5 Trips and Companions

Will's turned a bit monotonous in the next few days. Attending classes with Kesha was fun but Will still felt homesick. After being reborn, he still felt like seeing his parents who were going through tough times but he couldn't just leave college. The holidays were approaching soon and most of the students were going home and Kesha was one of them. Kesha was supposed to go in a shared cab along with Nevi and one of her friend, Zoyi who was also from the same town. Will decided he couldn't let Kesha go with Nevi as he knew that Nevi liked Kesha. So, Will decided to send Kesha himself and booked a late flight to Minnesota, his home state.

It was day of before the holidays. Classes ended early and Kesha was just packing up her things. She was supposed to go in a cab with Nevi and she did not feel good about it. Will had not approached her directly so she was not sure if Will even wanted a relationship. On the other hand, Nevi was very aggressive with his approach and this cab ride was just a way for him to be together with her. It was at this moment.

…...Beep, beep, beeep, beeeep,….. kesha's phone rings

Will is calling her.

Will - "Hey, Kesha. Are you ready to go back?"

Kesha - "Almost ready. My cab will be here soon."

Will - "I feel jealous of you going back with Nevi. I was thinking maybe I could drive you back home."

Kesha didn't expect Will would be so possessive, but she agreed. She didn't like Nevi anyway. Kesha called Zoyi to tell her that she wasn't coming and then picked up her bag and went to Will.

It was a 2 hour ride and Will had bought the driving skills pill from the game store, so he was confident in his driving skills. Both of them were feeling awkward since the phonecall.

Kesha and I looked at each other. She asked me to go first. I confessed that I liked her. I told her I felt like protecting her always.

I took her hand and put my fingers in between hers. We just sat like that in the car for a few seconds. I looked up to see her face. She was blushing a lot.

I started the car and our journey had begun in more ways than one. Her home was in Lansing county which was about 2 hours drive from our college. I was driving slowly as it was supposed to be a romantic journey. I held her hand while I was driving throughout the journey. She told me how she was not sure what she would tell her mom at home. Her mom expected her to be a great doctor. I told her I won't go to her today as I wanted to meet her mom when I was satisfied with what I had achieved.

I reached her street. I stopped the car. Both of us were feeling sad to part for a few days. She told me close my eyes. I did that. She came close and kissed my cheeks and went away. Ah, I so wanted more than this. Never mind, lets save it for next time. I started the car and went back.

I was sitting in my dorm after I had packed my stuff. I checked the money game to see how much money I had accumulated. I got a notification instantly.

Lina - "How cool, I want to fashion designer but my dad didn't agree, So I came here to study art after having a fight with my dad."

Lina's home was in River View area, Minneapolis. Initially, Will was shocked to find this out since this society was where the rich people of Minneapolis lived. Each home was better than the other and worth millions. Finally, Will realized that he had the Money Game with him, he didn't need to worry about not being rich in this life.
