What Should I do?

"I have wanted to ask you why you came back from your trip so quickly when you told me you weren't gonna come back today but it skips my mind. Why didn't you go on the trip anymore? Did your client cancel the meeting at the last minute?" Gabrielle asked curiously. 

She was so ready to curse that client out loud if Vincent confirms that the client cancelled the meeting. Vincent wouldn't have caught her and Stephanie unawares if not for this.

"I didn't feel like going anymore so I cancelled the meeting," Vincent said nonchalantly.

Honestly, he did not cancel the meeting because he lost interest in it. After arriving at the airport, this strange feeling that something terrible was gonna happen to him on this trip had made him tell Ryan to drive him back to the Mansion.
