagree? Both characters have their strengths and weaknesses."

Just then, a sudden screech of brakes and a blaring horn interrupted their conversation. The family turned to see a speeding car heading straight for them. Ayumi's heart raced as she pulled her sons close, trying to protect them from the impact.

The car crashed into them, the sound of metal crushing against flesh echoing through the street. Ayumi's vision blurred as she looked down at her sons' lifeless bodies. She clung to them, tears streaming down her face as she begged for it to be a dream. But it wasn't. And soon, her lifeless body joined theirs on the pavement.

Ayumi, Ryota, and Daichi woke up in a void, surrounded by an endless sea of darkness. They looked around in confusion, trying to make sense of their surroundings.

"What the hell is going on?" Ryota asked, rubbing his head.

"I don't know," Ayumi replied, looking around nervously. "But this isn't right."

Daichi looked at his hands and then back at his family. "Wait, we're dead, aren't we?" he said, realization dawning on him.

Ayumi and Ryota looked at each other in shock, their memories of the accident flooding back to them.

Before they could say anything, a voice boomed through the void. "Greetings, mortals. I am known as Azathoth, one of the Outer Gods."

The trio looked around in confusion, trying to find the source of the voice. However, the name was enough to make their head spin. Azathoth, as in THE Azathoth!? The nuclear chaos!?

"I see my name is familiar, this makes everything easier, I have brought you here because I find your deaths...entertaining," Azathoth continued, its voice echoing through the void.

"Entertaining? Our deaths?" Ayumi asked, incredulous.

"Yes, your deaths. And now, I offer you a chance to be reborn, with your greatest wishes granted. All you have to do is choose your powers," Azathoth explained.

The trio looked at each other skeptically, unsure of what to do.

"You can choose from any power from any world. I can grant them all," Azathoth continued as if reading their minds.

The trio looked at each other, surprised by the offer.

"Well, I know what I want," Ryota said confidently. "I want the power of Goetia, from Fate Grand Order."

Daichi grinned. "And I want the power of Cosmic Garou, from One Punch Man."

Ayumi thought for a moment. "I want the power of Tiamat, also from Fate Grand Order," she finally said.

Azathoth let out a deep laugh. "Well, well. You three are quite decisive. Very well, your wishes have been granted. Enjoy your new lives."

And with that, Ayumi, Ryota, and Daichi were reincarnated into a new world, with their new powers in tow.

The three of them appeared in the middle of the Sahara desert, under the starry night sky. The air was dry and hot, with a gentle breeze blowing sand across the ground. Ayumi, Ryota, and Daichi looked around, stunned by their surroundings.

"We're really here," said Ayumi, looking at her hands in disbelief.

"I can't believe it," added Ryota, shaking his head.

Daichi, on the other hand, grinned widely, clearly enjoying the moment.

"I told you guys, this is gonna be awesome!" he exclaimed.

Ryota looked at Daichi, still a bit skeptical.

"So, why did you choose that power, anyway?" he asked. "Cosmic fear Garou is Op but not that Op. He can't even beat Goku."

Daichi's grin faded, and he looked down, his expression turning serious. "You have no idea the debate you started," he said. "I'm going to whoop your a**!"

Ryota's eyes widened and prepared to transform, but Ayumi interrupted them both."Boys, stop it," she scolded. "We're here, alive and well, thanks to that outer god. Let's not argue about the past, and focus on the future."

Ryota and Daichi looked at each other, then nodded in agreement. They'll settle this later.

Suddenly, Ayumi's motherly aura flared up, causing the ground beneath her to crumble, her face slowly covered by an ominous shadow, and Ryota and Daichi shrink back in fear.

"Alright, alright, I'm sorry! said Ryota, holding up his hands in surrender. Daichi, however, couldn't help but chuckle at the sight of his older brother cowering. "Don't worry, Ryota, Mom's not gonna hurt us," he said with a grin.

Ayumi rolled her eyes, but couldn't help but smile at her sons."Just don't make me use this aura again," she said with a chuckle.

The night sky was still clear, and the sand dunes of the Sahara desert stretched out endlessly. Ayumi, Ryota, and Daichi continued their conversation as they walked, trying to make sense of their new reality.

"Hey, mom, I feel like I already know how to use my powers," Ryota said with a curious tone, breaking the silence. "Do you feel the same way?"

Ayumi paused for a moment before answering, "Yes, I feel it too. It's like my body is merging with my powers. I can feel them more intensely now."

"I feel it too," Ryota confirmed, nodding his head.

Daichi, who had been listening to their conversation, grinned and said, "I don't know about you guys, but I already have a handle on my powers." He then demonstrated Garou's Fist of Flowing Water, Crushed Rock martial arts, and displayed his sudden mastery of it.

Ayumi and Ryota were amazed at Daichi's sudden skill in martial arts, and their expressions showed their surprise. "Wow, Daichi, that's impressive," Ryota said, impressed.

Ayumi, on the other hand, was more cautious. "Don't let it go to your head, Daichi," she said, warningly.

Daichi just laughed, feeling proud of himself. "I won't," he replied.

The three continued to walk and talk, discussing their new abilities and what they could do with them. Despite the seriousness of their situation, they were still able to find moments of humor and joy in their newfound powers.

As they walked, Ryota suddenly stopped and turned to his mother. "Hey, mom, can we still call you that? Or should we use some other name since we're technically reborn?" he asked, unsure.

Ayumi smiled, "Of course, you can still call me 'mom'. No matter what happens, we'll always be family."

Ryota and Daichi smiled back, feeling relieved that some things never change, no matter the situation.

Ayumi, Ryota, and Daichi continued testing their abilities for months, adapting to their newfound powers. Ryota had become slightly cold and calculating due to Goetia's influence, while Daichi had become bloodthirsty because of Garou. Ayumi had slightly developed an urge to restart humanity out of motherly love due to Tiamat's influence. They had all noticed the side effects of their powers on their personalities.

Despite this, Ryota and Daichi explored their powers, eager to see what they could do. They trained in the desert, creating massive craters and dust clouds as they tested their limits. Ayumi watched her sons with pride and amusement, always ready to scold them when they went too far.

One day, Ayumi sat on a nearby rock, watching her sons spar. Ryota summoned a demon, using its powers to attack Daichi. In retaliation, Daichi unleashed his martial arts, knocking the demon back with a powerful blow.

Ayumi watched with bated breath, her heart swelling with motherly pride. She was content with her abilities and enjoyed watching her sons explore their powers.

As the sun set, Ayumi wondered where they were and what their adventure would be like. She looked up at the night sky, feeling a sense of foreboding. She couldn't shake the feeling that something was coming, something big. She looked back at her sons, their powers glowing in the fading light, and wondered what their future held.

The trio continued to train, with Ryota and Daichi constantly arguing over small things. Ayumi couldn't help but laugh at their antics. Despite their side effects, their powers had brought them closer together as a family.

And as they continued their training in the vast Sahara desert, Ayumi couldn't help but wonder what their journey would hold, and where it would lead them.
