The End of the Beginning

—Subaru Natsuki seems an extremely ordinary boy, born to a middle-class family. Just a regular high school student... But that could not be further from the truth, Subaru was born on Vehicerth, in the nation of Carpan. In his world around 90% of the population were living cars, the rest were just regular humans as you would know on Earth.

Subaru was placed in the decision to either pursue carllege or to just keep street racing for money, but Subaru just did what he has always done and just kept driving away from his problems.

Subaru left the car wash and entered the parking lot, slowly driving towards the road while the moon light shone on his metal exterior.

Subaru: "Well, I guess that's what I get for going to a high-end car wash, but still, 8000 yen is way too much."

Everything around him rippled.

Subaru looked around confused but then sighed, "I guess anyone would be tired after street racing all day without rest."

He uses his windshield wiper to rub his eyes but when he pulls it away he gets blinded by the sun, "Huh? The sun?"

When finally he is able to see clearly he finds himself in the middle of an unknown busy town surrounded by bad cgi humans and demi-humans, but there was something off... He quickly realized what it was, there were no cars in sight! The closest thing to a car would be the carriages he saw going through the town. This town was clearly not the modern-day Carpan that he was familiar with. "Does this mean..."

Subaru: "I've been summoned into a parallel world?!"
