Are you okay?

The school bell rang and it was time for lunch. "Arghh!! Because I was such in a rush today I forgot to bring my lunch!" cried Ayumi. Kaya laughed, "I didn't bring lunch either, I was too lazy to make it. But...we can always go buy some bread to eat instead." Ayumi gave Kaya a look, "you treating?" "Sure why not, I'll pay!" smiles Kaya. They both went to the snack store to buy some Teriyaki bread.

Awakened by the loud noises the classroom students were making, Sanyu looked up at them. 'My head hurts..' he thought to himself. "You're awake Sanyu! Morning~!" A girl said to him. He shut his eyes for a moment then left the classroom to get some fresh air. The girls starts whining, "don't leave us here alone~" "Geez shut up girls, he isn't even as handsome as I am," Yuuto said out loud. "You're a delinquent," Sona replied. They then started laughing. Ayumi and Kaya were walking back to class with their Teriyaki bread in their hands. "Man I'm so hungry I can eat a whole horse!" Kaya's stomach rumbled. Ayumi laughed, "Me too."

From afar, Ayumi can see Sanyu, slowly walking by the hallway walls. Kaya leaned to Ayumi and whispered, "Is he okay? He don't seem so well??" Ayumi look back at Kaya, "no idea.." The two girls tries to walk past by him. Sanyu looked and grabbed Ayumi's arm, weakly, he asked, " Where...where is the infirmary room..." "It's..over ther-" before she could even finish her sentence, he fainted. Kaya gasped, "Oh my god! What do we do?!! Is he dead?!!" Shocked that he fainted on her, she asked, " Are you okay?!" She then gasps when she felt his forehead, "He's burning hot! He must be sick!" "Alright we gotta take him to the infirmary room right now!" Kaya yelled.

Seconds past by awkwardly and quietly. The girls looked at each other, "but how?" Kaya shook her head, "I'm dumb for saying take him when we can't even carry him. Stay right here! I'll go tell the teacher!" She ran to the classroom as fast as she can. "Wha- don't just leave me here like this!!!" Ayumi shouted at Kaya's back. She watched Kaya run until she was no longer seen, then looked at Sanyu. Awkward, she put him on the ground and sat a little bit away from him. Minutes passed by and Kaya hasn't return back with the teacher.

Ayumi starts to get worried as she sees Sanyu is getting worse by each minute. About 10 minutes later, Kaya comes back running with the teacher, "There they are! Hurry!!" The teacher comes and touches his forehead, "Yeah, he's not doing good." He carries Sanyu into the infirmary room. The nurse examines him," It's just a fever, he'll do fine after some treatment and some rest." "Thank you girls for telling me. He probably would have gotten more worse if you didn't tell." The teacher patted Ayumi and Kaya's shoulders and smiled. The girls both bowed for respect, "You're welcome."

Ayumi looked at the nurse treating Sanyu. Kaya pushes Ayumi a bit, "Let's go? Lunch is almost over." She looks at Kaya, "Yeah.. let's go.." As they walked back, they were chatting with each other. "No wonder he seemed so bored today, that's because he was sick!" Kaya said. Ayumi nodded her head, "He even slept the moment he sat down in his desk too." "Gee, I didn't even noticed he was sick, I just thought, 'oh he doesn't like the school and doesn't want to do anything so he's gonna sleep it off' but it wasn't like that," Kaya sighed.

Ayumi didn't bother looking at Kaya, "You think too much." Immediately Kaya answered back, "As if YOU don't." Ayumi paused for a moment then slowly smiled a bit, "We're here so stop leaning your head on my shoulder." Kaya walked to her desk and sat down, "I'm so tired all of a sudden." Ayumi quietly sat down, and laid her head down. She thought to herself, "Do I really think a lot too..?"
