1 Pros and Cons

When one is faced with the prospect of reincarnation, the most common reaction is elation, excitement, utter joy and the likes. When said reincarnation is entirely up to the spinning of a wheel, said excitement begins to die down slightly.

That was the reaction of one specific Prime Soul, a soul that had maintained their Willpower beyond death and continued trying to live in spite of their demise.

God couldn't let such perseverance be unrewarded, and so decided to gift them with a chance at a new life. The Prime Soul began having doubts when God spoke the conditions.

[You Shall Spin The Wheel.]

[You Shall Obey The Wheel.]

[You Shall Enjoy Your Second Chance]

'Well, it seems simple enough', the Prime Soul thought to himself. His ghostly arm reached out to the wheel for the first of his two spins, the first one deciding who he shall be reincarnating as.

The options were constantly shifting, he could have sworn he saw a section that said 'Animal Crossing Villager', and he panicked slightly realising that the options were truly endless. Would he reincarnate as Goku and have a solution to every problem? Would he be reborn as Saitama and Neg Diff life? Or would he be stuck as some regular man with no power? Tom Nook? God forbid.

The wheel finally landed on a portion after what felt like eons and the Prime Soul felt like jumping for joy. The wheel glowed for a second and small fireworks went off as the words lit up. Dante Sparda (Perfected).

[Every Weapon, Every Power, Every Strength]

[All Of Them Will Be Yours.]

[You Are To Become Legend, Dante Sparda]

If it were possible, the Prime Soul became even more excited. An image was slowly beginning to form in the light left behind by the wheel, one of Dante in all his glory, red coat and morning shadow included. Dmc5 Dante definitely has a certain charm to it.

Slowly, ever so slowly, knowledge of each and every combo, each and every style and all the minute interactions of these abilities began to flow into the Prime Soul, integrating the multiple weapons and Devil Arms into his fundamental existence as their voices began to enter his mind and quiet over time.

Though, what wasn't mentioned was the excruciating pain that came with said knowledge being injected into the Soul, specifically from having to remember the 666 different forms of Pandora, though the highlights were definitely learning Sin and normal Devil Trigger, and Quicksilver.

Weapons he had no idea of the existence of, knowledge of how to use them, and his lack of interest in using them all came to the Prime Soul's mind. Finally, after what felt like eons once more the Prime Soul was ready to spin the wheel again, appreciating God having stayed silent while he writhed in pain.

The Soul placed ghostly appendage on the wheel once more and spun with all the force he could muster, hoping beyond hope that he would not end up in Berserk or even Dragon Ball. His eyes glanced across the infinitely changing wheel and blanched for a second as he saw 'Terraria Calamitas' cross for a second. Eventually the wheel stopped and the Prime Soul simply sighed.

'You're joking. I don't know jack shit about this place.' God was not joking. The Prime Soul had found himself in the world of One Piece, where the only limit to human rights violations is your imagination. How fantastic.

[Congratulations, Dante.]

[Enjoy Your New Life.]

[A Warning, Though.]

[Every Yin Has A Yang.]

[And So It Must Be Done.]

[The Dark Slayer Follows.]

[And Forever More He Shall.]

'Wait, Dark Slayer? Vergil? You're telling me I'm going to have Vergil on my ass as well?! That was never mentioned in the conditions!' Had the Soul squinted his spectral eyes and looked closer on the wheel, he would have infact seen that it was written in fine print on the bottom.

(comes with free twin brother, we are not accountable for any damages caused by him)

And so, the reluctant journey of the newly reborn Dante had begun, and already it was more dangerous than anything he had bargained for.
