The Aftermath

Paul suddenly woke in the master's bedroom and saw Zenith, smiling at him.

"How do you feel when you lost to your son?" Zenith use this chance to tease her husband.

Paul couldn't remember what exactly happened why he lost, the only thing that he remember was being brought mid-air, chains wrapping him, then he hit his entire upper body in the ground.

"Yeah... Total defeat, huh?" Paul's heart suddenly dejected at the thought that he lost to someone who doesn't reach in advance rank in sword fighting. And that someone was his son, Rudeus.

"Honey, maybe I need to train once more... I want to keep my pride as his father, so I don't want to leave behind..." Paul decided to train once again.

"So your saying you're going to leave your wife behind?" Zenith's eyebrows creases and look at him with serious eyes.

"No no no! Of course I won't leave you, I just want to relearn and maybe try to copy my son's movements." Paul suddenly smiles and said. "You also watch our mock battle, right? I'm still amazed at how he recreate an afterimage with only his speed."

Zenith saw his husband grinning and praising his son, like how he suddenly forget that he was defeated by Rudy.

"Then you have to do your best. Oh right, you didn't see that Rawls and Sylphy visited here." Zenith tell him what happened earlier.

When Sylphy found out that Rudy was taken away to learn magic, her emotions suddenly erupted, making the entire living room basked with intense aura. Rawls immediately calm her down and tell her that if she really want him to come back, she must train herself until she's worthy to be by Rudy's side.

"I also going to take her as a temporary nurse, maybe teach her what I know in healing magic." His wife also want to support Sylphy, she find her cute and maybe she would become a wonderful daughter-in-law.

"Then how about Rudy, did Ghyslaine get him?" Based on what his wife said, Ghyslaine successfully abduct his son. Though, he wants to make sure and personally hear it to Zenith.

"Of course, since Rudy lose consciousness after he use his Touki. I already check his vitals and since he properly trains his body, the after effects are not that severe unlike before." Zenith reassured her husband that the plan was accomplished in the end.

Lilia then knocks twice and suddenly enter, with dinner in tow. Paul realized now that he woke up in evening, he immediately asked his two wives on how many days have passed, and feels relieved that this is the same day when he was defeated by Rudy.

Zenith let Lilia have some quality time with Paul and the auburn haired woman feed the bedridden husband.

Meanwhile, in a certain carriage.

Rudy finally woke up and saw a beautiful bust lady, with chocolate skin that wears too revealing clothes and an eye-patch. He also noticed that she has cat ears instead of human ears and a very wavy long hair.

This woman is probably Ghyslaine.

"Uhmmm... My name is Rudeus Greyrat. I'm sorry to speak with you under this circumstances. Maybe you can tell me where we are?" He tried to act to look confused. He hoped that his acting skills was barely passable.

"You really are polite for Paul's son." Ghyslaine said.

"Thank you. But you should give the credit to my Mom." He doesn't have a grudge in his Dad, he just preferred his mother.

"You are right, you are also Zenith's child." Ghyslaine couldn't retort his words.

"By the way, you can call me Ghyslaine." Though he already know it, he is not rude enough to stop her from introducing herself.

"How should I call you? Since calling you in your full name makes it look like we're strangers." Though they really still strangers, he didn't want to be rude of her and answer her nicely.

"Just call me Rudy, all of my love ones call me that." Rudy then smiles at her gently.

"Hmmm... You really are Paul's son... Just don't try to imitate him, okay." Even Ghyslaine was worried about him being similar with Paul, to think that Paul was really notorious as a playboy.

"Rudy, I'm going to asked you and I want you to answer me with honesty. What are you hiding?" Ghyslaine suddenly become serious.

"Hiding about what?" Rudy was genuinely clueless regarding about this hiding thing.

"Don't play dumb, Rudy. I saw everything with my Demon eye, your eyes are more powerful beyond any demon eyes that I know of. Also, your touki makes your skin become red? And what's with those chains in your right hand." Ghyslaine didn't stop to interrogate Rudeus.

Rudy is thinking deeply on how he will come up with good excuse. He suddenly opens his mouth and tells something absurd that might eventually become the truth.

Regarding his Scarlet Sharingan, he just reused his excuse about meeting Kishirika in the dream, so he was consistent and this lie becomes acceptable enough to treat it as the truth.

"Do you know that the Touki of Warriors and Mana of Magicians are the same?" He also tried to reason Ghyslaine with his own theory of Nen, Chakra and Mana are the same. He didn't mention this three of course, especially Haki and Reiatsu.

In his understanding, you can use Haki through your own will. Though the will is vague in any aspect, like Will to live or Will to die. Reiatsu however, are entirely different, because the only thing that can use Reiatsu are the Souls or Shinigami, meaning they don't have physical body or only made up of soul.

"I used my mana to forcefully power up, not only my skin, but every organs in my body, making more blood pump up. That's why my skin becomes red." Ghyslaine was convinced because she can tell that this child answered him with confidence.

"As for the chains, I used my mana to create it." Paul suddenly used his iron magic to create a spoon out of thin air.

"Magic are not only based on elements. If you become more creative, you can make resources made up of nothing." He then manipulate the spoon, and turn it into wooden spoon. Demonstrating his transmutation magic.

"I'm impressed. I no longer doubt that you are capable of defeating your father. Though, he couldn't win against me in sword fight." Ghyslaine was satisfied at him and gave him the letter.

The letter was written by Paul before the mock battle began, it stated that what will he do in the mansion, how he will teach a girl who was being expelled many times in noble school due to her temperament, how much his salary was and the most important thing is.

"You will serve as a home tutor for five years, after that, the master of the household will pay for you and for Sylphy's tuition fee in Ranoa University." Rudy was satisfied about reading this, though it won't happen due to the Fedoa incident.

This incident is the real beginning of the story, many civilians died due to this incident. But Rudy, knowing this future, was running his brain, thinking what move should he do to save the important members of his family and his wives' family.

"P.S. If the young lady is suits to your taste, it's okay if you lay your hands on her. But the muscle brain lady is my woman, so don't touch her." Rudy suddenly facepalmed at his Dad's post script.

He looks at Ghyslaine and saw that she has a satisfied look.

'Seriously, Dad... Well, I can't bad mouth you since I plan to marry Roxy, Sylphy and Eris.' To think that his Dad would get Ghyslaine as his member of his harem, what a lucky bastard.

"Hmmmp! Send the letter to Zenith and Lilia." Though she was happy being owned by him, she still wants to teach Paul a lesson.

"Got it, my mothers will now about this." Rudy already imagined his Dad, suffering and crying blood at the thought that he was banned once again to do love making in his two wives.

With the carriage that didn't stop shaking and making the travel becomes uncomfortable, Rudy and Ghyslaine are now heading to meet his last but not the least wife, Eris Boreas Greyrat.
