5 chapter 4
Today is the first day of me joining his organisation as his secretary . I don't know where my destiny is taking me.
Anyway for my first day I choose to wear something comfortable but elegant formal attire. I keep my makeup minimal as possible. I went to his office on time.
I reached his office. His floor is at the top of the building 18th floor and very few people are allowed to this floor. I knocked the door and heard "come in" I saw a beautiful lady in her mid thirties standing beside him. Louis look at me "welcome this is your first day in the office this my secretary and right hand Martha. You will work with her and understand how things go around here, she will tell you things that needed to be done and give you all the details. If you face any problem ask her or you can consult me. Now from here Martha will carry on"
Martha give me the welcoming smile "I look forward to work with you. I will give you all the details and the things needed to be done. If you have any problem don't hesitate to ask."
I smiled "I also look forward to work with you please take care of me."
Martha told about the rules and regulations and duties that I need to do, for instance, he like his coffee at morning 9:30 , meeting schedules, and the assignment that will be given by Mr Louis.
I find Martha comfortable to talk with. she is very efficient in her work and I was completely amazed. she told me she is already married for 2 years , he works in the IT department .... wow office romance.
It took me one week to accustom with the job. I didn't see Mr Louis much which I'm greatful for. Today is a conference and I'm preparing the conference room. Colleen enterprise deals with makeup, handbag, perfume, beauty care products it also extended to chains of restaurants. This guy is madly rich. Unlike Robertson enterprise which deals with perfumes and also invested in other business as well.
The presentation was going on about new range of makeup that they are going to launch. one of employee is talking about the new range of shades and formula they are going to introduce. I don't know why I suddenly interrupt " why don't you provide brush and mirror with blush pallet or eye pallet in one single container it will be so convenient to carry for travel or other places rather than carrying all three separately which takes so much space and time as well it's so irritating " I suddenly stopped everyone was looking at me with weird expression ....I awkwardly smile ....
*facepalm* why did I open my mouth ..this is what the problem with me I don't usually think when I speak đ .....
"well it's certainly a good idea" Mr Louis said there was a hint of amusement in his eyes. Let's do this why not make a sample and release it on our official page let's see the response and Miss Mira next time don't interrupt the presentation if you have suggestions we can discuss it after the presentation "
"Sorry Sir and I apologies to everyone for my interruption" ... one of the employee said "it's OK your idea is good"
"well Miss Mira join this project and see if there is other suggestions or things that can be improve. Well meeting is over" Mr Louis said.
