On the hospital bed.

They are losing their daily income as this continue but Pauline casually answered her with, " I already paid their full week salary and told them to take a rest too, which they gladly accepted. "

That answer from Pauline made Christina unable to continue persuading her.

That's was Christina's thoughts. She kept on complaining to her but deep inside, Christina felt really grateful to this newly found sister of hers. She knew that Pauline's doing this to support her; to at least lessen her burden by staying on her side and wait for Leon to wake up. Without even knowing when.

Although it's not logical, this action of hers really did moved Christina a lot.

" Mommy, let's hurry up. I want to see if Leon woke up already. " said Carla after arriving in front of the hospital.

But Pauline pulled her towards the nearby bench and took out a small gloves and a new face mask from her bag. " That won't do, Carla. You have to wear these things first, remember? "
