Junior Year Field Trip

It was the day of their junior year field trip, all the teachers and students packed their stuffs and were ready to go. As everyone was there, Kaya noticed Yuuto wasn't there. "Alright is everyone here??" The teachers asked the students. "We're about to go soon!"

Kaya shouted back quickly, "No! Someone is not here yet! I'll go get him!" She begins running away. "Well, we can just wait for a little longer then," Mr.Kageyama smiled at the other teachers.

Mae looks at Sanyu and Ayumi laughing and having fun together. Her heart still lingered for him, but she cannot do anything about it when he's most happy with the person he likes. Kaya ran as fast as she can, without stopping, she finally reached Yuuto's house.

There were loud bangs coming from his front door. "Who could be banging on my door so loud?" His mother asks as she reaches for the door. When she opened the door, Kaya barged in. "Sorry! But I need Yuuto to come with us to our field trip!" His mother stood there, "Okay?"

She bursts open his door and grabs him out his bed by his ear, "What the hell are you lying around for?! Everyone is waiting for you to come you DELINQUENT!!" He yells in pain, "Ah! You! What the hell are YOU doing?!! Go away!! I'm not going!!" She grabs his suitcase and packs some random clothings in, "YOU'RE COMING!!" "WHY??!!!" He shouts back at her. "Because I said so.." she replies.

Yuuto stops talking for a bit then looks at her. 'Why does she seem so hurt that I'm not going? Why does she even care for me. Is she crazy?' He thought to himself. Kaya throws his suitcase at him, "Go get ready, I'll wait for you outside." He catches his suitcase then watches her leave. "Is everything fine?" His mother asks Kaya. "Yes, everything is fine, He is going now," Kaya answers her.

Throughout the whole time, from running all the way here, banging on the door, banging into his room, dragging him out his bed, and packing his clothes for him.. had made her heart beat fast and nervously. While Yuuto was taking his time getting ready, Kaya was calming her little fragile heart down.

"Are they here yet?" Kanji asks. "Let's be patient now, they can be here anytime now," Mr. Kageyama tells him. The students and teachers are now starting to get impatient. After a while, Kaya and Yuuto comes out of a car. "Please have lots of fun and be safe!" His mother said as they left. Kaya bowed to thank his mother, "Appreciate the drive here! Please be safe and stay healthy too!"

"They're here!!" Ayumi runs to hugs Kaya. Sanyu smiles, "Man you're late." "Shut up," Yuuto says back. Sanyu laughs, "Someone's a bit grouchy today." Yuuto smiles for a split second. All the teacher and students gets on the buses and drives off to their destination.

Sanyu and Ayumi sat together and ate snacks as they wait to arrive at the camp site. Kaya sat down with Yuuto and talked some things out with him. "Why didn't you all of a sudden didn't want to go?" She asked. "I didn't really feel like it, since I was rejected, I was hurt. I didn't want to do anything at all. I didn't even eat.." he honestly answered her.

Kaya made a face, "What-" she grabs the snacks away from Ayumi and Sanyu them and gives it to Yuuto, "You better eat up or I'll kill you." His eyes widens, "O-Okay." Sanyu and Ayumi looks at each other and laughs. "It looks like Kaya might like Yuuto," Ayumi whispered to Sanyu. He nodded his head and smiled, "Sure does." "Don't worry, if you're sad and all, just come to me and I'll help comfort you and put some positivity in you're annoying blank mind!" Kaya tells Yuuto. "Mhm, thanks," he replies back.

After around a 2 hour drive, the buses stop for restroom purposes. "If anyone needs to take a break! Please do so now!" Mr. Kageyama tells his class. Most of the students came out of the bus to stretch around and hang out in the fresh air for awhile. Ayumi and Sanyu too, gets out of the bus for some fresh air.

While hanging out around for a bit, Sanyu sees a lost kid who was crying by a tree. Ayumi looks at him then looks at the child, "Lets go help him!" They both run toward the little kid. "Hey, hey..don't be scared, we're here to help you. Are you lost?" Sanyu softly asks the child.

"I don't know where my momma is!" The child cried and hugged Sanyu. "What were you doing when your mommy was with you?" Ayumi asked him. "I went chasing after a butterfly and I don't know where I am!" He continued bawling. "It's okay! We can help you find your mommy! Trust me!"

Sanyu picks the child up and holds him. "I'll let the teacher know," Ayumi tells him. He grabs her wrist, "No need to, we'll be back just in time. I can promise you that." Her eyes widens, "Alright..then." Together, the two of them went searching for the child's mother.

He looks at her, "I think I know where they are. I can smell someone barbecuing." Ayumi looks forward and sees some smoke, "Your right!" He smiles as he holds the child, "Lets go then~" When they arrived at the place, the child's mother came running over and thanked them. They bowed back and smiled happily as they walked back to their bus.

"Wow, it's not that far away from the bus!" Ayumi laughed. "That's why I told you we'll be back in time," he laughed as well and hugged her. When everyone got back on, the bus began to drive again to the camp site.

Kaya has witnessed everything and leaned towards Ayumi them, "How cute. You looked like a little family with Sanyu holding that lost child." Ayumi's heart started beating fast and she nervously laughed, "What? No we didn't.." Sanyu laughed at Kaya, "Really? I didn't noticed." Kaya threw a thumbs up at him and winked.

"Are they dating?" Yuuto quietly asked Kaya. "Seems like it," she tells him. He was even more heartbroken after hearing her answer.

About an hour later, the buses finally arrived at the camp site and everyone started setting things up. "Boys and girls will be separated from each other! There are 2 huge cabins, so we'll separate that for boys and for girls!" The teachers yelled out. Ayumi looked at Sanyu and waved goodbye cutely to him. He waved back and smiled.

The students unpacked their stuffs in their shared rooms with other classmates. "We can share this room!" Kaya said to Ayumi as she opened the door. She looked in the room and saw Sona unpacking her stuff. Annoyed, she shut the door, "Not this one, let's go find a better one." Ayumi nodded her head and followed Kaya around the cabin.

They finally found a room to theirselves after walking around for awhile, it was small and suitable just for two or three people while the other room were huge suitable for ten people or probably more. After the teachers and students finished unpacking and setting things up, they started cooking lunch. All the students helped cook with the teachers and chatted happily together.
