147 Blood on the Snow Part 1: The Civil War Continues

(General POV)

Location the Nethervoid-Castle Neo Oblivion/Bathroom

In the Greek style humongous bathroom, Laharl and all his wives were enjoying the warm waters of the bath, all having a pleased and contemp faces, as they relaxed in the pool.

All the while, they were using their divine sight to keep up the progress of the Shi'lanorai Civil War, which has already started again with Crystallyl and Jar Zera'val already commanding their forces to attack the loyalist faction of the shi'lanorai once again causing the bloody carnage, which was very entertaining for them, once their done enjoying themselves, Laharl will start mobilizing his daemons and Avatar to invade Ymir.

Location Nord Sector, Eldar World-Ymir, outer snowfields of the Mountains of the Shi'lanorai/Battlefield Carnage Forces Vs. Loyal Shi'lanorai

Upon the commands of Crystallyl and Jar Zera'val all the carnage forces charged forward, with the gobos once again started unleashing hell, firing everything with their doom seekers flying ahead firing their special lapsguns down upon the royal army of the Shi'lanorai.

The red superheated laser cut through the shi'lanorai that still hadn't added wraithbone to their usual equipment, as limbs and whole chunks of these shi'lanorai were blown away by the Doom Seekers assault, not only that the Dreadpede also joined the attack skittering ahead of the main forces and heading straight for it's prey.

The massive nightmarish creature swooped through the enemy forces, stabbing and slashing any of the frost eldar that were too close to it multiple metallic blade-like legs.

The dreadpede used its frontal pair of sickle arms to swing at the shi'lanorai cleanly cutting through them without resistance, seeing the massive flesh horror as the most biggest and closest threat to their forces, the shi'lanorai loyalists' crystal wraiths started to focus all their attention at the dreadpede, rushing behind the monster searching for a vulnerable spot to shot at it, all the while the Dreadpede was causing mayhem in the royal army's front, the rest of the enemy forces were getting closer to them.

Seeing this, King Shik'Adammine ordered his ice warriors to meet the charging forces of the enemies head on, while his snow hunters aided the archers in trying to slay the horrific monster.

Listening to their king's command they did exactly as he order, as he too joined the charge against the enemy with some of his most skilled and trusted guards joining him as well as, they rushed through the snow, taking some fire from the dirty green skinned, creatures that were ahead of the rest of Crystallyl's forces.

At the Carnage side, Crystallyl immediately joined the gobos and flesh horrors that were ahead of all the other forces of Carnage.

Riding her trusted mount Frongfang as they sway through their new allies, which at first she was surprised to see that former alderi witch that she cut off her former right arm...that now replaced with a much more sinister, and dark limb.

Speaking of the rising Carnage Champion when she and the corrupted Shi'lanorai princess first met as allies instead of enemies, Jar Zera'val expected some initial animosity between them but to the c'hartari surprise Crystallyl only smiled and said to her, "Yesterday's enemy is today's ally..." as she remembers what the princess did and said to her next, with a wicket grin, and her silver, turquoise, and violet eyes giving a look that promises pain and death she spoke, "...but get in my way...or take my prey from me and my warriors, corrupted alderi. And I swear on the name of the Void Lord, that pain and death will be a relief to what I'm going to do to you." Crystallyl ended their previous encounter like that as the Frost Eldar princess was at the midst of the gobos, flesh horrors, c'hartari and shi'lanorai warriors this made frustrated and angry at herself not even when the princess wasn't a follower of the Dark One has Jar Zera'val felt threatened or afraid but Crystallyl power, bloodlust, and ruthlessness was something that not even the Carnage Champion could refute.

Grinding her teeth, as jealousy, frustration, anger, and other emotions surged into the aspiring champion of Chaos, she greatly tightened her grip on her weapons releasing sparks of psychic power that zap, melted snow, scorched the black rock underneath said snow.

So intense was Jar Zera'val's power and fury that her Dark Seers and Psykers acting as her acolyte guard back away from their Mistress' destructive fury.

She roared in anger, causing a huge burst of psychic chaotic energy melted all snow around her from a few meters from herself, as Jar Zera'val gained control of her power she turned her head at her guards telling them they will join the battle as well, nodding to her she turned to the battlefield and started marching forward to join the carnage with the rest of the followers of Alka'lkarnak/Laharl.

As Jar Zera'val and her psychically strong guards were marching, all that the Carnage Champion was thinking about Crystallyl, feeling enraged and envious at the princess that has just joined the battle, Jar Zera'val watched as Crystallyl and her saberhorn beast pounce at a group of loyalists shi'lanorai that feline monster rip the head off a ice warrior with its huge razor-sharp fangs, swiping it claws breaking through the ice armors of these frost eldars' warriors.

But what was more impressive was Crystallyl herself, which begrudgingly had to admit it as the Carnage-touched shi'lanorai princess was beheading several of her enemies.

Cleaving another across the chest, even chopping off the right arm at that same shi'lanorai, and when several old snow hunters tried to attack her from all sides only to meet large, sharp spikes of ice sprouted around the saberhorn beast impaling them all, those that didn't perish from the initial strike met Crystallyl's ice-axe or Frostfang's fangs.

This made Jar Zera'val more angry and envious as she could feel the gaze of the Lord of Lust, Void, and Carnage focus on the princess instead of her, soo she picked up her marching pase and with her Carnage Blade in a vertical form as well as her Chaosbrand scepter the C'hartari Matriarch started to channel her power through her mind, flowing it through her body and weapons causing her body and weapons to be coated in violet, burgundy, and grey colored lightning.

She felt herself becoming stronger and faster as she burst forward, melting snow slightly as she rushed through it, laughing sadistic as Jar Zera'val swore to her dark master that all these souls will be his and she'll be the one to offer them all!

While Jar Zera'val charged forward, and Crystallyl was engaging enemies in another area of the battle, their forces too were engaging in carnage and bloodshed as they fought against the forces of King Shik'Adammine.

Meanwhile, far from the Shi'lanorai Mountains...

Location open snow-covered landscape on Ymir, very distant from the Shi'lanorai territory

Kala's army was marching still towards the shi'lanorai lands, still riding upon her only Falcon anti-grav tank soaring above the snow.

As the alderi were heading to inlist the shi'lanorai under their command for the greater catastrophe that threatens to befall Ymir, that when all their more attuned and stronger psychic kin were bombarded with a huge psychic backlash causing them huge amount of mental strain and pain, as the felt the agonizing emotions of souls being snuffed and taken away from the safe graces of their gods.

Even Kala was overwhelmed by the surge of death this was similar to the massacres and devastation that has happened across the empire, because of Khaine's blessing she was able to willheld the increasing surge of suffering that her kin were experiencing.

This disturbance force the eldars to stop marching and try to push away this discomfort and pain their feelings, but then they sensed something much more foul...

Kala, along with her seers and harlequins, were the first to recover slightly from the surge of death when once again they sense the presence of the Immaterium and of the entity of Alka'lkarnak this only meant that Kala's premonition was happening much earlier than she has originally predicted.

Then, this meant that her vision of a planetary war was starting, but it wasn't Azir'Ymir that would become the battlefield, but instead, it was the shi'lanorai lands which will result in those horrible monsters coming to Ymir, spelling doom for her people and a great blow for the Empire as a wholenif Azir'Ymir and the hidden laboratory falls, so she started to give commands to her strongest and trained psykers to aid those that were still suffering from the "death surge" and the dark, ruinous power of Alka'lkarnak, bowing to Kala they went to do as she commands as she tries to get her forces moving again...

A great battle must be being wage as she stands there, and she needs to be there to provide aid and prevent her vision from coming to full fluitshion, she prayed to Asuryan for guidance and strength for soon they'll be enrering a war the like none have seen yet on this side of the Alderi Empire.
