3 Chapter 3 Meeting Wu Family

After Wu Li and Wu Tang left, Wu Mei leaned on the doorframe thinking about what she should do first.

In her past life, after Wu Mei followed them back to Wu Mansion she was supposed to act as a substitute to marry a man. As young as she was back then, a little older than eleven, she was ordered to marry an old man for the sake of saving their family. At that time, they only wanted an excuse to get her out of the house.  If they really need saving, why couldn't they sell their gold vases and art works hanging on their walls? If they didn't want her in the house, why couldn't they leave her on her own?

Naive Wu Mei agreed and just like that, she was subjected to the taunts to many people. Not caring about the reason why she did what she had done, even Wu Tang joined them in ridiculing her. Wu Mei didn't think Wu Tang would betray her so she thought that Wu Tang was just embarrassed. After Wu Tang went back home, she apologized to Wu Mei and like that the issue was solved. But now, she was sure that the date was correct but why did her age move forward by six years?

Clearly she was eleven when Wu Li came to bring her back to Wu Manor and when she got engaged to the old man but now Wu Li came to get her at age seventeen.

"Could it be.... The time frame was disrupted? Is it because of my rebirth? This doesn't seem right..." Wu Mei looked at her body again.

"Sure enough this is the body of a seventeen year old girl." Her body was even curvier than most seventeen year olds. Wu Mei looked at her phone and saw a lot of missed calls. She grinned and picked up her laptop.

"Miss W, I've been trying to reach you for some time now!"

"I was busy..." Wu Mei, although young, was a genius. A very rare genius but was a dark horse. She never liked to show her talents. Miss W was an alias she normally used on a stock exchange market website. Miss W was widely known in the stock exchange market and even big shots had to pay homage to her.

Wu Mei created this alias before she was taken back to the Wu Mansion but she also used that alias to help Wu Family gain ground in Country A. Even people from the Zheng family wanted to collaborate with her. But since the Zheng family was an existence that many people feared and was an enemy of Wu Family she never wanted to collaborate with them. It is very funny how she had this much power at her disposal and yet, she still fell victim to the Wu Family. She is really the embodiment of being smart in other things but not in the way of the world. 

"Miss W, are you sure you don't want to collaborate with Zheng Family? They will bring you a lot of Fortune..."

Wu Mei cut him off "Li Qing why do want me to collaborate with the Zheng Family?"

"Miss W, you don't know this but collaborating with the Zheng Family will give you a lot of benefits. Helping them will help you gain grounds in Country Y!  Recently the Zheng's Family only grandson, Young Master Zheng came to Country Y to stay! I even heard that he stays in Red Cloud Estate!" Although he hates getting close to females, if you could get closer to him you..."

"Do you think I'm that kind of person?" Wu Mei asked, her voice going deeper. 

"N...no..."

Wu Mei didn't say anything for a long time and Li Qing was nervous. But Wu Mei was weighing the pro's and con's of collaborating with Young Master Zheng.

_If he could also help me deal with the people on my mind. Wouldn't to be worth it?

When Li Qing was going out of his mind, Wu Mei continued.

"Alright I'll collaborate with him. When I'm ready I'll send him a message."

"Really? Miss W..."

Li Qing stopped typing with an awkward look. This Miss W doesn't give anybody face.

Wu Mei started working and a series of codes appeared on her computer screen. Wu Mei had another alias..... WM, a famous hacker who just takes a job that could allow her to spend money for a year and then go offline. She would just suddenly come online, take a job and then go offline. Even now was the longest that she had stayed online. 

"Let's have a good time collaborating. Miss W." Wu Mei pressed the send button and closed her laptop. She heard another knock on the door, Wu Mei smirked.

_These people are just so impatient!

Wu Li, Wu Tang and three other people stood at the door. Wu Xin the father, Wu Wei the second elder brother and Wu Ling the third brother.

"Madam I thought I told you not to disturb me.... Didn't I make myself clear?" 

Wu Xin coughed , looking at the girl in front of him he frowned. Blessed with a peerless and seductive face, her body was well..... curvy.

But her hair which was dyed silver and the three earrings on her ears which made her seem like a truant. She even had the typical bad boy look. All in all she didn't measure up to a strand of Wu Tang's hair. But because of what they needed her to do they had to bring her back home.
