38 Chapter 38 – Licking Wounds

On the back of Phoebe, Hoshiro and Merillion escaped the battle prior.

They flew back to Caldawn and there Merillion laid Hoshiro down to assess the damage done.

“Curago Arcanus!” Said Merillion to try to mend the wound, but the spell only stopped the bleeding and Hoshiro was still in pain.

The twisted face of Hoshiro upset Merillion to no end. She wanted to take the pain away, but did not know what she could do to help.

Hoshiro after a few moments, gathered himself and then used his imagination to animate an arm to replace the one he lost and with a circle being drawn, the arm manifested.

The replacement arm was made of liquid metal, and Hoshiro placed the arm to his stubble and let the neurons connect with the cool of the liquid metal.

“This should be a good enough replacement.” Said Hoshiro, still in pain.

The circulation and neurons at once melded with the created arm, then Hoshiro’s pain subsided. He stretched his left arm out in front of him and nodded.
