21 Chapter 21 - The Clone

The heroes set foot for the next stronghold of the enemy, being Anarku.

On the horizon, Hoshiro is able to make out a familiar face.

Galdouga comes upon the company and asks for an audience.

“Why have you come hither?” Said Hoshiro.

“I bring word from the Demon Lord.” Replied Galdouga.

“Speak quickly, or I shall have your head.” Said Lance, his hand on his blade.

“Aye. My master would like a parley with the Hero. Alone. In his castle of Shadowmaine in the north.” Said Galdouga.

“Preposterous.” Said Lance. “Who would agree to that? That is suicide.”

“My Master has ordered his troops to stop advancing on the land and want to speak to the Hero alone.” Said Galdouga.

Hoshiro was dumbfounded as he was at a loss of words. It took a moment of respite for Hoshiro to come to terms with what was demanded of him.
