23 Trouble
Qi Yu went early to the palace hall and had meeting with all the elders including the Chu Clan sect master and a few of their elders.
"A pleasant morning to everyone. We all know that this is a bit rush but the six juniors including my son are heading out today to the Sovereign Capital by foot. You don't have to worry about their safety as the esteemed senior, the clan's benefactor have sent us a letter that he will be guiding the juniors from behind the scenes secretly."
Qi Yu told them earnestly. Of course, he could not reveal to them that Qi Meng is their clan's benefactor to protect the safety of their son and the clan as well. By now, the Chu Clan had already understood some of its meaning but they did not dare to ask about the specifics.
It does not mean that Qi Yu is suspecting any of them to be like what the former elder Qi Du has become. It is better to keep the huge secret within their family as to prevent any mishaps from the same incident happening again.
Even though Qi Meng has not advised them to keep it a secret, Qi Yu as the sect master knows what to do on behalf of his son.
Qi Zi has a brilliant smile on her face making her look even younger that before.
All the elders except for Qi Zi including some of the Chu Clan's echelon present were surprised. The elders of whom their son and daughter had told them yesterday that they are leaving the clan today at the sect master's orders were puzzled.
Of course, Qi Meng had told the juniors earlier of how to explain the situation to their parents.
Chu Yuexia, Chu Qing and Chu Yang together had asked the Qi Clan disciple guarding nearby the training camp to deliver the letters they wrote for their parents whom in turn asked the sect master's permission.
Upon Qi Yu's order, the disciple hurriedly went to the Chu Clan and was able to deliver the letters from the Chu clan's juniors before midnight. After receiving the news, Sect Master Chu Hao and some elders of whom are the juniors' parents immediately rushed towards the Qi Clan by a carriage and reached at sun rise.
Half an hour later, Qi Meng, Chu Yuexia and the others are already at the clan's gates.
All of them have already bid their farewell to their family.
The clan members waved their hands as the juniors walked very far away and a few moments later, they were gone from their sight.
They threaded the mountains in the direction of the Mountain Village as they need to pass this area before they can reach their destination.
It would take them at least ten days to reach the Mountain Village by foot.
They could fly and reach the capital in 10 days including the time for eating and resting. However, it would not serve their purpose of training if they took the easy way.
Qi Meng had carefully chosen this route as there are ferocious beasts lurking around the area before the Mountain Village where they can sharpen their combat skills.
After crossing the hanging bridge over the Twin Valley River, Qi Meng and his group already encountered trouble.
At the sight of him and his team, a group of young disciples camping near the river at the outskirts of Twin Valley Village approached them.
"You guys must be from the Qi Clan and the Chu Clan. You cannot pass from here, go and find another route. Our young master, the Zhao Clan's prime descendant is training nearby. We cannot allow you lot to disturb his training."
The young disciple is from the Zhao Clan which resided at the Mountain Village together with the Ji Clan and another smaller clan.
"Go and fight it out with them!" Qi Meng calmly said.
Upon hearing this, Qi Jiang made his move instantly.
He suddenly appeared at the back of the young disciple and gave him a punch straight to the face.

The Zhao disciple was not able to react immediately and received Qi Jiang's blunt attack without any defense and passed out instantly after he landed to the ground with a bloody face.
Qi Jiang did not use any abilities as this Zhao disciple is only at the peak late stage of the Dao Sage realm at most.
"How dare you!" Five Zhao disciples accompanying the knocked down disciple roared and attacked Qi Jiang simultaneously.
All five of them are a bit stronger than the first guy beaten down by Qi Jiang having a cultivation base of peak stage Dao Sage Realm.
Qi Jiang calmly faced them and dodged their attacks efficiently with the least bit of movements possible.
During their training camp, their combat skills have been improving especially those times when they fiercely battled with the little monster everyday.
Now, they are facing opponents which are too weak for them and thus were not able to unleash their real strength.
A few minutes passed and all six of the Zhao Clan disciples were lying on the ground unconscious.
Qi Meng and his group continued to trail towards the forest before the Mountain Village.
This forest is an uninhabited area due to the ferocious beasts living in this area. Thus, the people around this area called this place the Ferocious Forest.
Juniors from the nearby clans would train often at this forest to enhance their combat skills.
A good example is the Zhao Clan's young master.
Just when the group is about to enter the forest, a group of about fifteen young disciples went out from the forest.
One can imagine the battles they have gone thru in the forest as their clothes are dirty and covered with blood stains.
Among this group, a young man is visibly outstanding among the rest and have his clothes very neat and clean as if the others are his slaves.
"Make way and don't block our path if you still want your precious lives!" One of the young people shouted.
"Beat them!" Qi Meng said calmly.
Immediately, the junior elite squad made their move. They suspected that these people are also from the Zhao Clan. Just looking at their clothes, one can say that it is similar to the ones they have beaten earlier.
Knowing that these group are much more stronger than the earlier ones, they joined hands and unleashed their combo attack.
The area around them was suddenly covered with dense azure clouds. The Zhao disciples experienced a suppression in their cultivation strength and can only use eighty percent of their strength.
Instantly, the entire place was turned into ice and snow region. Following that, a gigantic chaotic snow blizzard and heavy ice storm swept over the entire area.

The group was blasted away tens of meters up to the sky.
A few seconds later, five gigantic lightning dragons devoured them simultaneously in all directions.
As they fell to the ground, nine small blazing suns descended from the sky bombarding them.

They had no chance to dodge the series of attacks and is only capable of defending themselves with both of their arms covering the front part of their body.
All of them fell to the ground unconscious except for the youngest one of them whom is still standing calmly after he landed to the ground smoothly from the sky.
Not a single scratch is found on him.
"Mid stage of the Dao King realm!" The five juniors ware surprised as they exclaimed.
"All of you think too highly of yourselves. You shall pay for hurting my clan members. I will show you what true strength is." The young guy named Zhao Zhihao, the prome descendant of the Zhao Clan, about 12 years of age spoke calmly with a fierce look on his face.
"Everyone prepare, he will make his move!" Qi Jiang told the other four in a low voice.
Boom!
Zhao Zhihao instantly leaped up in the air and is charging towards the five juniors.
"White Tiger Reincarnation!"
Suddenly, Zhao Zhihao's entire body transformed into a huge white tiger six meters tall.
The huge white tiger lunge towards Qi Min.
Qi Min stepped back immediately and the other four regrouped with him to block the white tiger's sudden thrust.
All of them were blow away a few meters away.
Zhao Zhihao did not stop and is now targeting Chu Yang.
The white tiger threw a forceful swing using its huge paw with sharp nails popping out.
When the white tiger is about to hit Chu Yang with is powerful attack, its body suddenly became stiff and was not able to move to the very last second.
"Ambush Entrapment Array Formation!"
The moment the five of them faced this powerful heaven's child, they knew that they would not stand a chance to resists his attacks that is why they have laid a bait by letting Qi Min put his guard down. Due to this, Qi Min became the target of this powerful Dao King.
Seeing that the bait was successful, they did the next step and formed a huge pentagram of which is not visible to the naked eye. Each of them had positioned themselves at every corner of the pentagram.
Afterwards, each of them spit out mantras recorded in the first volume of the formation.
Immediately, the white tiger is then trapped and is now immobilized.
"Savage Beast Attack!"
Upon spitting out another set of mantras, the pentagon instantly expanded and contracted into the direction of the immobilized white tiger.

The white tiger fell to the ground upon the powerful explosion and returned to its human form unconscious.
Even the talented heaven's child of the Zhao Clan was no match to their joint attack.
A mid stage Dao King lost easily to five early stage Dao Kings. It is not due to their advantage in numbers, but their unity as a group that made their victory so easy. Otherwise, even six to seven early stage Dao Kings are not necessarily a match of a mid stage Dao King at the transformed white tiger Zhao Zhihao's level.

"Good, although there are some errors, it is still worth praising. Do not be so smug just beating one young white tiger. In there, the deeper we go the more the beasts gets ferocious and stronger. All of you must be prepared to die if you want to continue on this journey." Qi Meng said with a praise lightly.
The five juniors were speechless. They have revealed their aces just to defeat this white tiger and it seems that it still not enough to survive in the Ferocious Forest's deepest regions.
