Daiko looked downtrodden at what god said to him. He rubbed the bridge of his nose before speaking once again.

'You'll be sending me to the most paranoid fictional universe known to man... I'm almost hesitant to help... But it was you that allowed me to continue like this, so I'll accept. Still, is there anything you'd like to tell me before my departure? Like, can I handle him in my current state?' The saiyan asked.

*Of course, you are more than capable of handling anything he dishes out. But that is all I can tell you, your system and other abilities will have to guide you*

god told Daiko.

'Alright, when do we start?' He asked.

*Now*

'Wha-' Daiko said but was quickly transported away...

.

.

.

*Ptoom!*

'-T. Huh!?' Daiko thought surprised. Carefully looking around, he saw some furniture and other appliances around him. Looking at the old things that reminded him of his previous reality, a wave of nostalgia swiftly swept him...

"Shit... I'm in Marvel now." He said to himself. The suddenness caught him off guard, but he then adjusted to the sight of a room...

*Yes, you are... I already sorted things out for you like your apartment and Identification now, so you wouldn't have to worry about such things. All you need to do is quickly stop the person that inhabits this reality... Your objective is to stop him at all costs. However, if you deem him irredeemable, well... You know what to do... I'll be watching.*

Daiko absorbed the info and sorted out what he needed to do.

"Still, what about my reality? Wouldn't they notice when I'm gone?" Daiko asked, a little concerned about his original universe.

*No, I paused time there. Nobody knows you are gone. When you return, you will be as you never left.*

"That's good... Well, mind telling me what he looks like?* He questioned.

*Hmm... No need to worry about that, you'll know him, when you see him (trust me)... Plus, You don't really want me to tell you either* god finished.

Daiko looked up at the ceiling and around him. He quickly took in the freshness of the air around him, thinking for a moment before responding...

"Yeah, I kinda want to find whoever did this myself... To be honest, even though this universe is screwed, the danger excites me... Courtesy of my bloodlines, from two challenge-hungry species." Daiko answered.

*... I see, well. I'll be watching you while you do you, and when you find him, try to convince him to change first, and try to not kill him*

Daiko furrowed his eyebrows a little. 'Is he THAT, bad? I guess I will try...' Daiko thought to himself, the fact that god told him not instantly kill his opponent, means that the dude must be an A-class asshole, to him at least.

"Alright... I'll keep that in mind, anything else you wish to tell me?" He asked.

*Oher than being careful, no. Your opponent is a slippery one, and very manipulative... Other than that, you are good to go* god finished.

"Alright. I guess when the deed is done, you'll be back."

I got up off the bed I landed in. I looked around the room to see the earth appliances and such...

'Fuck... This hits like a truck. A very comfortable truck...' I walked closer to the T.V, touching it. I turned it on with the remote nearby and saw a news channel pop up...

"I don't miss these though," I said under my breath.

Looking around more, I saw the sink, microwave, toaster, couch, and all the earth-like things... Even though I was used to the high-tech gadgets back on Vegeta, and my personal ship. Nothing beats the classics.

I then made my way toward the window, opening it, and taking in more of the fresh air around me as well as outside. In an instant, the smell of smoke and sweet perfume hit my nostrils far more than I'd like. My old factory senses much sharper than that of humans which was both convenient and equally annoying...

Imagine smelling someone's Dedication with a sense of smell 10 times that of a human. It isn't nice, trust me. Higher senses weren't all that cool like fanfic made them out to be.

Listening in, the sound of cars, buses, vans, bikes, and motorcycles graced my ears. My eyes were filled with gleam as I saw my old planet again... Or what looked like it...

The streets were busy, filled to the brim with people scurrying around the busy sidewalks. People are on their phones and other devices. Fruit stands and food stands. I remember them all. And, I missed it...

"Enough with the site seeing Daiko, you have an objective," I told myself. I didn't want to get too absorbed in the bustling life here. Still, a little tour wouldn't hurt, would it?

I convinced myself that it was nothing more than that, a simple tour of the city, I would just look around the area(s), and then begin my mission.

I turned towards the closest. oh, how I missed its simplicity.

Looking within, I saw a wardrobe of clothes that seemed to like they fit me.

'Thanks, god.' I thought to myself. This was very nice of him.

Seeing the selection that was there, I chose the classic black zip-up jacket, with a fitting white T-shirt underneath, coupled with light-fitting blue jeans and dark brown boots to match.

I looked at myself in the mirror, nodding at how I looked. Still, I wish the clothes didn't reveal so much of my musculature, but it didn't matter much...

But before I left the mirror, I took out my earing from my inventory, putting them on, whilst also putting some of my now droopy, yet wild hair in a small ponytail. Finishing the look.

'Looking good.' I said to myself. Turning around. I picked up the cash left on the table, with stacks of hundred-dollar bills piled on top of each other. It should be enough to get me stuff here and keep me going.

With everything done, I headed out of my room to start my new Journey...
