Mae’s Party

After school, everyone went home. Sanyu didn't walk Ayumi home along with Kaya. Instead, he went to the park nearby the school. "Ayumi, do you want to go to Mae's party this Friday? She invited me," Kaya asked. "I wasn't even invited," Ayumi says. "Mae barely sees you around, I'm sure she's going to invite you! We'll go have some fun together! And there's good food over there!" Kaya's eyes brightens up.

She nods her head at Kaya, "I'll see if I can go. I might or not be busy on Friday." Kaya puts her arm over Ayumi's shoulder, "A lot of people if gonna be there~ it's gonna be fired up!" She starts imitating music and dances around. Ayumi laughs, "You're so energetic. As always." Mae walks over and sees Sanyu alone in the park. She goes over to him, "Sanyu? What are you doing here alone?" He looks up, "Oh, nothing. Just wanted to see this park."

"May I join you?" She asks. "Yeah. Sure," He says. She sits down on the swing next to his and smiles.

"I invited your friends, there's only one person left, although I'm not sure if she wants to come," Mae tells him. "Invite her, a party would be more fun when everyone is there," he replies. 'More fun..' She thinks to herself.

On the end of the weekday, (Friday) Mae announces to everyone that her party will start at 6pm in her house. Everyone gathers their stuff and walks home to get ready for her party. "What's the party even for?" Yuuto asks Kaya. She shrugs her shoulders, "A party is just a party." He scoffs, "Then I'm not going." "You do you," Kaya says to Yuuto. He glances over at Ayumi.

Sanyu walks up to her, "Ayumi, come to the party with me." She looks up at him, "Ah?" Yuuto changes his mind, "Nevermind. I'm going." Kaya gives him a weird look, "Ohh.. okay??" Sanyu and Kaya drops Ayumi off. She goes inside her house, "Mom, I'm going to a friend's party tonight. Do you mind?" Her mother shakes her head as she dances in the kitchen, cooking dinner, "I don't mind~ have fun and be safe!"

When it was time to go, Sanyu and Kaya came to pick her up. Sanyu's eyes widens as he sees Ayumi in a pretty dress. His face blushes and he purposely looks away, "You look.. pretty." Kaya laughs and hugs Ayumi, "ARGHH~~! You're so cute in a dress!" Ayumi feels shy, "Though I don't really like dresses..." she laughs awkwardly. Together they all walk to Mae's party.

They later arrived around early 7pm, the party had already began without them. Mae speaks in the microphone, "Hello everyone, may I get all of your attention please?" Everyone watches her. "Since EVERYONE is now here, I would like to announce that this party is to celebrate the fact that Junior Year is coming to an end! Finals are next week, however I cannot host a party after finals because I will have to go out of town. Therefore I wanted to host it today!"

Everyone cheers and drinks up. Mae steps down the stairs and walks over to Sanyu them. "Welcome to my party," she smiles. They all smile back, "Thanks!" After Mae leaves them to go over to her friends, Kaya lightens up. "Where's the food at??" Yuuto, Sanyu, And Ayumi starts laughing. "Fatass," Yuuto tells Kaya. "I'm NOT fat, you UGLY!" She yells at him. He laughs it off, "I'm cool with being ugly." Sanyu gently laughs. "Let's go get some food then, Ayumi care to join with us?" Yuuto asks.

"Oh, no thank you, I'm not hungry at the moment," she replies. Kaya and Yuuto leaves to go grab some food to chomp ion. Sanyu looks at Ayumi, "What do you want to do?" She looks at everyone else partying happily, "I don't know." "Her house is freaking huge! Is she freaking rich or what?!" Kaya exclaims. Yuuto shrugs his shoulder, "Well if you haven't heard, she IS the daughter of a well known billionaire CEO. Of course they'd have this mansion."

She gives him a look, "I never knew any of that. Well damn, that's no wonder why she's so super model looking." "Even though Mae is really pretty, I'd still choose Ayumi over Mae. To me, Ayumi is ten times prettier," Yuuto says. Kaya nods her head and mumbles to herself, "Two guys likes one girl, cool." Yuuto looks at Kaya, "I didn't catch what you were saying?" She looks back at him and crosses her arms, "That's because I didn't throw it." He starts laughing, "You're an idiot!" She smiles and walks away to get her food.

Sanyu sits down next to Ayumi and talks with her. "How's it been?" She thinks for awhile, "It's been..alright I guess." He looks over at the others dancing and having the fun time of their life. "Wow looks at them, they're pretty wild over there, ahah.." he tries to break the awkward silence. Ayumi speaks in her mind, 'I like it when he's with me like this.. but because he's been hanging out with Mae lately..then suddenly hangs out with me again.. I don't know how I should feel. Should I be mad or happy?'

Sona walks over to Yuuto, "Long time no see." He looks at her, she was wearing an expensive glamorous Chanel dress. "Oh you were invited too? Didn't think you were," he said. She looks at him for a second, "Do you think I still like you, Yuuto?" "You coming up to me I'm guessing you probably still do," he replies back to her. She smiles, "I gave up on you, because you never liked me back, in fact you even started to hate me. I was shattered. And it was all because of Ayumi. "

"It was NOT her fault! YOU were the one who decided to start things first. Haha~ funny how Ayumi still thinks of you as a friend. It just shows how big hearted she is," he says. Sona scoffs then laughs, "How dumb can she even be? She still thinks of me as her friend?! I'm her enemy, I HATE HER." Kaya hears the talking and walks over while holding a plate full of food, "What the hell is going on?" She looks and sees Sona, "Oh. YOU'RE back." Sona smirks at her, "So what?"

She eats her food, "Start something again, I dare you. And you will be seeing hell." Sona doesn't speak back to Kaya, she looks over at Yuuto, "I'm coming back to school next week, however I won't be in the same classroom anymore." "Cool, that's even better," Yuuto replies. She scoffs then walks away.

Sanyu looks at the ground then at Ayumi, "Do you..want to go somewhere quieter?" "Where will we be going?" She asks. "I don't think there's much people on the porch, we can go there," he says. Ayumi nods her head, "Alright then." Together, they both go to the mansion's porch.

Yuuto watches Kaya eat, "God damn you eat A LOT." She irritatedly looks back at him, "well god damn you talk A LOT." He laughs, "It's funny messing around with you." "You're annoying as hell. Leave me alone, " she tells him.

On the mansion's porch, the night breeze blows onto Ayumi's hair. Sanyu can smell a sweet fruity scent from her hair. She turns around and looks at him, "Sanyu, do you know how to read constellations?" "Not really? I only know the basics, such as the little and Big Dipper.. that's about it.." he answers her question. "Would you like to learn?" She asks.

He pauses for awhile, "Well, sure. It'll be fun to learn!" She smiles then looks up at the clear night sky. Sanyu too, looks at the beautiful night sky. Ayumi points at some stars aligned together, "You see those 3 stars that's like line up vertically ish together? That's the Orion." "Oh wow, I've never knew about that," he laughs as he looks. "And remember this, 'The North Star is always the brightest star,'" she tells him.

He points at a star, "So..that one?" She smiles, "Yeah!" Sanyu looks at her, "Whoa, you must be into astronomy huh?" She nods her head, "It's really pretty, that's why." "Can you read Zodiac Constellations too?" He asks her. She happily answers back, "Yeah I sure can! I bet I can find yours! What's your Zodiac sign?" "Leo," he replies. 'And I'm a Sagittarius...' She tells herself as she looks for the Leo constellation.
