Night Of The School Festival

At the end of the day, the school students are outside and chatting with each other happily. They surround a huge campfire and have their last own little fun before going back home to rest.

Yuuto walks over to Kaya and sighs sadly. She looks over at him, "What's wrong Delinquent? You're quite sad all of a sudden?" He gets to the point, "Ayumi friend zoned me." Her eyes widens, yet she feels a slight happiness arising in her, "Really?" He nods his head without speaking back.

Sanyu is with Ayumi in their empty Cosmology classroom alone. "I-" they both started talking at the same time. He laughs a bit, "Im sorry you can go first." She shakes her head, "What were you going to say? I think you should go first." Then there was a moment of awkward silence because one didn't know who should go first.

Their hearts both raced nervously. "Then... I guess I'll go first then," Sanyu begins. Ayumi looks at him, " .... sure." He pulls her close to her and deeply embraces her in his arms, "Ayumi, I like you." Her eyes widens, she doesn't move a single muscle as she was embraced, "Sa-San..." "Go ahead, you can say whatever you want now," He was still afraid of what her answer could've been.

Without hesitation, she answers, "Sanyu I like you too." He let's go of her and places both his hands into her shoulders and looks precisely at her, "Really? Do you really?" She nods her head, "Or maybe it's more of a... I love you thing.. to be honest, I just started noticing that I love you. Because.. you were always there for me even when I didn't ask you to be, protected me at all costs, taught me that it was okay to show out my feelings, basically.. in the end.. you mean a lot to me."

He raises his head faced up to the ceiling and smiles happily as he deeply blushes at her words. She couldn't face him, she was embarrassed and her heart was beating uncontrollably fast. "Ayumi, then please become my girlfriend," he boldly tells her. She smiles back and accepts him, "Okay."

The teachers and student blasts the fire works and cheers. Sanyu laughs, "How funny, they decide to blast those off right when you tell me okay." She laughs as well, "It was meant to be." He hugs her again.

Mae was devastated, she had just lost the one who she thought she'd spent her entire life with. It all fell off when we decided to trust someone who THOUGHT was her friend. She curls up in a ball in the bathroom stall and cries. Sona doesn't care about anything anymore, she was too hurt.

Kaya looks at Yuuto and thinks to herself as she tries to cheer him up, 'And when should I... confess to you?'

The night of the school festival ended after a couple hours later. Some went back home to rest their night off. And some went to go party the night away. Kaya walked Yuuto home. Sanyu and Ayumi went home together happily.

"What should we do?" Sanyu asks Ayumi awkwardly. "We can play a board game? But.. they're at my house..." she tells him. He laughs, "Silly girl, that's alright then. We can just watch a movie together." She smiles, "Okay."

"I'm sorry, I don't know what couples would normally do together.. I lack in that a lot.." she tells him. "That's why there's me. To help guide you from wrong doings and rights. Even though I had little experience, I still know how it works and I can help you through it. I'll make sure you are always happy and I will always protect you," he says.

'So he's been in a relationship before..' she tells herself. "Sanyu, I don't really know much of you, however you know so much about me. Can you tell me about yourself?" She asks him. He looks at her, "Yeah, I think it's the time for me to tell you about myself now."

She listens carefully as he begins to tell her his story. "The reason.. why I live alone, is because I don't have any parents. They divorced when I was only 4 or 5 years old. Mother left me with father, he became an alcoholic and got himself into trouble.. he passed away at the hospital. I was alone. And afraid. Children at my school bullied me for not having any parents. When I thought there was one person who'd help me out and support me through...the person whom I thought was my love... threw me away because she was embarrassed of dating me," he began to sigh.

Ayumi felt his sadness within him, she patted his back as he spoke out his story. "I was afraid that you'd do that to me as well.. hurt me.." he tells her. "I don't think I have the heart to hurt someone like you.. I can relate and understand you well, so why would I hurt you when I, myself am already hurt?" She answers. He leans his head into her shoulder, "Right?" She smiles, "You're in good hands, I don't let anything happen to you, Sanyu."

She looks at the opened window, "The truth is... my parents too, divorced just not too long ago.." "I figured," he says. "It's hard like this.. I miss my brother.. my father...and my dog Pochi," she lies her head softly on top of his head. "Yeah, it sure is hard," he replies.

Kaya is in her room, she is frustrated. Should she confess her love yet? "Hiro, what should I do?" She says as she looks up at the ceiling.
