2 Rebirth: 6 Months before APOCALYPSE

Li Jie's eyes were filled with hatred as he looked at Li Na.

He glanced towards Bo Jing, only to see him looking at Li Na affectionately.

Li Na went to Bo Jing, both of them embraced each other lovingly for some time .

After that Li Na gestured to Doctor Shi. he came over to Li Jie, his face come in view. his eyes were full of lunacy as he stared at Li Jie's body.

He picked up the surgical knife and started making cuts on Li Jie's body bit by bit. the process was extremely slow and painful but he could not squeeze a single drop pf tear from his eyes as if this pain was nothing new to him but the pain was not any less.

After a long time, he felt his consciousness fading.

He knew he was dying but he only felt hatred towards himself. he despised himself for his own stupidity.

After clearing his mind, he found himself on the bed, the bed which he had used when he was at li mansion. He tried to sit only to fall back again. He was feeling pain in his body but pain was nothing new to him after what he had already experienced.

He was trying to think how he was here when he should be in the lab or dead. After looking around the room for sometime he found calendar on the side table only to see it marked with the date 10 june 2018, he had truly undergone a rebirth, a rebirth that had brought him half a year before the apocalypse.

He felt like he was in a dream. It was too good to be true. He pinched himself on his thigh.

He felt the pain, but the pain was replaced by joy as he thought of himself being alive. but neither the pain nor joy can be seen on his face, he was like an empty body.

After calming down, he frowned looking at the room, being inside the white lab for 3 years and now looking at all colors in the room made high contrast with each other. he suddenly felt pain in his eyes.

So, he closed his eyes and lay down.

He recalled how he wasted his whole life trying to win love of his family, how he sacrificed his whole youth trying to please his father, trying to treat his stepsister as his own sister, how he loved that two faced bastard Bo Jing.

Now, he only felt like he was so stupid trying to please his family when they never treated him as his own , he was only a servant for them, for them, keeping him was just a means to an end.

He would never forget how he was treated by his family, how they humiliated him.

He would never forgot those painful memories, how he suffered for them only to get betrayed in the end. He would make them pay for what they did to him.

After sorting through all these memories, He opened his eyes again, if one look closely they can see purple light passing in those black eyes.

He was BACK to apocalypse, only this time the ending would be different.
