"I'm not asking you to try…" Tony interrupted

"I am trying to do it." Pepper replied
"Pepper, you're not listening to me!" Tony said
"No, you are not listening to me." Pepper stated
"I'm trying to make you CEO. Why won't you let me?" Tony asked
"Have you been drinking?" Pepper asked not believing his ridiculous talk.
"Chlorophyll. I hereby irrevocably appoint you chairman and CEO of Stark Industries effective immediately. Yeah, done deal. Okay? I've actually given this a fair amount of thought, believe it or not." Tony said as one of the robots brings him a tray which a bottle and glasses on it. "Doing a bit of headhunting, so to speak, trying to figure out who a worthy successor would be. And then I realised it's you. It's always been you." Tony said as he Pours champagne. Pepper sits down, shocked and confused. "I thought there'd be a legal issue, but actually I'm capable of appointing my successor. My successor being you." Tony hands her a glass. She doesn't take it.So he finally adds "Congratulations? Take it, just take it."
"I don't know what to think." Pepper finally sais
"Don't think, drink. There you go." Tony says as they tap glasses and drink.

Next Day before Meeting Kenichi and his masters Tony and Pepper get the Notary and officially make Pepper the CEO of Stark industries.
Tony's new assistant Mary Huges a.k.a Maria Hill and Happy Hogan were there as witnesses. Because of Kenichi's intervention Fury sent Maria to join Stark's company to keep watch on him and his interactions with Kenichi.
After Tony was the only one left, Kenichi and his masters entered his house.
"Still alive Stark" Kenichi said
"Yes," Tony replied as he knew Kenichi was taunting him for not taking his offer the first time.
"And we are here to make sure that you stay alive" Akisame said in perfect English
"Thanks for coming here" Tony said, seven though he was susant he wasn't arrogant enough to not thank someone.
"Please you gave us a blank cheque and are also organising a party for us, it's the least we could do." Kensei said with a smile on his face.
The four of them then went to Tony's garage and used the equipment there to check Tony as well as read the report JARVIS has made up till now.
"Hmm... It's good that you have been keeping the intake of the drink as advised but it won't be enough. The toxicity level is in the 40%" Akisame said then turned his head towards Kensei and asked "How long will it take for you to remove the poison?"
"If it stays the same then 5 hours but if it crosses 50% then 10-12 hours" Kensei replied
"wait wait wait Are you saying that I can be saved?" asked Tony in surprise as he had given up the hope to survive the only reason he called them was just to make sure that he had used every resource available that's it.
"Of course since we are here we will save you Mr. Stark" Akisame replied
"But what about the metals that are close to my heart? None of the world renown surgeons wanted to perform the surgery because they thought it wasn't possible" Tony said
"Well you obviously didn't took my Master's opinion as he is above those surgeons Stark. They were afraid because they didn't believe in their own hands, you need not worry he has the most stable hands. After all you did see how a Martial artist's hands can be different from normal people" Kenichi stated
Tony remembered the fight against Obadiah and how Reaper used his hands to slap bullets and then break Obadiah's armour.
"I understand" Tony said
"Now all we need is to set a date for the operation and the place to do the operation." Kensei stated.
"What's wrong with this place, we can have Stark bring equipment here and be done with it." Kenichi suggested
"No I don't want Pepper to find out about it" Tony said
"Huh! You don't want Pepper to find out about it? Are you nuts? Do you know what will happen if she finds out later? Any chance you think you have with her will be gone Tony, why would she be wanna be with a man who doesn't even want her to be there at such an important moment of time." Kenichi said
"What!?" asked Tony in surprise
"Don't What me? I know you like her and even she likes you but do you think after lying to her about something like this and making her the CEO will make her less angry then you are wrong. You need to understand that you will survive Tony so you can do living the days as if they are your last days" Kenichi said
"I would listen to him, he is quite and expert in relationship " Akisame said
"What!?" asked Tony
"I have multiple girlfriends Tony and yes they know about each other and don't have a problem with it, so believe me I know what I am talking about." Kenichi said
Tony dumbly nodded his head, still reeling over the fact that Kenichi has a Harem.
"But he is right about one thing we can't do the Operation here as the place has been used as a garage and it would take a long time to disinfect it and get the equipments here." Akisame said
"Then let's just ask Coulson to get us a place and equipments you need for the operation, he can send the bill to Stark later" Kenichi suggested
"Yeah we can do that," Kensei stated
Akisame also nodded his head and said "We will inform you about the time and place when it's ready"
Stark nodded his head though still a little shocked and was mumbling "18 years old with a Harem?"

Tony, Pepper and Happy are seen leaving a car and walking into a building. Happy is carrying a red suitcase.
"You know, it's Europe. How about you and I go on a long drive" asked Tony as he wanted to tell Pepper about his condition after Kenichi's dressing down.
"I don't think we have time for that" Pepper said
Mary was already waiting for them there and took them in, where Pepper and Tony met Elon Musk while Mary got there table ready.
"Mr Musk. How are you?" Pepper said
"Hi, Pepper. Congratulations on the promotion." Elon Musk said
"Thank you very much." Pepper stated
"Elon, how's it going. Those Merlin engines are fantastic." Tony said
"Thank you. Yeah, I've got an idea for an electric jet." Elon said
"You do?" asked Tony
"Yeah." Elon said
"Then we'll make it work." Tony said then they bid goodbye and walked towards their table Mary arranged.
They hadn't been on their table for less than a minute that they met someone they didn't want to see.
"Anthony. Is that you?"
