3: Planet Namek Part 1 (Old Chapter/ Pre-Rewrite)

Traveling through the Vacuum of Space would be boring if not for two things that Broly could do. Meditation and Masturbation, But Broly was wierd enough or maybe aroused and awake enough to merge the two into a Meditation and Masturbation Trance.
He Breathed in and out slowly and deeply. Each breath in or out was accompanied by a wanking of his cock.
Arousal could be a powerful fuel source, making his primary power reservoir just a little bit stronger.
Plus the momentary release he'd get was a nice break from being unable to stick it in someone.
It was worth noting his cock was about nine and 3/4's in length and six and 1/2 in thickness. Must be a Saiyan thing or at least a Mutant Saiyan thing. It was clearly mutated as well, as it had bits of fur on it which likely wouldn't increase until Puberty, assuming it was even the case at all. Saiyan Puberty was never really touched upon in the Manga or Anime, but Legendary Super Saiyan's had Mutated S-Cells, which likely meant that his natural Cellular Sequences Were also Mutated.
Making the already murky waters of Saiyan Pubescent Changes even more muddy.
Going by the timeline Broly was eleven and he had a good 13 or so years of free time to get stronger than ever. His plans likely wouldn't take more than a month to complete but could take a few years to be fully realized.
As he was Meditating / Masturbating it occurred to him that The Planetoid Vampa could be salvaged if he altered a Wish or two. He could sacrifice a wish to implement a Large Scale Infinite Ki Generator in Vampa and have that feed the Tree of Might he wishes to grow for its fruit. Saving Vampa in the process...possibly or not.
Broly theorized that Building up a resistance to the Ultra Divine Water would mean he was less likely to die and while that could likely meant that each dosage provided an ultimately lesser power boost when he went the full dosage, it would give him small little Zenkai Boosts with each minor dosage. This would hopefully make up and potentially surpass the difference.

(Bardock POV)

Sat in the spaceship with Paragus and Gine, Bardock began to reflect on the choice to follow the eleven year old Broly. He and Gine had sent Kakarot away when Colonel Paragus and his son found them, and took them with them.
Broly hadn't suppressed his power at all and it far exceeded King Vegeta. Saiyan's only respected another's authority if they were the strongest. The fact that young Broly's base Power Level was several times higher than the King's made him instinctually follow him, and Gine followed Bardock as the dutiful wife that she was.
He was still a little bit unsure about following Broly, but for now the best he could do was to follow the child until he did something truly bad enough to give him pause.
Plus, the Legendary Super Saiyan would likely make quite the decent Sparring partner so Bardock might as well make the most of it while he still could.

(Paragus POV)

Broly....Broly was behaving oddly, his breadth of Knowledge was disturbing and impressive. The way he walked, talked, and carried himself implied an age older than the eleven years that he physically was.
It was possible that Broly's genes had Mutated, such things were commonplace within their family after all. Paragus himself was a brilliant Tactician and Organizer. This was due to his Increased Thought Process Speed and his Increased Motor Skills over typical Saiyan's. It was partly why he was a Colonel, his faster Thought Processing allowed him to plan strategies more quickly and still have time to check them.
Originally Paragus assumed that Broly's S-Cells had Mutated on account of his fluctuating and abnormal Power Level. But apparently it was more than that. Paragus could now only theorize that his Son's Mutated S-Cells had matured his Brain and capacity to Absorb and Assimilate Knowledge Rapidly. But even that Theory was flawed.
It was flawed for two key reasons, number one being the rather obvious question of how that would account for his knowledge about things even Paragus didn't know. And the second reason was either The matured Brain or Mutated S-Cells couldn't even start to explain why his boy had Mortal and Divine Ki.
Typically Mortals were unable to sense Divine Energy, but in saying that it was still quite possible to sense through emotions. A Destroyer's Divine Ki made someone who was able to Sense Ki Divine or or Mortal feel an Existential Dread and an unrelenting mind-numbing coldness. A Kai was the opposite giving a sense of safety and assurance. Broly Paradoxically gave off both feelings. This implied a Duality to Both his Mortal and Divine Ki.
Unfortunately it'd take time to fully investigate, it's not the sort of thing that would be easily answered, nor right away. It's not like they had a God of Destructions Angel on hand to ask Ki Class 101.

(Broly POV)

Evaporating his load with Ki was a simple matter.
It wouldn't be long before their Arrival on Planet Namek. Thinking more on his plans, Broly decided to use Belmod of Universe 11 as his model for success but Frost as his model for progress.
Bardock would be his War Minister.
Gine his Logistics Minister
Father his Intelligence Minister.
From Namek, The Broly Battle Corps would be born, he just needed Towa, who would be head of the Scoence Bureau.
21 who'd be head of the R&D Department.
Piccolo who'd lead the Academy.
And Gohan who'd lead the Diplomatic Corps.
And for Decisions of great importance he'd have Grand Elder Guru, Master Roshi, Bulma, Tien Shinhan, Shallot, Giblet, and Dende for his advisory council. Each Member would head a department as it's Elder, Who would be served by 21, Towa, Gohan, Piccolo, Paragus, Gine, and Bardock.
The Broly Battle Corps would be born very Soon.....
