2 Chapter II

A couple of years have passed, during his elementary days he was separated to his mother for a reason of school distance from their house. During his separation from her mother, he lived into his aunt whose name is Claris. She is the wife of Dominggo, the brother of Nick's mother. He lives in his aunt for almost three years.

He is living towards his aunt's house and it become not easy for him. In a reason of he would adjust and deal to the daughters of his aunt. One of the daughters is Hydie, Nick's first cousin. She is the modest person Nick has ever met. It literally talks a lot every time. The other one is Dina; she became the best friend of Nick as they are one year gap towards their age.

While in his aunt territory, Nick has nothing to do but to follow what everyone would tell to him. Nick was just only at the second level of schooling when separated to his mother. He wakes up early in the morning helping his aunt to prepare for food and also preparing him for school. He only walks when going to school since school was near to his aunt's house.

After school, he directly go home washing dishes and everything that is need to be preparing before night comes. He is not that kind of a happy boy since he left his mother's house. He was looking for his mother's love.

A couple of years have passed by, and he was at grade five of elementary level. Nothing to say, but this was the best year for him since he will not going to live in his aunt house anymore. Her mother brought a bicycle for him, he ask his mother "where did you get money for a bicycle?" her mother replied "I sell one of pig and then I get extra money for bicycle, you don't like it?" Nick without a word hug his mother and said "Thank you! I love you" with some tears into his eyes.

He then rides his new bicycle and roams around into their place. Since then he can have a ride for school, he stayed back again into his mother. Every morning, he cleans his bicycle before going to school. He enjoys riding it and him always that big smile into his face.

During that time, some of his classmates have also bicycles. When they can have some time, they spent it riding bicycle but only inside their school campus. When school time is over, they ride out together going towards their individual homes but he is the left after some time because he got the furthest home to all of them. But he never mind that still he is happy to ride with the nature along the roads on the way to home.

A year passed and he graduated from elementary level. He is so very happy and excited for the moment that he finish elementary even though there are a lot of things that aren't all good that happen to him. While walking towards the stage, he looked up into his mother's face and he smile. Her mother was so proud of him even though they have almost nothing towards their life she still manage to sent Nick to school.

After the ceremony, some of Nick's classmates approach towards him and invited him to go their houses for they know the status of Nick's life. Everyone in their room loves Nick, for he is an awesome boy. For helping them even though they don't ask for it. They love him so much. But Nick declined their invitation "Thank you everyone for inviting me and my mother" he then said after.

A moment later, Nick and his mother go home. They pay for riding a motorcycle since that is the only vehicle they can ride easily towards their home. While in the house, her mother prepared a native chicken to be cook and celebrate for Nick's big achievement in his life. Nick is also very proud of her mother for all the efforts she made just to send him to school and give to him the best for his life.
