"Welcome to our new high school students. I hope your stay here as Theresians will help you to grow more into a better person. And to the old students, I hope you will guide your juniors and serve as a good role model. Remember this, as Theresians, our motto is Excellence with Kindness and Love."

The principal, Mr. Eliseo, a man in his fifties, ended his speech that was full of passion. And the whole St. Therese Academy was filled with claps.

Estelle couldn't help but smile at the speech of their principal. It's been more than two months now since she came back on time. Seventeenth of July, 2010, the first day of her high school. Hearing Mr. Eliseo's speech for the first time, she really found it very boring and at the same time the motto. It was really cringing for her, especially when he said with full of passion.

But hearing it the second time, well it was still boring. But right now, she couldn't help but feel very nostalgic about it. She also glanced at her school uniform, a light blue blouse inside, and a navy blue coat. With a chequered navy skirt that was three inches above the knee and long black socks. 'I'm really a high school student again. To think I'll be going on this stage once again. It both felt strange and funny at the same time.'

After the morning general assembly, they were told to come back to their room.

Estelle looked at the classroom with nostalgia. It was the same room with thirty chairs and tables for teachers. There were windows on the right side and two-door, one in front and one at the back. But her eyes were glued at the placard posted in the front door.

'Class 1-D.'

"Hey, let's enter now. Your mind is flying again somewhere." Cathy said as she leaned on Estelle's shoulders.

"Ah, right." Estelle chuckled lightly.

They took a seat at the back of the classroom near the backdoor. 'It was the same seat I had. How nice. Back in my past life, when I entered here, the only thing I remember was how nervous I was since I didn't know anyone. But now...'

"Ah, I really can't stop myself from falling asleep, but luckily I didn't." Cathy continued to chat.

'Cathy is here. She's alive and I prevent her family from being hit by that drunkard truck driver. But I can't believe this to be easy. I hope this causes nothing bad. From all those stories, I read, if one tried to change something in the past, it can cause some changes. I just need to be careful from now on.'

"And why are they fourth in the line? I'm so lonely at the back." Cathy said with a pout. "You should have to drink more Cherifer so that you'll grow taller."

Hearing Cathy's words, Estelle found herself stabbed to where it hurt the most. "Shut up, broomstick."

'I know I am acting like a child. But right now, I'm a child, well a teenager. And I hate anyone to insult me when it comes to my height."

"Hey, who are you calling broomstick?! Rat."

They would throw more insults at each other when their sight caught their advisor's eyes entering the room.

"Good day, everyone! Please go back to your seat."

The whole classroom quieted down. Then their teacher began writing on the board.

"I'm Ms. Jennifer Reyes. You can simply call me Ms. Jenny. And I will be your class advisor and Science Teacher at the same time. Now that I introduced myself, you know what's going to happen next?"

Estelle turned her eyes to the boy on the other left side near the window.

"We will not introduce ourselves anymore, Miss Jenny!" He said, loud and clear and the whole classroom burst into chuckles.

A faint smile escaped Estelle's lips. 'Yeah, things are still going the same way. Then Ms. Reyes will answer...'

"Then let's begin the introductions at the back. You may start Mister." Ms. Reyes said as she gestured to the loud boy. "Tell us your name, age, your likes and dislikes and where do you live?"

"Eh?" He looked completely shocked when the class burst out in peals of laughter once again. He simply scratched the back of his head. Then cough twice.

"Alright then." He started speaking. "I'm Al Buendia. I am thirteen years old. Hmm...I like spicy food. I hate speaking in front of the class. I lived in Barangay Vangala."

With his answer, the class burst out laughing again.

Estelle simply looked wryly at him. Now that she was hearing this for the second time, there was really nothing funny with it. 'Kids seemed to have strange humour or is it me who is really older now inside?

After that introduction, the following students introduced themselves until they reached Cathy.

"Hi, I'm Catherine Sebastian. Simply call me Cathy. I am twelve years old. I like strawberries and mocha ice cream. I hate spiders. And I live at Barangay Angkup."

'As expected though, she was the different variable here, but I'm happy that Cathy was able to experience her life like this.'

"It's your turn, Estelle," Cathy whispered to her, cutting her out from her thoughts.

'Ah right,' Estelle stood up as she looked ahead. Everyone's eyes were on her but strangely she wasn't the very least nervous like the first time. 'Well, I guess this is only the natural thing now. But to think of it I always get nervous especially in front of a bunch of kids.'

"I'm Estelle Carmellie Sangalang. Just call me Estelle for short. Twelve years old. Like, reading. Dislikes.' A quick glint of pain passed her eyes. "Having regrets. I also live at Barangay Angkup."

After she said those words, the whole class was in dead silence. Estelle looked confused at Miss Jennie.

"Thank you for your introduction, Estelle. Alright, next student, please."

Two more hours passed and the bell finally rang, indicating that it was time for their forty-minute morning break.

"Don't forget to choose the club you want to join and submit to me the application form at the end of this week."

"Yes, Miss. Jennie." All the students said in the chorus then Ms. Jennie with her record book went out of the class. The students also went outside one by one. The same with Estelle and Cathy.

"Let's go now, Estelle." Cathy excitedly pulled Estelle with her. "I heard that this school is selling ice cream! Let's see if there is a mocha flavour!"

"And where did you hear that?" Estelle couldn't help but laugh at her best friend's antics. Out of all the things she needed to find out about the school she was entering was whether the canteen had ice cream or not.

"Don't laugh!"

"Kyahhh!"

All of the sudden, the students' screams reverberated, stopping both Estelle and Cathy from running.

Like how Moses parted the ocean, all the students that were in the hallway parted in the middle.

'This screams. And these stupid reactions.' Estelle pulled Cathy to the side of the hallway as well.

"What is happening?" Cathy looked completely confused in the situation.

"They really entered this academy!"

"How lucky am I?!"

"Wahhh!"

More screams were heard, mostly from girls.

Four dashing beautiful people walked through the middle of the hallway. They completely looked like models that came straight out of one of the famous magazines.

'Eliza Bree. A girl with long straight black hair and had a cold demeanour led the group. Daughter of the famous clothing line that was named after her by her parents, the Eliza clothing lines. At such a young age of eight, she was already modelling.'

'Next to her right side, the guy wearing glasses which only added to his allure. Henry Ledger. Son of the Mayor of this city. And a child prodigy when it comes to playing the piano.'

Estelle shifted her gaze to the left side of Eliza. 'Next is Jiro Natsuki. He gave off the vibe of an innocent kid. A child actor at such the young age of five. And his closest friend, among the four.'

Her gaze shifted to the last person in the back, who had a bright smiling face. 'Blaze Ashford, son of an award-winning actress and the CEO of Inotech, The leading company of electronics and gadgets in the Philippines.

'Together the four of them were called the Angel of Miracles due to their outstanding talents.'

The four of them walk past in front of Estelle but her gaze was only fixated on Blaze.

It was one quick moment, but all of a sudden Blaze turned towards Estelle's place. And their eyes met. Estelle smile and instinctively Blaze also smiled back before he shifted his gaze away from her.

Estelle started walking back to her classroom. "Let's go back to the classroom."

"Eh, I still haven't bought my ice cream yet," Cathy whined.

"With them here, it will be impossible for us to eat in the canteen."

"Why?" Cathy looked confused as she followed Estelle.

"Just what kind of cave did you live in? Those four are very famous and for sure the canteen will be crowded because of them."

"I'll just treat you on the way home."

"Oh!" Cathy's eyes lit up. "Make it two, alright?"

"Yeah, yeah!" Estelle said.

'You're alive, Blaze.' A grin formed on her face. 'It will be still ten years before you die. But I will definitely save you like what I did to my friend, Cathy'
