87 Stay (part three)

It was the perfect day. Having Serena back in everyone's lives was the best news that Maya had heard.

Like Sofia and the others, she was relieved to hear that Serena had returned. Until she learned that the woman had no intentions of staying. She had plans to leave first thing in the morning.

Seeing how she didn't spare Jax a second glance before disappearing into her room. Maya panicked.

Everyone that had come over had decided to stay the night. Hoping to have an audience with Serena in the morning.

Maya and Jax had one room assigned to them since they were husband and wife. They were together and people weren't aware of the nature of their marriage.

Maya was afraid of going into the room. It was true that Jax had seen Serena again but the distance between them went unnoticed. Even a blind person could see that they had drifted apart and Serena wanted nothing to do with him.
