2 Rebirth with 3 WISHES

As Xavier woke up he realized that he couldn't feel anything so he tried to look around but could only see darkness and randomly sized lights appearing and disappearing.

'Ugh!! I.... what happened , I remember being hit by that Truck. But what happened after that ? Did I die? getting hit by that Truck is really painful than I thought '

He tried shouting out to see if there was anyone out there to the endless void .

"HEY" he shouts with all his might.

To no avail no one answers him, a few hours later of shouting to the void there is a speeding light approaching him at light speed. Pure white, that was all that appeared before Xavier's eyes as he regained the clarity of his mind. Then the light examines him like a scanner but this scanner is much brighter than the stars he have ever seen before.

*Beep*

[Xavier. Age 21 . Cause of death: Heart attack and brain failure from the crashed of the Truck that hits you.]

"W...who are you?" I asked to the unknown entity. I feel strange like I'm naked in front of her.

"I am sorry, I didn't know, you said I can wish for 3 things so I did!" Xavier said with fear.

[Yes this GODDESS can do things like that, and you are indeed lucky for saying the truth. Alright, you can chose any world and timeline then Race and I will give you a system for you to keep along with your memories of your past life for not granting your wish].

" Then my chosen world is to be reincarnated in Dragon Ball 10 years before planet Vegeta's destruction." I said as I imagined myself in that world 'hehe I can finally go to one of my favorite anime'.

"This GODDESS wish to your next life, you will lead a happy life" said the white haired woman with a smirk on her face.
