9 The Strange Aura

I walked out of the bathroom, and I was still thinking about what had happened. Ichigo was sitting on the shoe bench near the front door.

"Are you ready?" Ichigo asked, looking as if the situation hadn't happened prior.

"Yes." I answered quietly. I didn't know how to act. Was I supposed to pretend as if nothing had happened?

"I'm sorry." Ichigo stood up.

"Huh?"

"I'm sorry about earlier. You must feel depressed."

"No, no! It's not your fault." I explained. "And plus, I already saw you naked before. I forgot to apologize about that."

Ichigo looked at me with a shocked expression and then answered. "Ah, I forgot that happened."

The both of us just stood there awkwardly talking.

"Should we just head to school?" He suggested.

"Yes." I quickly responded.

I didn't want to be in this awkward situation any longer.

We finally arrived at school and I clung on to Saika. "Saika!" I cried.

"What's wrong, Sora?"

"I-" I was about to say that Ichigo saw me naked, but I realized that I couldn't ay anything to her. "What happens when a boy sees your naked body but doesn't react?"

"Huh? You were seen naked?"

"Not me, someone else. I'm just asking for them." I tried to mask the situation.

"I see. Well, it could either be that they don't have a good body, or the guy just isn't into that body type." Saika explained.

Oh, so that's the reason he just left the bathroom? He didn't even look embarrassed after. Must be that I look ugly naked.

"Kyaa! A third-year is here to see you, Yamada!" A girl squealed.

I looked a cross the room and saw Ren standing by the door. I then stood up and walked over to see him.

"Ren? What are you doing here?" I asked.

"Well, I wanted to know--" Right before Ren could finish his sentence, Ichigo pushed me out of the way.

"Ren~kun!" He squealed.

Ah, that's right. I forgot this guy was in love with Ren. That might have been the other reason to why he didn't react when he saw me naked. I was so stupid for getting upset over it.

"Ah, Princess." Ren forced a chuckle. "Um, Sora, I'll talke to you after school." Ren waved goodbye.

"Aww." Ichigo pouted.

I then glared at Ichigo.

"What's with that look?" He glared back at me.

"Nothing." I turned my head away and walked over to my desk.

After class ended, I headed towards the front gat of the school. I saw Ren waiting there for me. "Ah, Ren."

I walked up to him and he started to talk to me. "Sora, we need to talk about your next job."

"What about it?"

"Well, you see, your next job is during the school festival. I was wondering which one was more important to you. Would you like me to cancel the job."

That's true. Next week was the school festival. Having a job during it would be stressful. Plus, I had missed the last school festival because of a movie filming.

"What type of job is it?" I decided to ask.

"It's a commercial."

"I see. Then I can drop the job. I feel bad if I always skip the school festival."

"I understand. Then I'll inform the director." Ren bowed. "Shall we head home now?"

"Alright." I nodded my head.

Now I'm super excited about the festival. This will be the first time in 2 years that I can participate in it again.
