The heroes were elated that Phoebe was able to drive the clone to flee from his position.

With great relief, the real Hoshiro dismounted from his horse.

“Well…. That went well.” Said Hoshiro.

“Nice.” Said Larael.

“Did you see how he ran with his tail in between his legs? Hahaha.” Said Lance.

“That’s cause Hoshiro’s genious plan with Phoebe was super effective.” Commented Merillion.

“Don’t celebrate too early. We still don’t know how Caldawn is right now.” Said Galagon.

“You’re right. Come let us ride to the city and see what damage this clone has caused.” Nodded Hoshiro.

The party then rode with the phoenix towards Caldawn.

It took them several days to reach the capital, but nearing it, they were all of them surprised.

At the gates were human soldiers as well as orcs guarding the entrance.

In the distance, they can see trolls digging irrigation channels to the fields far from the city.
