Chapter 23: Dance

"Dad, the hero of my life would you mind dancing with me?" Elizabeth asked her father. Her father is her everything and she wanted to create beautiful moments with him. She wants to fulfill all the regrets of her previous life.

Maybe that sounds cheesy but so that be. She also wants him to leave the topic of marriage for the time being.

"Sure.., princess" Harris was glad. His heart was full of happiness in his daughter's heart he was always best. Yes!.

"Ahem... Eliza do you forgot me?" Oliver teases.

"Grandpa you have Grandma with you the most gorgeous lady, so why would you need me. hmmm...!" Eliza giggled.

"You are right! haha," Oliver was pleased by her granddaughter.

"Sis..... Sis.... what about me?" Liam also asked from the side.

"You... You should find a ladylove if you do not have any partner" saying Elizabeth chuckled.

"No... No... I am fine."

Liam backs off listening to the word ladylove. 'No I am glad to be single, I do not need anyone. Thank god mom did not listen to cousin otherwise she will agree to her words.'

Seeing the interaction Lucy was fuming with jealousy and hatred 'why? why was Elizabeth everyone center of attraction? Just because of her pretty face hmph..!'

Soon the melodious song filled the banquet Elizabeth takes her dad's hand and moves to the dance floor. They were dancing elegantly while watching Elizabeth Harris recall Jennifer, Elizabeth is the same as her.

Whether how much time passed their love never downfall for each other.

Lucy glanced at Kevin and follows his gaze. He was focused on Elizabeth. She was groping with annoyance. She goes to Zara to discuss their plan final steps.

Aldrin was also glimpsing at Elizabeth. 'She did not change as all ways the kind-hearted and lovingly girl. Who can make her upset? She can only be a Queen, my queen.' he thought.

Finishing their dance Elizabeth and Harris gave the stage to others. The dance floor soon filled with partners.

Elizabeth noticed Aunt Amy and Uncle Lucas; Grandma Brenda and Grandpa Oliver; Lilly auntie and Michael uncle and various business tycoon with their wives romping gracefully. Those who did not have a partner with them now were talking to Harris about Elizabeth of course who would want to miss such an opportunity.

Kevin saw the chance of Elizabeth standing solitary. He strides fast and comes in front of Elizabeth before Aldrin could.

"Hey Elizabeth"

Elizabeth turned to the source of the voice. Kevin was startled by Elizabeth's closer look. She was looking like a patron. Her hairs were curled up. Her face was glowing. Her dress was fitting her beautifully showing her perfect figure.

"Hello, Kevin" Elizabeth feels disgusted by his gaze but squeak a fake smile.

Kevin come back to his sense. "Oh!... You are looking fantastic Elizabeth"

"Thank you"

"Would this beautiful lady mind giving me the honor to dance with you?'' Kevin asked gracefully.

Elizabeth was in no mood to wreck her day. She feels like vomiting listening to his flattery but she felt someone's eyes throwing daggers at her. She knows who was the owner of them that w*nch who else. How can she miss such an opportunity?

"Yeah...! sure" she replied plainly.

Hearing the reply Kevin's heart was going merry. 'Yeah, Elizabeth cannot resist my charm. Now is my chance I have to make sure she tells her father about me. I have already told my mother that Smith's daughter will be their daughter-in-law.'

Lucy's heart was on fire. 'Kevin is mine you witch. You will be a laughing stock later just wait for a little all your reputation will be ruined.' Lucy comforts herself.

Not only Lucy but Aldrin was no better 'Who the hell is this guy? She only belongs to me... Control Aldrin, you have to behave like a gentleman. Don't scare her.' Aldrin said and move to Kevin and Elizabeth.

Just as Kevin was going to yank Elizabeth towards him. He feels a push. Elizabeth was pulled into a strong embrace.

Elizabeth's head hit the strong chest, she felt somewhat dizzy. She looks up and met the deep ocean eyes.

'Ahhhhhh....! So handsome....' Her heart was screaming. She was feeling very nervous.

"Al... Aldrin... You..." she tries to speak but cannot find the word. Her throat was tight.

Observing Elizabeth state a smile leak Aldrin face.

Elizabeth was captivated by the smile. How on the earth can be a man so handsome.

God Gracious.....!

His light brown eyes were like a deep trap from where you cannot escape. His sturdiness and the big hand on her waist. She was damn blushing from head to toe.

Aldrin was finally seeing her queen. He was mesmerized by her beauty.

Her petite face with light makes up a touch giving an extraordinary glimmer to her complexion. Her smooth skin which he can feel. She is so thin. Her big round eyes with long eyelashes. Her hair and the scent she was emitting.

Everything was so attractive he cannot resist being away from her.

Both of them were lost in each other eyes like there was none other than them.
