12 Chapter 12 Dragon shadow

Furiana was stumped at Althea's reaction. Usually, any girl would be happy after getting the news of her love.

Previously, Althea was infatuated with Prince Nuthir but after gaining back her memories, she knew that they can't be together, moreover now she doesn't have any good feelings toward that arrogant Prince.

Whenever Prince Nuthir visits Alfing city, he comes to City Lord's mansion. He used to treat Althea well in front of her parents but whenever Althea's parents are not around, he gave her a cold shoulder.

Althea knew about this but never revealed it to her parents, so her parents are unaware of Prince Nuthir's true color.

"What is it that you want to tell me," asked Furiana. She felt like she doesn't seem to understand her daughter anymore.

" Mother, I don't like Prince Nuthir," said Althea in a firm tone.

"What do you mean? Weren't you guys happy every time you meet"

Althea didn't reply, she doesn't know what to say, she can't reveal her secrets about the dragon token now. There is always a danger involving the dragon token.

Furiana was even more dumbfounded at her daughter's expression. Looking at Althea's eyes, Furiana knew that she is telling the truth. Her pitch-black eyes looked like a bottomless dark abyss holding many secrets but at the same time there was boldness in it and many would-be intimidated just by looking at her eyes.

Both the mother and daughter were lost at words for a moment.

Every parent wants their daughter to find a good husband and to Furiana and Duriaz, Prince Nuthir was a perfect match for Althea. "Lothian, you shouldn't be thinking about the prophecy right!", Grandmaster Vivan questioned him instead of answering.

The man in violet robe's name was Lothian Dyav, a divine level alchemist, his position was next only to Grandmaster Vivan in the Alchemist Guild.

"The one with the flame dragon shall rule all the lands under the heaven, this is the prophecy that was spread forty years ago. But no one knows who prophesied it." Lothian faintly smiled and continued.

"By the way, how can you guys be so sure that the dragon token destroyed by Althea Rion has something to do with the flame dragon mentioned in the prophecy"

Grandmaster Vivan snorted and said, "Are you doubting me! I was there when Althea Rion, the former sovereign of the Hall of mage used her last remaining spirit seed energy to destroy the dragon token. "Do you still think that dragon shadow has something to do with a flame dragon! you are wasting your time", sneered Grandmaster Vivan.

Back in Alfing city, Althea didn't know that her flame dragon had caught the attention of the divine level expert.

From her mother, she learned that Prince Nuthir will reach Alfing city in the next five days. After talking with her mother, Althea went back to her room and started to cultivate. Now her spirit seed was almost healed and can absorb at most sixty percent of the spiritual energy which is a great improvement from the past.

After listening to everything, the man in the mask said, "I want the exact location of the dragon shadow that is said to have appeared in the southern region one month ago"

"My Lord, after investigating, your subordinate had made a calculation and found that the dragon shadow might have appeared between or in Purple mist city and Twin lake city where the two big clans of the southern region are located, the Gia clan and the Baro clan"

The man in a mask put his hands behind his back, as he listened to the blackguard. On his hand was a necklace made of azure blue stone.

"Let's check out the clan's jurisdictions," said the man in mask as he turns around.
