Do or Die!

[Elite Demonic Rabbit, Level 3]

Kaden licked his lips as he eyed his next target. This guy right here was the ultimate challenge to clear the horror mode of the beginner's dungeon.

It was extremely tough in all aspects, its stats completely overpowering any starting stat a player could have.

Countless players experienced their first death to this monstrosity and now the creature was glaring at him with its dark red eyes.

Everything about the rabbit was menacing and nothing was cute. No matter from what angle one looked at it, the creature was simply impossible to beat.

Its fur was sharp and spiky. Its legs and hands had bulging muscles that were a testament to its strength. One hit from these claws was enough to send a player out of the dungeon.

To be fair, the easy mode and the hard mode lacked this final boss.

So only those who willingly selected the horror mode were exposed to this true terror of a rabbit that should only appear in one's nightmare. It was right about this time when they started regretting their decision too.

Any player at this point was simply a second away from certain death. One swipe was enough to end the dungeon run.

But Kaden did not plan on letting that happen because he once again had a sure-shot strategy to win. So far his information had held true and there was no reason why this shouldn't.

He prepared himself and clutched the rock in his hand very tight, holding on for his dear life.

The next instant as the rabbit lunged toward him, screeching loudly, he jumped to the side at the same time. This was because this particular monster beast was actually somewhat blind in its right eye.

So essentially there was a huge blind spot for the boss on the right side. If one was able to take advantage of this, then they would be able to slowly bring down the rabbit.

However, this was easier said than done. Even with the blind spot, the creature was quite strong and agile and it was not like it wasn't aware of its blindness.

The second Kaden rolled to the right, the rabbit as well hopped accordingly and swung its body around so as to not lose track of its prey.

Kaden did not even have a chance to catch his breath. He immediately had to run to the new blind spot once again. Even a second delay would mean his death.

But how long could he keep this up?

After the third time, he started lagging behind. "Ughh. This sucks."

Kaden had watched this fight so many times in his previous life and he knew what to do next. It was just that it wasn't easy to accomplish it.

Thankfully, around his fourth attempt, he finally managed to make a mark. As he rolled to the right side of the giant rabbit again, he scratched one of his legs with his awesome rock.

At the end of the day, the beast was still not muscular enough to defend against the magic rock so it started bleeding lightly and this immediately brought down its reaction speed even if it was only a little.

Kaden was now able to more easily dash towards its right every time the rabbit turned around. Very soon, he was able to land a second hit as well.

He sliced the same leg and now it was bleeding from two places. The rabbit screeched even louder and it pounced on Kaden wanting to maul him left and right.

However, he once again disappeared to the right and landed another cut on the same leg.

Three cuts were enough to bring down the speed of the thing drastically and the rabbit's condition became worse.

There was now no stopping Kaden. He went berserk with the rock in his hand and now started attacking the stomach area on the right side.

Soon, there was blood everywhere and the rabbit became dizzy from jumping around here and there, still unable to catch its elusive prey.

And after a whole minute, it finally dropped dead.

"Damn! I really did it!" Kaden grinned. He let out a big sigh of satisfaction as several system messages flashed in front of him and he was whisked away from the beginner's dungeon.

The world around him darkened and the next instant, he found himself standing in the middle of a street, the newbie village, aka. the real starting point of the game.

Kaden was only used to seeing this place extremely crowded but right now there were just a handful of players here and there, still messing with their interface.

It looked like his skipping the introduction and the speed run through the dungeon was quite effective in bringing him here faster than the other players.

But more importantly, it was now time to check the rewards!

He ignored the surroundings and started going through the list of notifications that were still flashing brightly in front of him.
