CHAPTER - 3

Alen went to his house after going around the city. He marked the Xiao Manor and Xia Manor in his mind for future reference. He actually like this city, which was peaceful and has less powerful people; i.e., less arrogant young masters and less trouble.

'According to novel, Yun che's grandfather, Xiao Lie is the highest-level cultivator in the town. I think may be Spirit Profound Realm. I can increase my cultivation easily but the stagnation period between each Realm will reduce my cultivation speed. Even though the speed will be reduced, it will be still over-powered.'

He again started cultivating after filling his stomach with street food.

8th Level of Elementary Profound Realm.

9th Level of Elementary Profound Realm.

10th Level of Elementary Profound Realm.

His cultivation came to abrupt stop after reaching 10th Level. It was like a wall stopping him from moving forward. It did not even budge after trying to force his way through. He stopped his fruitless efforts.

'Although I'm still an ant but a stronger ant. Right?! Hahaha!' He remembered the situations in the novel where arrogant young masters like to quote in this way.

'Enough of nonsense! I have to plan as to way I have to do in the next coming months. I will set my initial goal to meet Lan Xueruo (Cang Yue) at New Moon Profound Palace and participate in Blue Wind Ranking Tournament; I think it will start after few months or may be a year after.'

Among the female leads, he very much liked Cang Yue. She was selfless, sacrificed so much and at last left to dust. 'I will not let her life turn into pathetic by Yun Che once again.'

'Yun Che ah? That b*stard! I'm not that type of person to do justice for everyone, but I have to teach a very good lesson to that sh!t. Ah!..... This is also the very day, that Yun Che will meet Jasmine. I do not have any means or any thoughts of meeting her right now. So, I will let that Yun Che guy follow the plot for now.'

'I have almost one month of free time without cultivation. In the meantime, I have to practice all the battle techniques and earn some money for my expenses.'

He left his house and went towards the Tang Merchant to meet Wang, the guy who helped him yesterday. While he was walking towards his destination, he bought some street food and ate those along the way.

Wang and other were guarding in their respective positions in that merchant manor. Wang greeted Alen immediately after seeing him.

Wang: "Yong! How's your condition?" He was straightforward and energetic guy.

Alen: "I'm good. My injuries are recovering in a fast pace. I will join the fray within few days."

Wang: "It's okay. Boss knows how to treat his people. So, do not worry and take your time."

Alen spoke about few things with wang and left from there. While on move, alen thoughts were spinning crazy as what to do until Blue Wind Tournament.

'Should I follow the Plotline? I know it will change with my presence but at least for now I do not want to add any variables in my plan by unnecessarily involving with lead characters.'

'Yun che will be expelled from his clan within five days and goes to New Moon Palace. I will use that opportunity for my convenience.'

Alen went to his home and started sorting out his battle techniques. He got numerous techniques from that entity.

Fist technique, Movement technique, Sword technique, Concealment technique, Flying technique (After Entering Sky Realm) and many more. They don't have names but alen thought it was unnecessary name every technique. So, he just left as they were.

Yesterday, he practiced Fist and Movement Techniques for a brief period but the results were satisfactory. He felt that he can fight on par with Wang and other guards only based on skill. He wanted to learn concealment and sword techniques also. Even though he can hide his cultivation based on 2nd wish, he cannot hide his presence; maybe he can hide if he stood still without any movements. He has put to use to know further details.

He practiced his skills to the maximum level he can. He emphasized mostly on Concealment and Movement techniques. It seems that he made some plan for his adventure.

It was already dusk. He stopped his training and moved towards Bathroom. He did not take a bath after he reincarnated in this world. So, he wanted to take bath. While moving towards the bathing room, he saw a small mirror. When he looked at the mirror, he saw a man around 17-18 years old, having Short Dark blue hair and Sapphire coloured eyes. His facial features were good, which was even more enhanced with chiselled Jawline. His height was around 6ft and overall, he was good enough to be considered as handsome.

'Hmm… Not bad! Better than my previous life!' He did not dwell much upon his features and went to bath.

After finishing up, he went outside and bought the necessaries for next two days. And he spent the next two days practicing his skills and digging out benefits of profound energy.

The Profound energy in his body was pure than others and his body injuries were healing quickly when he circulated profound energy.

'I don't know whether I can heal injuries of others but I have to give it a try at some point of time.'

What he wanted the most right now was, a sparring partner. He was practicing the arts but he don't have any experience when it comes to real combat.

'I think I had few fist fights when I'm at 14/15 years old in my previous life. But confronting profound beast is totally another matter. Even though, I have memories of yong, I don't think those will be enough.'

It was already morning. Alen freshened up and moved out of his house. He quickly came out the city and entered the forest. Today, he was going to fight a profound beast and evaluate himself.

'God! Please! Just a small Elementary Profound beast. No Nascent Profound beasts or any other.' He knew his life depended upon two things in this world; First – Strength and Second – Luck.

He started moving forward into the forest. The forest was dense but not too much. The trees here were much larger than on the earth.

'It seems profound energy is the key for gigantification of trees and beasts. Then why the people here were not giants?!'

While he was last in his thoughts, he heard a sound of leaves rustling. He snapped back to reality and cursed himself for lack of cautiousness. He fixed his sight and senses in the direction of sound. When he scanned the area with the help of profound energy, he found a giant creature looking like a wild pig. He fixed his resolve and moved towards the beast and he found a wild boar like creature; height about 2 meters, with great tusks on either sides of mouth.

'It is not wild boar anymore with that size, it is beast boar. How can I defeat that thing with my tiny fists and puny sword?' He looked at his hands and his sword, which was on his waist belt.

'I came here to evaluate myself but not to hunt.' After bit of formulating, he decided to confront it with frontal attack. It will help him to access his strength.

He scanned the area again but not found any other creatures or humans. So, he walked out from his hiding without hiding his presence.

The beast immediately detected his presence and fixed its sight on him. Alen did not hesitated and attacked it by drawing his sword in vertical swing. It was not a skill but a casual motion. The beast evaded the attack without much effort and charged at him with those giant tusks.

Alen used the sword as a shield in that heat of a movement, which was a wrong choice and thrown back with great force. The tusks of beast were connected with his body at the time of attack. Alen's back hit the tree, which was 3 meters behind him and slid down to ground.

Alen felt like his head was spinning and dizziness came over him. After a few breaths, he came back to reality again. The time when he lifted his head, the beast was already in front of him. He quickly rolled his body to the right side. The beast broke through the already half-broken tree.

Alen stood up and moved backwards to create enough space for preparation. He checked his body whether there were any injuries from the first impact. Although his clothes were bit tattered, his overall body was just fine without injuries. The tusks of the beast also did not do any damage also.

'A-am I immortal right now?' He was already peak of elementary profound realm and the beast strength was below him. So, the thought of him about immortality was absurd. It was just the beast was weak.

'Hehe... haha... HAHAHAHA! Come at me ant!' Seeing that there were no injuries, his confidence broke through boundaries.

He moved towards the beast and used the Sword technique – Stance One – The Immortal Dance. The sword came down from different angles with a smooth flow without any obstructions. The beast was unable to escape from this attack, as the sword came from every angle at the same time. The time when Alen finished his attack, the beast was already at his feet cut in different diagonals. It literally became pieces of meat.

'It seems I'm over-powered in the same realm. The fight may have extended little further if the opponent was Human. I think I can fight one realm higher cultivators also' His thoughts were not wrong as the techniques he got were not from this world but from that Entity. So, being little more powerful was not a surprise at all.

Alen picked up the core of the beast and took some meat pieces of beast. He wanted to taste this boar. He moved forward into the forest. The last fight was not satisfactory for him. So, he wanted to fight another beast without using any sword or fist techniques. He only wanted to fight to make more efficient usage of profound energy.

After searching for a while, he found what he was searching for, another elementary profound beast. He played.. Cough! Cough! He fought with the beast and came to some conclusions. He can fight the beast easily, even without using any techniques. His profound energy was powerful than the other cultivators as he has Yong memories, he can make comparisons.

After simple assessment of his strength; Alen killed the beast, took the core of it and some nice juicy meat pieces of it. He quickly came to home and cooked the meat. It was not easy cook the beast meat, but he still gave it a try. The resulted dish tasted like a .....

'Bergh! Why it tastes like a half-cooked turtle neck? I'm good at cooking. Why it became like this? Huh! I need profound energy techniques for cooking!'

He searched his memory for techniques for cooking but found none.

'It seems I have to practice more of cooking rather than training. Damn It! I should have wished for Hands of Yukihira Soma.'

He continued the same schedule for the next day also and accustomed more to the usage of profound energy in different ways.

Birds were chirping, leaves were rustling, wind was blowing, kids were playing and Alen was sleeping.

It was already 7th day from his day of reincarnation and the 6th day from the start of timeline. And it was also the day of Yun Che leaving the floating cloud city.

Alen woke up from his deep slumber when sun rays fallen on face.

'Sh!t! I might be late.' He quickly freshened up and hurriedly packed his stuff. On his way to exit of city, he said good byes to wang and said that he will be out of city for few days.

Alen waited in the route which possibly lead to New Moon City for Yun Che. After a while he spotted the figure, who has feminine beauty with a soft and beautiful skin like a living doll. He did not find any domineering presence from that person but he can understand he was cold-blooded killer and a rapist as he know that person already.

He was none other than Yun Che; our protagonist. Alen simply smiled internally and moved towards Yun Che.
