Prologue

Year 209X Modern civilization was thriving, with more and more companies sprouting up, the corporate fat cats earning more and more money. By the end of it all, the world as we know it was on the verge of collapsing, global warming, deforestation everything was reaching a fever pitch they had known from way before that the earth was dying, despite multiple warnings, they just decided to move forwards warnings unheeded as they continued desecrating the earth for profit.

With the overpopulation and all the ailments that earth has, it would take a miracle for it to survive, should humans continue down on this path of destruction.

It needed a miracle and it was a miracle that happened on this day, 210X, a huge meteor was headed towards earth, the major scientists couldn't even begin to fathom how a meteor of that size would appear out of nowhere slamming into earth.

After the meteor hit, it caused a chain reaction of catastrophic events, entire cities hit by tsunamis, volcanos and earthquakes, in an instant close to 50% of the world population had been wiped out. With another 20% dying to Famine or diseases. Electricity became a thing of the past with electrical devices being unable to power up. Beasts began mutating becoming stronger and wilder, with even the tiniest of rodents becoming vicious beasts with sharp teeth, plants began rapidly outgrowing their predecessor in a matter of days.

It was natural selection, almost as if someone wanted to save the earth and let it flourish once again.

210X, The remaining population of the human race started to band together and fend for themselves, with the surge in power from the many beasts and the lack of technology, humanity's first manifestation began. Manifesting abilities, having superpowers like the mutants you would see from the TV shows, they managed to fend off the beasts, but soon many places become overrun with wild beasts.

Humanity started moving and forming larger colonies, eventually, the strongest people were the ones in power and had the most influence. They had finally stabilized, being able to defend against the beasts.

But humanity faced their next biggest threat to survival, themselves. With more and more powerhouses emerging they had warlords at every turn, some stood to protect the benefit of the weaker ones, others fought for their own benefit.

Humanity started congregating as they banded together for safety, the Warlords started fighting for territory and space, with the civil wars taking place, a few righteous powers allied together and created a Holy capital, together, they expelled the warlords from the land and gave safety, food, and religion to the helpless.

The Holy capital extended their crusades establishing cities and letting them defend themselves. As time flowed on, the cities began to build their own military, developing tactics to defend against the beasts and other foreign powers that might attack.

Years passed by as they finally created a stable new civilization, with Artefacts powered by spirit stones, a new world has been born. And within the new world, our story begins.
