Cultivation:

Basic idea about cultivation is about selecting some type of energy and letting it change and be more natural with your body that's side effects are getting stronger. Immortality reached when you are finally returned to your "Origin" I mean you are the purest form of your energy but with consciousness to be able to transform this energy and not be just some puppet.

Shan: The power of imagination solely can defend and attack others. Also can be combined to be released to the physical world. Deeply connected with mind.

Shin: The power of the body could be even life-force and other things about the body, Shin is upper energy so there are grouped energies with this power. You can think of Shin like of plant that can be everything and it's just what energies you use to grow this tree (body).

Mind: For this I can write a book so thanks but no... There are memories, and somehow skills.

Consciousness: Just like a mind... It's about knowing oneself to be or kinda like that+be able to control mind= body.
