Preparing for a Next World

(General POV)

Location the Nethervoid-Shi'lanorai Territory, the Mountain of Dark Winter

Once all the festivities were done and both Khorne and Nurgle returned to their respected domain...along with three barrels filled with Ambrossia...but at least he enjoyed himself with his family...that word still seemed weird using it on others aside his treasured wives, to the Dark Harbinger but...Khorne, Nurgle, and Valkia have become precious family as well...

While flying towards the only black, and snow covered mountains in the entire realm, he was on his way to speak and bound with his dear Shi'lanorai Queen, Crystallyl Shik'Adammine, as he approached the well what can be consider the frozen north of the Nethervoid, he saw much has changed.

The Frost Eldars have began to expand and be affected more by the unfiltered and overflowing force of Carnage corruption of the Nethervoid, many have horns, large sharp claws, bare marks, and have more violet tinting on her light brown skin and silver/grey hair they're new homes and huts established around the edge of the Shi'lanorai Mountain, resemble a lot like vikings or Norscan raiders.

Crystallyl's warriors have all been enhanced by the touch of Carnge, starting with the ice warriors their stronger and larger now, armed with violet and black leathers and pelts, shi'lanorai steel which now is corrupted and coated in ice spikes and frost.

The Snow Hunters were greatly affected by the Carnage corruption of the Nethervoid, and welcome the blessing of the Dark One.

Becoming much more feral and wolf like cause of their Ymirian Wolf pelts that they wore to blend in the snow and embrace the predatory instincts of one of the greatest beasts of their former homeworld has now has become apart of their very being and appearance.

They gained silver and violet tinted thick fur everywhere including their very long, pointed, elven ears, sprouting sharp black claws gaining unbelievable physical abilities, and senses they praise the Void Lord, and their true God for these blessing, as they former a unique circle exclusive to the ways of the "Shadow Wolves" embracing the Madness, savagery, and carnage to become the ultimate hunters and predators under the service of the Dark One.

The Snow or Shadow Hunters as they now call themselves, could challenge the Space Wolves in pure combat and ferocity wielding dark-touched ice axes along with claws and fangs to tear apart their prey, amongst these former shi'lanorai hunters and trackers now turned into xeno-lycans with their strongest also referred to as "Pack Leader" were the ones that have become antler horned, large werewolves basically retaining little sanity, to command and be able think during hunts or battles, they abandoned their former weapons and light armor for pure brutality and savagery, using strength, fangs, Claw, and ice sorcery against their victims because of this they are known now as Dark Wendigos.

Next were the Cryowitches they have exclusively a female only force as the Cryomages relinquish their former positions, and role becoming Frozen Cultists.

The cryowitches, have become more beautiful and savage, highly resembling female light brown skinned vikings, with many pelts and heavy clothing, along with some shi'lanorai silver corrupted ice armor which are either wristbands, greaves, a single shoulder paldron, and a chestplate.

Despite the signs of Carnage corruption and mutation on the she-eldars their still quite beautiful, with elongated sharp fangs and nails, their flawless burgundy tinted skin was covered in daemonic and shi'lanorai runes now in a dark purple color, from what the Dark One could see the highest ranking among the witches are those armed with a heavy-ice axe and had a pair of black thin, sharp antler horns, while the rest of the witches were armed with their usual razor-sharp ice claws now enhanced with shi'lanorai silver making them longer, sharper blades covered in frost and ice crystals.

The former Cryomages now Frozen Cultists, took in appearance a cross between fantastical cultists and viking shamans.

They taken the role of being the psyker/Chaos sorcerors of the queendom, Laharl even spotted his own cultist amongst them performing vile rituals and sacrifices to appease him.

The Dark One still flying way above the settlements he could also tell that apart from the various mutations, and carnage lead changes, the frost eldar has doubled if not tripled their numbers since last the Dark Harbinger has seen them.

Saving the praises, and unsuspecting boons he has gained with his newest addition to his mortal followers, with them along the corrupted humans, gobos, and flesh horrors he now commands four mortal Chaos legions along with his daemonic one.

Laharl spread his wings and swoop down, in a swift and loud landing when the shi'lanorai heard this they gathered quickly, as they sense a all-powerful force and once the dust settled revealing Alka'lkarnak/Laharl the Void Lord they all kneeled in reverence to their one true God and master.

Laharl stood proud and opposing, as he folded his six wings over his body like he has taken of doing as a late, forming his second coat over his burgundy one.

He spoke to his mortal subjects, "Shi'lanorai!!! You have all done well, and I'm pleased. You've grown in the welcoming embrace of Carnage, Madness, Lust, and Darkness. I've come to meet my greatest follower and your queen...Crystallyl Shik'Adammine. So lead me to her." a number of ice warriors, stood and presented themselves before the Dark One, since being corrupted and influenced by the Nethervoid, they can stand the "normal" presence of their Dark God, but still he appaer in various forms of eldritch horror, and maddening monstrosity, to other mortal beings it will result in total madness and brain death just witnessing the Dark One's visage but those that have seen, tasted, and felt the essence of the Void, and Insanity nothing can break them further.

This is one of the main reasons he is gathering so many mortals into his domain and thrall when humanity starts exploring the stars, and gaining meager understanding of the Warp those space hulks, astropaths, psykers born of mankind will encounter his side or other part of the Immaterium, and will came face to face with the representation of the literal endless void, or the unbridled, unending rage and bloodlust, or the most viral and excruciating disease and rot imaginable, or the ever changing and unexplainable concept of change, or more...

Soo Laharl wants "semi-stable" mortals leading his warbands across the stars of 40k and quite possibly other scyfy worlds without them being completely crazy and unreasonable Chaos Lords and Champions leading his forces to doom and defeat.

That's the main reason why so many strong and cool Chaos Characters are killed and defeated in the books of Warhammer 40k, because they are overconfident and too bad shit crazy to be competent leaders, on less their main named characters or Alpha Legion members...

Laharl sighs to himself no matter how powerful he becomes, no matter if he is a God now the fanatic side of his mind will meet cease or stop with his rants...as he looks down at the Shi'lanorai ice warriors standing up and motion him to follow, the Dark One can not only begin building up his main invasion force for Old World, but finally see his dear Daemon Queen-to-be, Crystallyl Shik'Adammine again.

Location the Plague Garden-The Blighted Mansion/The Withered Throne-Apothecary Chambers

The Plague God was glad to return to his realm, to his lovely mansion, don't misunderstand the Decaying God as he completely enjoyed spending time with his brothers and getting to experience drinking and eating.

Speaking of drinking, the Ambrossia that Laharl has gifted him, and even formed a contract that exchange for safe passage and not to infect any fully conquered world of his...regretfully...he'll send shipments of seven barrels of Ambrossia through a daemonic construct, known as Infernal by a certain agreed time to his manor.

The Plague God he has decided to do some bit of tinkering with his brother's Ambrossia gift that was already in his possession...by using fermentation and bacteria to enhance the flavor of this incredible drink.

He went as far to create a brand new room in his putrid manor, just for this purpose alone, new to his throne/lab chamber a special, dark, dank, hummid cellar was made to put in the barrels of Ambrossia inside this special collar, to later tinker and experiment to create new brew more inline with his tastes...

After finishing that he went to his personal apothecary which now has become apart of his throne room.

Filled with vail, jars, and wooden cages of materials and samples of different infected hosts, patients and corpses still carrying strains of awful viruses and plagues, and hazardous materials all ingredients that can be used to create and brew countless of plagues and pandemic at the Plague God's joyful leisure.

Some of these diseases that he has already managed to create are countless Cancers, Flesh Eating Bacteria/Infections, Bubonic Plague, Tuberculosis, Bulging Eye, Creeping Buboes, Crook Bone, Grey Ague, Green Pox, and Nurgle's Rot.

And there still more to create but for now Nurgle was focused on blessing his newest daemons with some of his gifts to make them true plague daemons, and fine additions to his family.

The Infectors that are swarming inside his very essence were eager to emerge, frolic and infect countless in his name but proper steps are needed to be made before he can spawn them into his Garden, that's why he was currently standing beside his colossal cauldron, filled with unimaginable horrific concoctions as he stered the bright green liquid substance inside the cauldron.

Inside this cauldron he added infected guts and flees of black plague, along with lepers limbs, followed by seven gallons of tuberculosis infected blood into the brew thus granting his Infectors and their host with several diseases that will infect others to fall to either his worshiper to fight for him, or become host for new Infectors.

Lastly he finished by adding a huge amount of zombie-fungus that will surely augment the infection radius and rate of the Infectors on both the living and dead host across the Materium and beyond.

Nurgle was overjoyed with his latest creation, he decided to call it "Malic-maggot Plague" he stered for a couple more minutes before he was finally sastified with his brew.

So now it was time to finally spawn and infected his new maggot-daemons.

Laughing and hacking Nurgle was soo excited not just to spawn his new lovely servents but also choose some of his other daemons to as litteral host to further spread and multiply the amount of infectors across the worlds they grace with their presence, and "generosity", Nurgle placed his right hand over the cauldron and focused his vile essence through it causing all the dead, rotting skin over his bloated green arm to squirm, wiggle, and slither as he felt billions of "tiny" maggots crawl through his arm.

Eventually these maggots, reached the Decaying God's right hand making the newest born Chaos God smile, as all these infectors burrow out his arm through his now razor-sharp, bone claws billion of plump, cat sized maggots started to crawl and burst out his hand by countless amounts all falling into Nurgle's cauldron and being bless with the infection of the Malic-maggot Plague.

As they spawn and fell into the latest creation of Nurgle's, the Plague God could hear their joy filled laugher and cheering as the swam and marinated in the malic-maggot plague, their voices were almost like echoing joy, as the plump maggots gained a green tint along with pustules and larger maw filled with rows upon rows of small jagged teeth.

With this he has finally spawned and gained new lovely children, that will greatly help him on his indevors to infect everything with endless plague, carrion, and decay the Plague God was truly blessed to the master and grandfather to these new lovely little daemonic creatures as they will infect countless of souls from living to dead, human to beast, animal to monster these Infector represents the joy of spreading carrion, and the embodiment of the cycle of rebirth and renewal!!!

Nurgle decided that their first mission will be to join the invading army to this alternative world of fantasy, that he knows as the Old World, they will greatly serve to spread their number of warriors and daemons, making a valuable asset in this incursion and hunt for this new sibling called Ultnarth...

Location the Blood Lands-The Brass Citadel Remodeling 50%/The Skull Thrones of Khorne

The Blood God has returned to his realm, and to the reconstruction of his dwelling, while Khorne would never openly admit he quite enjoyed himself and the company of his...family.

Not only can he see the progress made to his citadel now four floors in height, and halfway completed but soon he can add some defenses and utilities to his new fortress citadel, for himself and Valkia.

Speaking of the Gorequeen, the first thing the Blood God did was check upon his beloved wife, she was still sleeping and with her eyes wrapped in the special bandages provided by Laharl's...daemon sorcerers...but a blood valkyrie reported that his wife, Valkia hasn't experienced any discomfort or pain since he left, and also while little has started showing signs of improvement, this news pleased Khorne.

He told her and the rest of the blood valkyries to continue watching and caring for Valkia, ad he saw his loyal, most powerful and favored flesh hound recently turned elder daemon, Karanak, laying near Valkia and her daughter standing guard and ever watchful as he order.

Again this pleased the Blood God as he went to one of the rendmasters he left in charge of the Gore Fortress' construction.

Brass armored high-daemon was yelling commands at the other daemons which were working as the former Brass Citadel was twice as larger, composed of Godblood Ore, making it a metal red with countless spikes and more, [picture when it's complete, the Brass Citadel from the Realm of Chaos Map, but as the front entrance with a ginormous tower like Sauron just five times the size and ruby red in color without the Eye, exchange it with a titanic touch fire of bleeding flame like Malafex Temple.] the blood herald was desperate to please his master, and provide the wounded mistress with a safe haven, when he felt his dark master, menacing and malignant presence behind him.

The rendmaster, turned around and just like he sensed before he saw his dark master, in all his proud, furious glory as he look down at him with his crimson eyes, he stared at him for a silent moment, before looking up at the progress of the Gore Fortress' construction, and all he said, "Fine work...work faster, herald." as the Blood God, turned and walked away.

The rendmaster actually breathe in relief, that at least his dark master wasn't angry at him, as he quickly turned back to his daemon-kin and order them to work harder and faster in the direct command of the Blood God!!!

Location the Blood Lands-The Cracked Land

Khorne travel some distance from the Brass Citadel, construction site.

He went to the land between his Citadel and the Tree of Souls that he "recently" empowered to work as a power source for his daemons.

Since he couldn't sit on his throne, and he didn't want to wander far from the citadel he decide to go visit the site where he had his battle with Laharl, the land was split and terraformed by their brutal clash.

But the Blood God didn't come to these canyons, just to reminisce but to use the Cracked Land as the new spawning ground for the brand new blood daemons that are inside his very essence, hungry and eager to be unleashed.

[Original lore the Cracked Land, was made when Khorne first time ever swung his sword, resulting in this litteral scar in his realm, since I've change a lot of the timeline I decide that the new origins of the Cracked Land was a result of Laharl and Khorne fighting.]

First the Blood God focused his ruinous power on the essence of the new high-daemons the goristros, to adjust them to better suit his legion.

Khorne felt the former tanar'ri turned khornate daemons yelp in pain as their essence and mind were being turned and reshaped to the Blood God's needs.

He bestowed them with greater physical abilities, sentience and lesser intellect, plus he brand them all with brass collars like the flesh hounds to grant them the blessing of (Magic/Psyker Resistance) like all other of his daemons.

But the collar serve as a matter of protection for any future mortal servent, that tries to summon a goristro, cause from what Laharl told him about his future followers the Word Bearers and the Black Legion, and many more he'll have to regretfully accept some form of sorcery if he wishes for his daemonic legions to invade into the Materium, and from what he learn in the Dimensional Gate this new alternative dimension...the Old World is the same but with less limitations as their main world, that need damn psykers.

But at least for now with the Warp being so stable, Warpstorms and daemonic surges were much easier to breach into Materium and let loose their daemonic legions.

And right now his was about to become much more stronger with new bloodthirsty daemons joining their ranks.

Once Khorne was sastified with all his adjustments on his goristros, it was time to spawn then through blood, fire, and hate.

Khorne stretched out his left arm to the direction of the canyon, focusing all his daemonic power, and dark divine dominion over his realm and the terrain to cause an earthquake and in turn an underground eruption...

As within the dark depths of the Cracked Land, hellfire and magma started to flow and pool and soon enough a gorilla like arm with red fur, burst out the magma, swiftly followed by several more limb and evil looking red eyes seen beneath the blazing surface.

Back on the top were Khorne waited, growls, low roars, and wicket laughter was echoing from within the canyon, as arms and hand started to grab onto the ledges of the canyon, making the Blood God grin under helmet as his Goristros have finally been spawned...

[Goristros look like their 5th dnd edition, except with blood red fur and a Khorne collar around their neck.]

Location the Nethervoid-Shi'lanorai Territory, within the Mountain of Dark Winter

As the Ice Warriors guided the Dark One through the settlements, all the way to the main gate to the inside of the mountain.

He sensed the last fighters of Crystallyl's Bloodstained Snow Beasts, the deadly ice archers known as the Crystal Wraiths.

Like before they were all stationed on the sides and secret trenches of black mountain, using the snow as cover so they can shot down all the dare approuch their Queendom.

Like all other shi'lanorai, they to were affected and corrupted by the Carnage corruption that permeate and emenates from the Nethervoid, they gained more eyes some only obtained one other up to thirteen all drastically improving their vision, aim, and archery abilities, while one can say they had the less overall carnage mutations of the Shi'lanorai forces, they be the second with major mutations.

As the grand black doors parted open on the front of the mountain, allowing entrance to the Dark One, the ice warriors made way to allow their dark master to pass unpeaved.

Kneeling both sides of the Dark One he walked on through and entered the mountain to finally speak, and bound with his future eighth queen and bride...
