Settling in

Finding the quartermaster took some doing but Shawn found him, The Quartermaster almost straight up refused him before he handed him Gaius's Referal,

"A friend of Gaius eh? very well this is quite an expensive place however you sure you want to stay in the castle?" The man asked,

"Money is no issue for me, So just show me your top quality places, Alright?" Shawn said

The man looked surprised but nodded "Very well, We have quite a few in particular for the richer ones but you'd be looking at around 1 gold a month..."

"May I see the room beforehand?" Shawn asked, His modern mind not wanting to pay for something before seeing it,

"Of course right this way!" The man said enthusiastically after deciding that if Gaius sent him he had enough money to pay for it, Along with the man who was confident and wearing expensive silk clothes so he decided to do his best after Shawn tipped him that was,

Shawn tipped the man a gold coin and the man brightened and rushed to show him the way, After a few flights of stairs the man opened the door to a corridor,

"This is the North Corridor, Recently Opened to the richer people, A few weeks ago it was nobles only, This room cost 5 gold a month, That includes Made service, Food from the kitchens, etc. should you be interested I can have the rest written down for you," The quartermaster said opening the door to a room,

"A wonderful room! Tell me of my neighbors" Shawn asked wanting to know who his neighbors would be,

"The Kings Ward Lady Morgana is a few doors down, And the Prince is supposed to be moving over here in a while but other than that not much, you may want to get along with them if you wish to stay,"

the quartermaster said,

"Indeed ha, Wat was your name again?" Shawn asked

"Ah the name is Jonah sir, and it was Shawn was it not?" John said his hand out,

taking his hand Shawn shook it, "Wonderful to meet you, Jonah, I will take the room, 5 Gold was it? here take it, Can I move in today? also here for the wonderful service" Shawn nodded handing the Jonah 8 Gold coins,

"Ah thank you! of course, you can move in today! here Ill bring the few pages you need to sign and we'll be set! Why don't you make yourself at home!" the kiss-ass said

Around 15 minutes later Jonah came back huffing,

"Here we are Sir," Jonah said sanding Shawn a few papers,

"If you can sign here, Here and here... And these are the Benefits you are paying for along with some of the rules to keep in mind," Jonah said handing him the papers,

"Thank you, Jonah," Shawn smiled as he signed the papers,

"Here you go! With this, it's settled?" Shawn asked,

"Yes, sir! You can move in immediately!" Jonah agreed,

"Alright then, Here have my Rent for the next two months settled and I'm sure we'll see each other again," Shawn said handing him the gold and another tip before sending him off,

Creating some beautiful lilies he went to deliver the flowers to his new neighbor the Ward Morgana,

Heading to the door it surprisingly opened, a woman wearing a maid uniform,

"Oh! Hello I wasn't aware that this room had an occupant," ??? Said

"Forgive my name is Iryna, I was just going to-" Iryna began,

"Iryna! Oh, You must be Lord Shawn I was just informed by the quartermaster of you, I'm Gwen, This is Iryna the maid who I asked to meet me here, She'll be acting as the maid for this area of the castle."

"Nice to meet you two, and please I'm not a Lord or Anything like that, Let me know if you have any issues from me," Shawn said,

"wow don't hear that often, Thank you we will, let us know if there is anything we can do for you," Gwen said before turning out with Iryna,

Walking to Morgona took a second before he found her door,

Shawn knocked,

A few seconds later,

The door opened, "Yes?" Morgana said,

"My name Is Shawn, I wanted to meet my new neighbor," Shawn said smiling,

Morgana brightened and smiling she said, "Nice to meet you, Shawn, I am Morgana, also the king's ward,"

"These are for you, My Lady," Shawn said handing her the flowers,

"ha, why thank you," She said taking the lilies, "Lilies Such a beautiful flower, You know the lilies were-[AN - Blah blah blah!!!]"

"My Lady they're calling you to the throne room!" a guard said,

"I'm sure we'll meet again soon," She said before she walked away with the guard,

Shawn began heading to meet the Prince aka Arthur, who was in the training center,

Looking out at the training grounds Arthur was training with some knights, Shawn decided to introduce himself,

Entering the grounds he continued to the prince before a guard came to him, "Who are you! What do you want!"
