10 Chapter 10: Moving in
After a long embrace, Ryu's mother and siblings finally calmed down. He looked at them with joy as he finally found his family, the people he cared about the most. They helped him go through many things and cared about him despite his imperfections.
"Oh shit I'm late for work!" Aoi said as she let go of Ryu. Hearing that, Hina also let go in a hurry as she said, "I'm late for school too!"
Ryu couldn't help but laugh seeing them in such a rush. Ryu looked at them with a cozy expression while saying, "Just cancel all your plans today! I want to catch up with all of you and you're rushing to get out!"
"I haven't even taken any leave of absence! Although the president is my friend, it'll make me look like an incompetent employee!" Aoi said in distress. That was true, though, but Ryu just laughed it off while saying, "Let me contact someone if they could do something about it. The people who cared for me these past six years don't have just a simple background. Tell me the name of your company."
"Uhh… Sigh, alright. It's a testing, production, and management company called Zenith Mana Production Company or ZMPC." Aoi said.
"Alright, give me a minute."
Ryu circulated his mana to take out his phone as he contacted Lilia. After a few seconds, Lilia picked up, and Ryu told her the situation. Lilia couldn't help but laugh as she said, "It's alright, I'll handle everything. This is a little secret of mine but I was actually one the co-founders of the company! Alright, bring them here right after! I want to meet your family!"
"Alright, thank you," Ryu said with a slight smile. On the other side, Lilia was also smiling as she lay down on the bed. "You better reward me later handsome, see ya!"
Ryu couldn't help but laugh as she turned his head back towards the girls. "It's all done. You wouldn't have to worry about a single thing Aoi." Aoi was taken aback as she never would've thought about a situation like this. She was so dumbfounded that she couldn't help but ask, "R-really?"
"Yep! And Hina, are you okay being absent?" Ryu said as he looked at Hina. Hina's face was flushed as she fiddled with her fingers. "Umm… Although this is my first absence in school, I'm happy since it's a chance for me to stay with Onii-chan!"

"Hina! You're still so cute!" Ryu couldn't help but grin as he pinched Hina's cheeks lightly. 'She really hadn't changed much… She's taller, but her other parts… haven't really grown much,' Ryu thought as he observed Hina.
"Alright, you guys get changed! From this moment on, you're gonna live with me!" Ryu said with excitement in his eyes. Although this was good, Lilia's mansion was so big that it felt really empty even with him, Lilia, and the other three.
"E-eh? Hold on a minute! My old self can't keep up with what's going on!" Reika said. She really couldn't keep up with what Ryu said, 'Eh? Moving? What?'
Ryu couldn't help but laugh as he looked at Reika's figure. 'She hasn't aged a bit! She still looked as beautiful and as young as she was before… It's as if she drank water from the fountain of youth.'
"Come on, mom, you don't look like you aged since you were in your twenties!" Ryu sincerely complimented Reika. Reika just laughed as she looked at him and said, "You silly brat! I guess you gained quite a silver tongue this past few years. I'm glad!"
"Umm, Ryu, what did you mean my moving with you?" Aoi couldn't help but ask.
"It's as you think. I meant it, I want us to live together again." Ryu answered while smiling. Aoi just sighed while shaking her head as she laughed. "You're really deciding everything since earlier… Alright! Mom, Hina! Let's get changed! And Ryu, should we pack up? I don't think you brought a car though."
"Nope, just change your clothes."
"Alright! Let's go, mom!" Aoi then pushed her mom to their room, causing Reika to say, "H-hey! Wait a second!"
Hina, who was left behind, smiled at her older brother and gave him a tight hug. Ryu returned the hug while Hina spoke. "Ryu-nii-chan, I really missed you. Even though I pretend I'm strong and tough when they talk about you, I, too, have been really sad since you disappeared. That's why I'm glad!"
Ryu couldn't help but smile as he gave her little sister a kiss on her forehead. "I missed you too. Now, go and change your clothes! And tell mom and Aoi-nee to not wear a skirt!"
"Huh…? Okay!" Hina was a bit confused about why Ryu specifically said not to wear skirts, but since she didn't want to wear a skirt herself, she just shrugged it off. Ryu sat down on the couch and took out his phone while whispering to himself, "This is gonna take a long time."

"We're ready!" Aoi said as all three of them approached Ryu. Ryu nodded with a smile while Reika couldn't help but ask, "Are you really sure about this? And the house? What's gonna happen to the house? And all of our stuff too!"
"Yes, it's fine. And about the house, you don't have to worry about it. If you want to keep it, I already contacted Lilia, the one who took care of me, to send a housekeeper in this house to keep it in shape. The clothes, don't worry, Lilia already sent people to retrieve them! Let's go! Let's not keep Lilia waiting!"
"Lilia… the person who took care of you was a woman! You don't even have a male friend in your life… If you turn out gay, I'll still love you!" Reika said with worry. Hearing that, Ryu couldn't help but have a vein that almost popped as he said, "Don't worry, mom, I am not gay. Let's go!"
The three nodded at Ryu while they went outside. After that, Aoi culdn't help but ask, how are we gonna go there? Flying? Hahaha. Even though you're a fallen angel, you can't possibly carry us all."
She joked around a bit but what she didn't know that what she said is exactly what they were gonna do. The only difference is, Ryu won't carry them and while flying. He's using wind magic amplified by his wings. Ryu grinned as he said, "Yep, that's exactly what we're gonna do!"
"OH! So that's why Nii-chan told us not to wear skirts!" Hina had a moment of realization while Aoi just looked blank. 'I didn't expect him to actually say yes. Is it a good time for me to tell Ryu that I actually have a fear of heights…?'
"Be ready! I'm gonna use a very strong wind spell." Ryu said as a magic circle appeared under them. His wings sprouted out of his back and Aoi couldn't help but have a terrified face. "W-wait a minute! I'm—"
"Let's go!" The wind spell carried them all to the air and after it was amplified by his wings, they were flying at extremely high speeds. Aoi looked like she was gonna die, and after Ryu noticed this, he had a face of worry.
"Aoi-nee, you can cling on me! You didn't tell em you were afraid of heights!" Using telepathy magic, Ryu spoke to Aoi. Aoi shouldn't be able to hear Ryu if he spoke while they were flying as the wind from the wind magic that Ryu was casted was really loud.
Hearing his voice, Aoi woke up as she instinctively clung on Ryu while speaking in her mind, "Thank you…!" Ryu just smile as he said, "You're welcome to depend on me, Aoi-nee. Just don't look down, we'll arrive in a couple of minutes."

A gust of wind was blowing strongly towards the courtyard of Lilia's mansion. She was currently sipping wine as she was floating in the pool. Feeling the gusts of wind, she smiled lightly as she knew who was approaching. She got out of the pool and watched four figures approaching her mansion at high speeds.
As they reached closer, Ryu slowed down and safely landed on the ground along with his mother and siblings. Hina's eyes were shining as she said, "Nii-chan! You have to teach me that! I really enjoyed it!"
"Hahaha! Sure, I'll teach it to you. Just be careful on using it though!" Ryu patted her sister's head, causing her mouth to curve upwards forming a ^w^ face. Ryu found this absolutely adorable.
Just then, a beautiful figure approached them, causing Reika's face to be in shock as she saw a very beautiful woman. Lilia then looked at the four with a huge smile as she said, "Welcome to your new home!"

"That dragon said there's a new unexpected variable! Who's gonna investigate the variable he's talking about!" In a dark room a there were twelve people facing each other. One of the figure hit the table while shouting about that unexpected variable.
The other eleven simply sat down with an uninterested expression. The man couldn't help but be angry as he said, "Hey, don't you remember the last time you neglected what that dragon said, our whole entire system almost collapsed! We have to treat this of importance!"
One of the people then spoke clasping his hands together in front of his face while resting it on the table. "Hugo, no need to be so restless. If it's about variables of the 'Ascension', that dragon is probably investigating it right now."
"I sure do hope you're right. We can't let any random variable mess up the 'Ascension.' If that happens, we're fucked." The man named Hugo said.
"Hugo, have I ever been wrong? And besides, other than Gods, none can stop us in this world."
