8 Day 36-37

Day 36- I set out with my gear in peak condition and my mana tapped off, I skipped the mana training this morning as I feel I will need every drop for my battle once I find an opponent. My leather armour was tightened and my weapons sharpened along with my mind being cantered. I'm venturing to an uncharted area which has a lake assuming for fight something amphibian.

Ogarou spotted me leaving with a different aura about me than usual. It looked like a man was about to challenge a whole gang so he went towards one of jin's lovers that he was a little jealous about. "Hey big sis sei what's up with jin? Did he find an orc camp or something?" Sei looked up from her book with an expression that screamed 'seriously' "Rou are you blind, him and kichi have been acting like that since you evolved. They feel challenged by your progress so are going to do something about it. Leave them be". She said before heading towards her shared room.

Rou just pondered about how his actions can affect the troupe, he was also surprised about Jin acting like that as he didn't seem the type. Guess it's a monster thing? He thought before going back to his activities.

Jin however was making fast progress towards his targeted area, he came upon a clean lake gathering water from a waterfall so he scaled it. He ran mana through his fingers so that he could claw his way up the mountain with relative ease. It was larger than he assumed though so he took a little longer, after reaching the summit he continued following the stream.

After 40 minutes of walking he came across something unbelievable, a yellow spotted lizard man carrying a sling munching on some meat. Using his predator traits he approached the Lizardman like an assassin, as he drew closer his heart beat raced. Once he was within three feet the Lizardmen stuck out it's tongue then shivered for a second. He watched it begin to spin around in an attempt to swipe him with its claws.

But.... it ended with a *schwing* as the red light Saber pierced through it. It's eyes widened in disbelief as it fell back landing on the fire it was using to cook. Jin raised himself and considered his options. He was hungry and it was already on the flame so he cooked the Lizardman then and there. {amphibian gills, poison mana, thick skin, paralytic blood and expert aim traits gained}.

Those are amazing traits and skills to gain, he immediately tried using poison mana resulting in his Saber producing a purple blade like mace windu. The baddest muthafucka in the Jedi order! alongside that he seemed to be able to produce gills on his neck. But they only appear whilst he is in the water.

An expert move was to dunk his head into the water, surprisingly he spotted some underwater plant that acted as a sort of pathway towards something. Seeing as he was on an adventure he took of his clothes and wrapped them in his new snake skin bag before diving into the water and swimming to the bottom towards the lights.

After he reached the bottom he found a cavern which he swiftly entered. Once her surfaced he found an air pocket and a different Lizardman than the previous one. It started speaking in parseltongue towards Jin before reaching for its spear. So Jin drew his weapon and waited for it to approach.

He watched as the purple Lizardman covered in bone plated armour rushed towards him in a berserker like fashion. As it drew back to swing it's spear Jin ignited his Saber whilst using light mana. Resulting in a blinding flash which stunned the creature.

It hissed in pain and reached for its eyes on reflex and as it gained its senses it found a red blade splitting it straight down the middle. Jin fights to win just like a fanalis in the colosseum does. He smacked on the second Lizardman and gained {berserker control, heightened senses, aggressive strikes, acid spit, corrosive mana and bone reinforcement traits gained}.

Today has been a massive harvest for Jin though the sense of dejavu has plagued him. He recognises these two Lizardmen from somewhere but can't recall it. As he cleaned and stored away the new materials in his bag he heard a thump noise.

He turned to see a massive alligator standing on two legs with one of its arms massively bulked up. "You definitely failed no nut November, destroy your dick December must be your element" the Lizardman snarled and spoke in broken language that resembles the Hunan language. "Filthy Goblin! Your dare eat my tribes hunters. My queen will devour you!!" That was interesting Jin thought.

As he continued to stare at the killer croc rio off he finally realised where he'd seen these guys. They look like the ones from overlord! Which means ainz Ooal gown might be a possibility. Though he doubts it as when Rou questioned the girls about the world the country's from that series weren't mentioned.

He ducked out of the way of the massive right hook and deliver a spinning heel kick to its snout. Alligators have those right? The lizard took the attack and slid away clearly harmed as it bled from its head. It roared and attacked more while Jin bobbed and weaved. Anyone of this things hits are lethal to him so when it makes a massive swing he delivers small but painful hits with his hands.

He's not using his Saber for this but will fight with his body alone. He then stamped on its tail making it howl and try to bite him. So he gave it a shoryuken shattering its jaws making it roll away. Having enough he decided to end it with a knife hand to its neck which broke it. The behemoth dropped down stone dead. Jin felt incredibly tired but chose to drag the new prey to the surface.

It took ten minutes but he got the last Lizardman for the day and cooked it for dinner. {biscuit muscles, single blow, Titan grip, elongated tongue and cold blooded (emotional) traits gained}. Biscuit muscles he pondered while thinking over the name. His body felt stronger and his muscles became more defined but he didn't bulk. The name biscuit rang a bell as well, maybe a fighter of some kind. The tongue is cool and he can tell sato and rin will love it. He thought as he swirled it around in different patterns like a cone followed by a zigzag.

He quickly made camp in a nearby tree and let the fire burn to ward off any predators. The stench of blood and the lingering bloodlust and mana would keep most things away. He settled himself in a dozed off.

With the last of jin's strength he smiled and thought yes!!!

Day 37- I awoke the next day to find myself standing at two meters and 10 centimetres tall, I had grown a white spur of jogging pants for some reason. My skin has lightened to be the same colour as kanami's while my hair stayed the same red color unique to a fanalis. I had developed some tattoo on my back that looked like a red lion insignia that resembles the fanalis corp. neat!

I then heard some new skills { half martial lord physiology unlocked- true mana arts unlocked. Telekinesis, master CQC, Master Mana control, Master Mana senses, fanalis legs, bloodlust, fanalis howl and gold attraction acquired}. Knowledge of these skills filled my head and it awed me with what I can do.

I can use the force!!!!! Like push and pull through telekinesis. I tried using my mana to grab things before but now I can do it with ease. Though I'll need to train to understand how the grip works. I felt that I could move faster and shout louder but didn't. I could project my anger and bloodlust out as well. Hundreds of martial arts techniques are downloaded into my brain for both armed and unarmed combat.

My mana elements flow easier now but I don't think I can mix them yet. This is only a half evolution so I wonder what I'll be like once I reach full maturity. I do wonder about the extinct lord species bit though. Am I like an apostle lord now or something? I decided to return home to celebrate. In a moment of nerdiness I stretched my hand out towards my Saber left by the bedside. It rattled before flying into my hand and activating.

I then began moving like water as I used the staff mode, the twin blades mode and the single Saber mode. Finally I tried to project my mana through the blade like in one piece {cutting air skill gained}. I froze..... I need to cut steel next was my last thought before I dawned my clothes that were to short for me before and ran off leaving a crater.

Of course I used the force to pull my bag towards me but I didn't notice the three reptilian eyes gazing at me from the pool. One brown lizard, a clearly female albino lizard who wrapped her tail around the firsts and the last pair of eyes which belonged to a tan woman with a snake half. They then descend back into the water not making a sound.
