107 Chapter 107: Final Wish

The dragon roared towards the heavens earning the attention of Jasmine, Mio and the Azure Dragon at the same time releasing the might of a fiery dragon. When the Azure Dragon heard such roar, it carries a unique aura as if it contained the roar of a true dragon. But, the next thing shocks them again.

"Huuarggg, damn. That felt good!! So, that's how a roar feels like. Wait, if a dragon can use a flaming breath. Wonder if I could do that as well?"

The red humanoid dragon stood by the edge of the tower before pulling a deep breath and...

"SHUULL!!!" All three eyes can see small spark of fire came from the mouth of the dragon before forming a massive fire storm to the grounds below. What shocks them again was this humanoid dragon was able to produce a massive fire breath enough to engulf a city if fired from enough distance. After a while, the fire storm was getting smaller and smaller as the dragon stop its fire breathing on the grounds below. What they couldn't see was the ground turned scorched black from the dragon's fire breathing ability.

"Oooohhh, Spicy!!!!" The dragon sounded again. All three figures finally confirmed it. This humanoid dragon was none other than Yun Che himself.

Hearing Yun Che's voice, Mio dispelled the Mirror Dimension and both of them appeared out of nowhere and stood by on the tower's floor observing this dragon.

All of them heard Yun Che's voice clearly but it came from the humanoid dragon itself. They didn't see its mouth move but they could hear him as clear as day. Then, the humanoid dragon turned its eyes on the gawking Jasmine and Mio as well as the floating Azure Dragon.

"Jasmine! Mio! Sorry to keep you two waiting. Having some problems getting used to my new body. By the way, why are you two so small?" The humanoid dragon raises its golden claw and started waving at them.

"Eeekkk, Danna-sama?!? Is that you?" Mio shrieks.

"Yeah, I am. Why am I so tall of a…? Holy flying macaroni?!? It works!!!!" Yun Che looked and examined his transformed body. He thought he gained the abilities of a dragon before but didn't noticed his features changed as well. The transformation didn't feel a thing. One second the bright light covers his features and the next thing was poof. He is a dragon.

"What works?" Jasmine asked while keeping eyes on the dragon. She still refused to believe this humanoid dragon is actually Yun Che himself.

"The Dragon Transformation!! The system gave me as a reward for completing this trial. Hot DAMN!!! So this is Pyrus Leonidas looks like in real life? Look at these muscles." Yun Che who was in control of Pyrus Leonidas dragon form slowly raising his arms before making some flexing poses. Seeing a humanoid dragon doing human things isn't something they could see every day.

Hearing new languages again, Jasmine and Mio jinxed with each other and said "Pyrus Leonidas?"

"The Dragon Transformation. I designed it myself. Pretty cool huh?" Yun Che said flexing his dragon form's muscles again.

The Azure dragon was entirely shocked as Yun Che managed to retain his humanity using his full dragon form. Not to mention this dragon have a human's proportion. "Soul Reaper?!? How did you achieved it?!?"

"Achieved what? This? I told you just now, I got as a reward." Yun Che explained.

"Reward? The complete version of a human-dragon hybrid is not some kind of reward. I assumed the primordial force completes it for you?" The Azure Dragon asked him again. Its curiosity about the system cause it to ask a lot of questions to Jasmine but she merely shrugged them as she too trying her best to understand the system. However, without the proper gaming knowledge and experience. A person from the novel like her will never understood the system properly.

"Yeah, kind of. Why?" Yun Che simply answered unaware that the dragon was quite shocked because of hisntransformation.

We tried researching out our bloodlines into humanizing our dragon form into a form of a humanoid dragon. Imagine having the strength and form of a dragon but having the agility as well as movement of a human. You achieved what the we dragons failed to achieve…."

"….." Yun Che was speechless. This form he taken from his memory and redesigned them with the system's help. It's just a humanoid dragon. This is the first time he heard about a dragon trying to humanizing its form and called it a higher achievement. In the end, the system was the one completed it all along.

"It's just humanoid dragon mode. What so special about that?" Yun Che asked casually.

"You….*Sigh… We dragons have the capability to transform into either a human or a dragon. That's it. You however merged the human capabilities into your dragon form. Giving the dragon form the capabilities of a human dragon hybrid. Like, a dragon can never stand on two feet, move as agile as a human and able to manipulate your size at your own will. Moreover, you can incorporated your human fighting style into the dragon's form and strength. Imagine the possibilities you can do with it."

"What the hell is this? You called this Pyrus Leonidas?" Their conversation suddenly interrupted when Jasmine shouted from the bottom. Since his size was slightly larger, he had to shift his head towards her. He finds it funny seeing her puny form shouted at him. In the end, he just moves his dragon claw and allowed Jasmine and Mio to climbed on it. He wasn't that large, just twice the size of an ordinary human.

"Like I say, this is the Dragon Transformation. The system gives this as a reward for completing the trial. Pyrus means fire attributed. The dragon transformation needed the Evil God Fire Seed to tapped into this transformation. Since it's the only seed I have. So I can only use fire version of this dragon or this form."

Jasmine give it a thought before saying "Fire Seed? So you have other forms than this?" So, that means he had the capabilities using the water, earth, wind and lightning forms of the dragon.

But the thing is how did he take this matter so casually? Does he know the effects if he use this form in the real world? Not only mortals but those beings from up there would be tempted as well.

"Yeah, I've designed them based on the existing elements of this realm which is fire, water, earth, wind and lightning. I've made the forms myself but without the seeds I can't access them. So, this is the only dragon form I have right now. Moreover, in this form, My elemental powers are empowered. Any fire related spells or arts will instantly overpower anyone in this form. Pretty cool huh?" Yun Che said while hiding the fact that he created the light and darkness attribute for his form as well. He decided to hide these two forms for now as Jasmine didn't know the fact that the Evil God can cultivate darkness profound art and the existence of light attributed seed. So, until the time is right. He'll hide them for now.

If the system said that he needed to create seven forms, that means light attributed seed exist somewhere in the Realm of the Gods. Like Yin and Yang, If darkness seed existed then light attributed seed should be as well. The darkness seed will be found later when he proceeded enough into the main story. As for the light, he'll find it sooner or later.

"…" None of them make any sound as Yun Che tried the capabilities of the Dragon form in front of them. Most of it were testing its speed and movement.

Mio looked at Yun Che with worried eyes before saying "Danna-sama, are you going to be stuck like this forever?"

"No, Mio. Just ten minutes and I could only use this once a day. Before you ask, I can't revert myself. I have to wait the ten minutes are up before reverting on my own." He explained while holding both Jasmine and Mio with his claw. Good thing those two can stabilize themselves.

"Still, hearing the system gave this to you for free. I don't know how to react to you anymore." Jasmine sighs at this guy's luck. Most people would become arrogant if they obtained the power of the system but this guy only wish is to be a useless lazy bum.

"More of a special reward though." Yun Che explained to her.

Suddenly, the realm around them started to shook itself before the sky begins to crack just like a mirror. Pieces of the crack slowly fell to the ground accompanied by earthquakes slowly shattering the ground.

"Ehh? What the hell happened?" Yun Che gripped the floor using the talons of his legs to stabilize himself.

"It's the Azure Dragon, it can't sustain the realm for long." Jasmine explained the situation to him.

Yun Che turned his head on the Azure Dragon and saw its body was getting dimmer and dimmer.

"AZURE DRAGON!!!" Yun Che shouted while still in his dragon form. He slowly flap his dragon wings while Mio and Jasmine hold his arm for support. He flew directly to the dragon but the dragon slowly losses its form and became intangible thus making Yun Che unable to touch it.

"Haha, Soul Reaper. Looks like my time is .....almost up. Seeing you like this is almost make me.... happy as seeing my own child... grew up. I shouldn't call you a... soul reaper... anymore. You are now a..... young dragon." The dragon said between breaths. It burned up last of its energy and soul to last this long. Not before gathering one last ounce of strength before slowing the realm's destruction so it could deliver its final wish.

Seeing the Azure Dragon is dying. He immediately asked the system. "System, is the something you can do?"

[Ding.. replying to the host. Azure Dragon doesn't have enough soul and energy to continue existing. Moreover, it longed for a grand passing to the afterlife. As a Shinigami, host must respect its wish.]

"I see." He nodded in understanding. Even if he could defy the gods but he will never defy nature itself. There are some things aren't meant to broken. The only way was to live with it.

Breathing its last moments, the Azure Dragon spoke once more "Young Dragon, you gave this dragon a performance of a lifetime. You are indeed a true of successor of the Dragon God. You even achieved what we dragons failed to achieve in our lifetime. You have become a true humanoid dragon."

Slowly, pulling a deep breath. "Then, please complete this one final task for me. Take it as a final wish and request from an old dragon."

Yun Che bowed in his dragon form and said "For giving me this form and transforming me into a true dragon. I swear I will complete this task you gave me. No matter how hard or its after effect, I will complete it." Although he knew the final wish was, he just let the dragon finished it.

"This dragon has a daughter. Wonderful, beautiful and the most dazzling daughter a dragon could ever have. However, her body and soul was sealed by this dragon's enemies back then into the Heaven Punishing Ancestral Sword. So, my wish is for you to find my daughter and free her from her eternal suffering. This dragon doesn't wish to see her suffer inside the sword anymore. This dragon begs you. Please free her." The Azure Dragon bowed its head.

The Azure Dragon continued "Even in our life as gods, the nature of the greed is still exists within our hearts and we can't escape from it. I can't escape of offending other True Gods existence back then. I could only watch my daughter being sealed inside that sword. Young dragon, whatever it takes. Don't let her suffer and free her. That's all I am asking."

"Azure Dragon. Please stop begging. Even if I fell in battle, I will fulfill this request of yours. Count on that." Yun Che reassured.

[Ding…. Main Quest triggered. Find the Heaven Punishing Ancestral Sword and free the daughter of the Azure Dragon.

"20 years? Is something going to happen to the sword in twenty years?" He muttered in his heart.

"Heaven Punishing Ancestral Sword? Is it the first among the seven mysterious heavenly treasures?" Jasmine asked curiously. As the Princess of the Heavenly Star God Realm, she knew exactly what was the dragon talking about. However, this is the first time she heard about sealing someone in the Heavenly Treasure. The most powerful and one of the true god existence at that.

The dragon answered "Yes, First among the seven mysterious heavenly treasures. A divine sword born from the holy and pure energy of the Primordial Universe. It was the first sword to exist in the primordial universe, the progenitor of the myriad weapons of the world. It ranks first among the seven mysterious heavenly treasures and has a great power that can go against the natural order of things. Even if it falls into the hands of a mortal, that mortal will still be able to easily slaughter True Gods and smite at the Heavens."

Yun Che knew the capabilities of the sword from the system but it still lack information on it. He needed to travel to the realm of the gods to the system could upgrade itself. He couldn't help but ask "Where can I find such a sword?"

"As for its location, the dragon doesn't know anymore. I have been staying here for a long time and doesn't know the situation of the Realm of the Gods. All this dragon know was the sword is somewhere in the realm of the gods." The Azure Dragon explained.

"Maybe the Dragon God Clan has it?" Yun Che muttered in his heart. He read about them and the sword is somewhere in the clan. He'll make plans to obtain it once he arrived at the realm of the gods.

"We don't even know the exact location of the sword. Finding is like finding a needle in a haystack." Jasmine wondered.

"Don't worry, the system will locate it once we arrived in the realm of the gods." He spoke to her as he had plans on how to obtain them.

Finally, the Azure Dragon looked towards Mio before saying "Black Spider of Calamity. I do hope you will forgive me for what I have done towards you. The years I stole from you from the era of the gods, I can't return them anymore. My actions are justified. Please forgive this old dragon."

Mio looked at the dragon despite having a stoic expression. She couldn't forgive the dragon as simple as that but her sanity as a young woman make her felt some pity for it. It's dying soon and despite all of her suffering, she finally found the one she was looking for and obtained a new life. If she was free at all time, she'll probably be dead by some other reason.

"You have your own share of suffering as well. So, I decided not to hold it against you." At the same time, Mio smiled at the Azure Dragon before continued "Being sealed allowed me to meet my master as well as living a new life with him. I finally found a purpose of my life and I thanked you for it."

The Azure Dragon nodded before turning to Jasmine. "Young Star God, this dragon sensed you have some trouble in your eyes."

The dragon's word triggered some reaction in Jasmine's eyes. But it didn't pester on the matter but giving her a friendly word of advice. "All this dragon could do is for you to trust this disciple of yours. You said he was strong to overcome anything. If he is not ready to enter the world above him then prepared him. That's your duty as his master. Then, you don't have to carry your sufferings with you. Share those burdens together with your friends and allowed them to help you. Bearing those pain alone will bring you more harm than good."

"Hmph, you don't have to tell me that. I know when he will be ready to enter that realm. But, as for your advice. Maybe this princess will try and listen for once." Jasmine said while turning her face sideways causing Yun Che and Mio to smile at her. He can't show any genuine expression using the dragon's form but its the thought that counts.

Various sounds and well as spatial tears started to appear in the realm once more. Catastrophe has struck the realm making it looks the end of the world. Storms, tornados and earthquakes started to appear and force Yun Che to float in the air to avoid the shaking. Even the tower started to lean sideways caused from the quakes. In the air, spatial crack and distortion started appearing and he had to move sideways to avoid the falling cracks and distortion. Seeing this apocalypse, Yun Che immediately held the two girls well with his arms and flapped his massive wings. Looks like the dragon could no longer hold the realm together.

Seeing the instability of the realm, the Azure Dragon spoke its final words. "Young Dragon, Black Spider of Calamity as well as Star God successor, this dragon finally fulfilled its purpose. I can now meet my old friend the Evil God at ease. This dragon will now use its final powers to send you three off."

Yun Che nodded his head and said "Azure Dragon, I promised to free your daughter from her suffering. I only wished for you to be there and witness it."

"I know you will. Please take good care of her in my place."

"I will." Yun Che promised it. He don't know what is going to happen in the future but he can predict what is going to happen.

"Then, I shall send you three off. Live well and forge a new era of the gods." Finally, the dragon slowly diminishing itself before turning into a streak of light covering all three of them. Despite being a larger humanoid dragon, the streak of light was enough to cover all three of them. Yun Che and the others felt the Azure Dragon's warm energy covering them. It's final energy. It felt warm and sad at the same time.

From outside from the streak of light, the realm was slowly destroying itself before finally turning into light dust making its way to the tower. Everything was being erased, the moment the dragon meet its end. The realm was set to destroy itself to prevent any unwanted usage.

Lastly, with its final will. All three of them disappeared and carried by the streak of light before disappearing into the heavens leaving behind the disintegrating world.
