They arrived at the gate of the Frost Dragon Sect, where four guards were stationed. The guards noticed their presence and began to inquire.

"Welcome, Core Disciple Yun!" one of the guards named Getha greeted.

Laura Yun nodded and gently lowered Ryujin from her arms.

"Core Disciple Yun, if I may ask, who is this?" another guard inquired.

"This is Ryujin. I plan to bring him to the master to discuss something," Laura Yun explained.

"Very well, please register first at the crystal ball to check if you have any criminal records or not," Letha told Ryujin.

Ryujin looked towards Laura, and she nodded in approval. Slowly, Ryujin walked over and touched the crystal ball on the table. The ball glowed and displayed Ryujin's identity.

In truth, Laura Yun was still not entirely convinced that Ryujin was a mere mortal. For a homeless person, he appeared remarkably clean. On the other hand, his appearance and aura were far from ordinary. I'm bringing him to the sect not because he's handsome, but because of his indescribable aura... Laura Yun blushed at the thought.

The four guards were baffled by Laura Yun's behavior, as she was known for her cold demeanor and was often referred to as the "Ice Lady." Laura Yun was one of the beautiful women in the Frost Dragon Sect who didn't pay much attention to others, even those of the opposite sex.

However, after witnessing Laura Yun's actions, they began to doubt whether this was truly Core Disciple Yun.

"What did I just see? Am I dreaming that Disciple Yun touched a man's hand?" Getha exclaimed while rubbing his eyes.

"I don't know, maybe it's a dream," Letha replied to Getha.

The other two guards could only watch in shock as Laura Yun led Ryujin into the Frost Dragon Sect while holding his hand.

As Laura Yun led Ryujin to her Master's residence, her holding his hand became the center of attention for both Outer and Inner Disciples.

"Hey, isn't that the Ice Lady?"

The two of them arrived in front of a courtyard with a large house at its center. This house was Laura Yun's master's residence. Laura Yun walked toward the front door of the house and spoke.

"Master, Core Disciple Yun requests permission to visit."

"Enter!" came the voice of Xiao Mihwa.

Ryujin stood in place, mesmerized by the sound of Xiao Mihwa's voice. Her voice was as beautiful as a soothing violin, echoing from inside the house.

"How can someone have such a beautiful voice…" Ryujin murmured softly and spontaneously.

Although his voice was soft, for cultivators like Laura Yun and her master, it was clear enough to hear what Ryujin had said. Laura Yun instantly blushed upon realizing that Ryujin had overheard her earlier comment.
