14 Finding Avalon part 1

The sun was still rising as it was around 7:00 in the morning and the Centaurs were wide awake shooting paintball guns and overall making noise, Bran, however, was with the trio who were planning their next destination,

"So with the crystal pointing south-east-ish, we can set up camp around here if need be," Annabeth said circling a small part of the map,

"I Agree, We can only go so far on foot, and besides in the book, it was said Avalon was traveling towards India for unlisted reasons but due to some emergency they started to head to Greece, Now they had made their way down all of this already but now they went and reversed course to the start, Nobody Knows why, But I believe they tried to take a direct route instead in their urgency in which they fell to the depths of the 'Yenko River'(AN- Not a real thing) which then slowly dried up from the Eternal Flame which is still going to this day removing all the moisture from the land, I am 82.35% Sure we will find Avalon right here..." Shawn explained circling a small zone in the desert,

"Worth a shot..." Will said,

"If you are that sure then let's go for it!" Annabeth nodded

"Those are the dunes, For those, it would be easier to take the buggies," Bran said pointing out the terrain of the circled area,

"Wait you guys have dune buggies?" Shawn asked

Bran smiled, "We Like the human inventions so we learned how to temporarily have a human's lower half instead, but it only works for about 5 hours and is extremely uncomfortable, Anyway we use the transformation to be able to use these... we have 3, each one can fit two so team up and we'll pack up!" Bran smiled

"I'll go with Shawn!" Annabeth said

"That's fine I'll go with Bran" Will laughed

"Alright I'll pack some extra gas just in case, Will we need food?" Bran asked

"I have an emergency supply but If you can get your hands on some I can hold it in my bag of holding," Annabeth said,

"Yeah Can do!" Bran smiled

"Alright Is there anything else we'll need?" Shawn asked the group,

"we got the vehicles we got the food, Extra supplies just in case, our destination has been set, We are all set for now," Will said,

"Yeah sounds about right, Crap what about sandstorm protection?" Annabeth said,

"That's in my bag don't worry about it, but for now get your own preparations done I know where the Flame will be when we find it and have found several of the traps the Natives liked to use so I can keep an eye out and I read upon any possible monsters in the desert areas," Shawn said in a confident manner, "So Relax we got this covered!" Shawn said with a smirk

"Your right I'm over thinking it..." Annabeth said

"No that's what you do you're just not delegating enough you're trying to manage it all when not everything can be managed, Just relax and take it one step at a time," Shawn smiled,

"Alright Will If your own preparation is done can you see if bran needs a hand? Also, see if you can find the most knowledgeable driver to give us a tutorial on it?" Shawn asked

"Can do, just leave it to me!" Will saluted before heading off,

"Such a capable soldier," Shawn laughed

"Thank you..." Annabeth whispered,
