while I and Joey were catching up and reminiscing about the past the sky had dusked and the shadows had gotten long and hard. a figure entered the room carrying Bow and arrows on its back and a bloodied sack in its right hand it scanned through the room and said

" fatty it's been a while since you have been here , you seemed to slimed a little not much to make differences though ."

" Hello brother Aaron you also seem to look young for an old man in his late twenties. " said Joey , yes the figure was Sam's uncle Aaron.

Aaron is like Boss hooligan of the Purple Horn village if it were somebody else insulting him instead of fatty Joe they would be peeing while sitting and shitting while standing unlike they normally would.

back then when Sammy was still a kid and loved to play like regular kids , Sammy would be bullied by other village kids for his weak bodily constitution. Aaron tried complaining to the parents of the kids but the bullying would stop for a day only to increase next day . Aaron could not always be with Sammy he had his duties as the only provider of the family of two. Yes no matter how the villagers see Aaron nowadays but nobody will deny that back then Aaron did everything in his power to rise toddler Sammy. Aaron did not know what to do sometimes even the thought of slaughtering all the village children to save Sammy from bullying crossed in Aaron's mind until one day Sammy brought home a friend fatty Joe. Aaron was happy as fatty Joe solved his problem of Sammy being bullied , so he invited the kid Joey for lunch leading to misunderstanding between Joey's mother and Aaron.

" damned fatty your tongue has grown longer and sharper since last time I saw you let me cut it down to size " said Aaron as he made his way into the kitchen , he turned towards me and said " I have brought the unideers meat do you want it barbecued or fried. "

" elder Tom said he will bring unideers steak for dinner umm .. let me think you barbecue the meat " I said after giving it a thought.

" what did the sun rise in west , how come a lazy bone like you is cooking brother Aaron . are you perhaps sick let me call a doctor .. oh silly me Sammy is the doctor. Sammy quick check if your uncle's brain is damaged." exclaimed fatty Joe

" damned fatty I am making the dinner for Sammy since he is under bed rest condition and considering that I am in a happy mood now I will let it slid this once don't try'n get on my nerves. " said Aaron with a bulging vein on his forehead threatening to explode.

" who knew a drunk gambling flower thief like you would grow a heart .. whatever. please make the barbecue extra crisp I like it that way " said Joey.

" Ha Ha Ha , I don't know if sun has risen in west today but I know for a fact that Sun is setting in East as mommy's boy Joey is eating something other than his mother's cooking Ha Ha Ha , be serious kid I don't want Martha to drag me to street by my collar again just because I served some food to her precious son. " said Aaron with a frightened face as if he was remembering his worst nightmare.

" uncle Aaron aunty Martha has already agreed to fatty eating at our place and also he will be staying with us from now on to help me around. " I lied because I know if I said that fatty would be mooching off of me and him , he will flip and fatty will be back on streets in no time.

Aaron clicked his tongue and said

" whatever, fatty if you are living with us you Will take care of all the household chores if i come to know that Sammy helped you in anyway , you can just pack you bags and go live on the streets again or I won't mind trading you in for the 1 copper coin bounty on your head . what you thought I did not know about the ghost of fat pig haunting the children's training grounds , word travels fast on the streets. "

I and Joey laughed embarrassedly scratching the back of our heads.

" Sammy why is that old fool Tom coming to our house at night " Aaron asked me

" oh he asked for a doctors appointment when I visited the slaughter house earlier today " I answered

" if it is a normal doctors appointment why is he bringing dinner , why can't he bring money like everybody else " said Aaron

" I don't know , he will pay in cash and the unideers steak is complimentary. " I said

" say why did you go to slaughter house for " asked Aaron.

" You said hunting can be stress revealing so I went to slaughter house to kill some rabbits , and it seems you were wrong again killing helpless rabbit has nothing stress revealing about it " I said , I didn't give much thought for lying to Aaron and said the same reason I said to elder Tom.

" Sammy you are smart and matured compared to others your age but sometimes you can be dumb as the fatty over there , hunting is a sport of fun and leisure for some like me but slaughtering helpless rabbits left and right only a maniac would feel stress revealing about that. " replied Aaron.

I laughed and rubbed my chin as if giving it a little thought and said "come to think of it your right uncle "

" by the way if that old fool Tom is bring dinner why am I cooking , wouldn't that old geezer Tom bring enough for everyone "Aaron asked

" about that I am thinking of turn this into a feast for celebrating Jasmine's new found freedom , she finally will be able to pay of the creditors soon and I want to celebrate it " I said

" oh really good , I know how you were devastated when she went down that road . Okay then off I go " said Aaron as he walked in to the backyard for barbecuing.

as Aaron left I turned towards fatty Joe , feeling my gaze Joey asked

" what is it ?"

" I did not say a thing yet " I defended

" I know that look , last time you gave me that look I end up grinding 50 pounds of herb in the grinding stone for a whole day , what do you need from me now" said Joey

" bro , will you go and ask Anna and Jasmine to join us for dinner , you can tell about the feast to Anna but let it be a surprise for Jasmine " I said

" that's it ?! oh! I will go right away and be right back " saying that Joey dash out of the main door

Later at 7 : 30 pm a elderly couple entered through the main door , damn do people here do not know how to respect others privacy by knocking on their door before entering, you can't blame the villagers as Sam's house is basically half clinic and half home people are habituated to enter Sam's home without knocking.

the elderly couple brought a huge container along with them, they were the Donavans.

I got up from my chair and greeted the couple and invited them in. elder Tom seated on the fur sofa while Mrs Donavan asked for the kitchen to unpack and heat the food.

I took a chair and sat in front of elder Tom and asked

" so, elder Tom what do you need ?" I asked.

" little Sam right to business are we , ha ha ha we can talk after dinner . " said elder Tom.

" sorry elder Tom I am have invited my friends Joey , Anna and Jasmine for dinner so it would be better we talked now " I said

" oh , I see then we talk now .. . you see doctor Sam I want to exchange my slaughter fiend cultivation art for your families Boulder heart cultivation art " said elder Tom sincerely.
