17 EMBARRASSED

NING SHUFEN was feeling warm. She liked the feeling of it. Comfortably warm. Shufen hugged the warm thing tight. She frowned when she touched a really hard thing. It was like a wall.

She quickly opened her eyes, her eyes went wide. She froze. She was hugging Chang tightly. The sleepiness that she felt was now gone. How did this happen? She remembered that she was only sitting at his side.

Chang was now awake, but Shufen didn't notice it. She was too busy thinking why she was laying at his side. He stared at her flushed face. Cute.

A knock brought Shufen back. She was startled but then remain calm. She stood up and went to the bathroom to put her disguise back. God that was embarrassing! He was wide awake the whole time she was hugging him! My purity! I am still innocent!

"Come In" Her thoughts stopped when she heard a man's hoarse voice. He sounded like he didn't speak for how many years. It sounded so masculine and sexy.

"Master!" "Little Master?" The door quickly opened revealing the two man who was sweating furiously.

They had both thought that the Shufen took advantage of Chang, who was unconscious. But little did they know. Chang was the one who took advantage of Shufen's exhausted state.

The two man sighed in relief when they saw that Wu Chang was awake and his clothes is intact. Cheng was about to ask Wu Chang where did Ning Shufen went.

"Early in the morning but the both of you went here first" Her voice didn't sound like her anymore. She sounded like a teenage boy. Her appearance also changed. Ning Shufen now looked like a rich young master. She was wearing black clothes with a red cape. In her hands she was holding her previous set of clothes.

"I—I ju-just." Chang couldn't utter any word as he was surprised by her appearance. Last night she looked a little boy but now she looks like a fine young man. Although she's a little bit too short for a man.

"Hide your face when you go out. Although your disguise can't be easily seen through. It's better to be cautious" Chang spoke so suddenly that the three of them was shocked.

My master! You spoke more than a word. You have grown so much! An Guo was exaggerating his thoughts but he can't blame his self. Every time Wu Chang spoke it's about business or an order to kill someone.

"Yes. Guo saw through my disguise last night" Ning Shufen spoke truthfully. Her disguise isn't that great but it also wasn't worse.

"If I may ask why did you get wounded?" Ning Shufen felt so bold when she spoke. She took a sit before glancing at Guo's scared face. She thought that he was traumatized but in reality he was scared for Ning Shufen. So bold! Where did she get her courage!? Even if he was given ten lifetimes. He wouldn't have the courage to ask his master that. It was too bold for him.

Guo was now letting his guard up. His body tense, he was about to kneel for forgiveness in Shufen's name but instead of an order to kill. Guo heard a chuckle. Chuckle? Who chuckled? Did Master?

Guo wasn't the only one shocked. Ning Shufen and Cheng was also shocked too. They thought that he will be offended but he was rather amused by her braveness.

"You sure had a lot of courage in you" Chang's voice was dangerously low. It wasn't cold nor polite. He sounded like he was amused by her attitude. "I'll let that pass but there will be no next time"

Shufen now knew that this man isn't ordinary. Who the hell speak like that? And he also had a noble aura to him. Dangerous, quiet but deadly. Shufen knew that she cannot afford to offend him. She had a lot of enemies she didn't want another one. What she need was an ally to support her.

The room was quiet. No one spoke, not even Shufen who was brave. Guo was glancing to Shufen then back to his Master.

'Master! What if our lady will be scared!' He wanted to scold his master for treating Shufen like that but he was too afraid to do that. He wasn't brave enough to deliver his self to Yama.

"Pass? Oh well, if you let that pass then answer me" Shufen didn't back down, she looked like she's not scared but when one would look at her form, they will see that she was trembling. His eyes now looked so amused. He wasn't mad nor offended by her words.

"You do have guts. Interesting" He laughed light headedly. For him it was normal. But to them he sounded like a demon incarnate. He was sitting in the bed with his long black hair in his back. His left hand was holding his chin.

Shufen felt that Chang's deep black eyes could see through her soul. And she felt like she couldn't look away.

Guo now wanted to shut Shufen's mouth and drag her outside the room and hide her away from his master's eyes. But it might not be too bad. Oh well let the faith do its magic.

"Right I do have guts." Shufen was still acting brave but the second Chang stood up. She started trembling furiously. She was nervous and feeling scared.

He didn't look like he was injured. Like his wound wasn't deep. The moment pain slipped through his eyes for a second she felt brave for another time and raise her voice a little. Only a little.

"Get back to bed. Guo get a new bondage. Cheng prepare food." Shufen was holding his arms. She wanted to make Chang lay at the bed but he was too strong for her.

"What do you think you're doing. Little kid" He was frowning at her but he didn't look mad so she continued grabbing his arms.

"Lay here and rest" She was now using all her strength but he didn't even move an inch. She didn't want to give up but she had to.

"Master Fen here it is." Shufen ordered Guo to put it at the table near them. Guo didn't help Shufen as he knew that his master wanted Shufen's attention.

"What you really didn't care about your wound" Shufen was panting a little. Her annoyed voice made him chuckle and he sat down obediently. He was having fun doing this to her. Shameless enough to bully her. And not even the two can stop him from bullying her.

Shufen nagging made him warm. Such a long time since she did this to him. He just sat there listening to her nag while she was standing in front of him.

He smirked before hugging her waist. S-so shameless.

"Stop! What do you think you are doing! Let go! Guo help!" Shufen called Guo for help but he was nowhere to be seen. She couldn't stop his hands from tickling her.

She was laughing so hard and Wu Chang only stopped when he saw that she was already crying.

"Help me change my bondage" Shufen wanted to say no but he was smirking like he was threatening her. Help me or laugh until you cry.
