22 Arc I - Chapter 22 : It's almost like .....
Somewhere in the Forest near Konoha's Hidden Village.
Itachi could be seen to be sparing with Shisui in his usual training spot, while they were sparing Itachi began telling Shisui everything he knew about Xazch.
"Really? so did you feel that he's on equal with you?"
"Nope! I didn't think he's on equal!"
"Eh? then's he's below you?"
"Nope! he's way stronger than me"
"How? you were telling me that you two almost equal when sparing!"
"It's just my feeling, because I have a feeling he's hiding his own strength like Tiger who's sleeping! so unless there's people who's he think threatening his loved one! he will never show his fang!"
"Then did you need my help to test him?"
"No thanks, even if we succeed there's no guarantee he will think it's fine afterward! there's possibility he'll become hostile the moment we chose to test him, so I'd rather stay like this!"
"Hmm it's fine then, but are you sure he didn't have ill intention?"
"No, as far as I can see from his eyes! it's seem to be more feeling our friendship is needless, so I think he's kind who always do everything on his own pace and hate to be forced so after being forced by his mother to always come to my home, I can see his hopelessness about his mother but there's no resentment at all or another feeling. He's just giving me feeling nonchalant like everything is normal occurrence and less important"

Middle of Forest, Xazch's Facilities / Settlements.
"Hmm, there's two people nearby? one of them seem to be Itachi so the other one should the one known as Shisui? the tragic Hero huh? with him appear here made me remember of Danzo, I need to install some flying-cam to watch his movement later!" Xazch's mumbling some incoherent word by himself after he's appeared within settlements without notice.
"Zero, why didn't you tell me that you will come? did something happened?" Suddenly 'One' appeared from behind then asking some question with confused expression.
"Hmm? oh 'One', nah there's nothing wrong! it's just after finishing everything that needed for Uchiha Clan I remember about my promise to that brat! ah since there's one stock left on this 'Negative Energy Absorb-er' I think it's best if I install it here since the population within this place is victim from criminal act so their negative energy should be decent while it's good to prevent bad thing to happen so it's should be using one stone to beat two bird" Xazch exclaimed after turned around just to see the one who's talking is 'One', then he's telling him his purpose to come with smile.
"I think what you mean to say is 'killing two bird with one stone' right?" 'One' tilting his head while attempting to correcting Xazch's word.
"Hm? ah don't mind the detail, at least it's have same meaning! so where's that brat?" blushing in shame Xazch attempted to change the subject.
"He's in the practice room practicing basic exercise to strengthen his body" 'One' answered Xazch question while pointing to one of the room within facilities.
"Woah, he's quite dedicated huh?" Xazch's overwhelmed with the news of Sen practicing.
"Nah, I was the one who tell him to do that instead of whining everyday" 'One' denying Xazch misunderstanding while he didn't humble to take the credit though it's really fact.
"pfft, Hahaha! really? did he whine about when I'm giving him the power I've promised? he's really unlucky huh talking about that when you're around" Xazch's laughing after hearing that Sen was order to practicing the exercise while he know the reason.
"... Well, nevermind! so did you come to give him the power you've promised?" 'One' feel hopeless after hearing Xazch's laughing about his action to Sen then 'One' changed the topic into Xazch's purpose to come.
"Well more or less it's same because what I'm bringing here is the Crystal that giving inheritance of 100 different special power limited with 1 power per person and Job-Changer Orb that could be used for giving power for people here while there's limit but the limit line is quite many so don't mind the exact number" Xazch admitting while giving vague respond for his real purpose then telling him the real catch about what device he's going to install in facilities.
"Hmm, what? is it some antic you got from that system of yours?" 'One' knowing the fact Xazch has system began ask the source of that device.
"Yeah, more or less it's should be like that! because earlier when I'm woken up from my sleep there's notice about new item unlocked" Xazch's claiming there's new item within the shop he want to install here while he can give the promised thing while giving another people within settlement same chance.
"When I checked it within shop there's Crystal that has description as Tower of Inheritance and Job-Changer Orb, this should be from tweaking work from system on some data of MMORPG on my laptop but I didn't remember there's something like this but just ignore it because it's useless if we want to know the details or my head will become baldy from it's answer" Xazch continuing with his explanation about the function of new device while telling 'One' to not questioning something useless to find the answer.
"Did you spent all you point just for that? why not save it up for more useful thing later in case of emergency?" 'One' exclaim with awe while complaining about Xazch wasting his hard earned point.
"Don't mind about it, because the so called 'Negative Energy Absorb-er' has function that you didn't know yet" Xazch explaining before 'One' become insane with his complain.
"Hmm, is it about the thing earlier? that 'killing two bird with one stone'?" after hearing Xazch's explanation 'One' remember about earlier Xazch's word.
"Err, yeah that's what I mean!" reminded of his wrong choice of word by 'One' he's blushing while admitting it.

"All right! everything is done, let the brat go to the tower! lets him get the power him self, just tell him be ready because even though there's no life threatening risk but there's penalty if he's failed to fulfill the condition of acquiring the power within so tell him to be careful" Xazch exclaimed after the system finished it's job then he's telling 'One' his next series of action that needed to do.
"Lastly you can tell the population who's here can get power from the Job-Changer Orb, but if you find some special person who's have special reason to live that almost like that brat Sen! you can also send them to tower and tell them same warning with Sen!" Xazch continuing his talk about the next action needed to do by 'One'
"I've set your name as the second command within their setting, so you just need to accept it or reject! you can see it as you deem they fit or not! Now, I'm finished it's time for me to go back! like usual I leave this place in your hand Brother! see you later!" in the end Xazch telling'One' he has full authority with giving permission whether he can accept it or reject while using the usage of new device then he's saying his goodbye to 'One' before teleporting back to his home.
"..." 'One' wearing speechless expression seeing Xazch's antic.
