Nothing is going like I planned

It was going to be over anytime now! There were only five members left!

At least that's what Kaden thought. But the fourth wave came and went. So did the fifth wave. The last five members of the opposite team were still standing.

What the fuck was happening? Kaden growled indignantly. "Are you bastards high on something? How can you fight continuously for so long?" He shouted at a titan wolf as he hacked away the beast's health with every hit.

In this beast wave, the numbers were not that many but each and every single wolf was extremely powerful and sturdy. Their health bar did not budge without piling up many many hits.

Kaden was panting and wheezing. His minions also looked a little ragged. They had already reached their limits and were now running on fumes.

The other team did not look like they were going to quit anytime soon but he was definitely done for. Kaden grit his teeth, struggling as much as he could, dragging his body to do the deed.
