20 Chapter 20.

Motorcycle came out suddently from no where in high speed. It was drived recklessly and nearly bumped on Cacha. Keinichi subsconciously grabbed her shoulder and brought her to his embrace to protect her.

"What the hell ! " He yelled. His eyes were narrow as he saw the motorcycle went away. Eventough He was unable to see the face of the driver, the motorcycle was familar to him.

"Are you ok ?" He checked her hand, her shoulder and her body.

"I am ok. I was careless" She was abit shock.

"It was not your fault. Who ever drove it, his license needs to be review. Lets go"

He drove away from the car park. Just at the corner of the road, he saw a familiar car parked in a hidden place. He pretty much knew what was going on. He sneered inwardly and promised to work it out whether he had to punish those culprits or not.

While in side the ski rental shop, every one cheered happily.

"Well done"

"perfect plan. A knight protecting a princess"

"My service is ready at any time"

"I hope they have a happy ending soon"

After over an hour drive, Keinichi parked his car on a small bay on the side of the road "We are here". They both got off from the car and brought their backpack with them.

Keinichi frowned as he saw how clear the way to the water fall was where as the other small road were invisible under pile of snow. His sharp eyes easily saw familiar motorcycle and few cars parked further away, he shook his head helplessly.

He took his phone and called one of the culprits who were still celebrating. Once the other side answered, he yelled fiercely "Stop what you are doing. If you made us trapped here again. I promise you that I'll cut you all into pieces" and hung up without waiting for respond.

" Oniichan, is there something wrong ?" She asked. She understood that he was not happy at all. His mood made her a little scared of him.

Keinichi was very good controlling his emotion. In no time, he got his composure back. "Nothing . I am sorry, My subordinate made a mess."

He let a faint smile then the pointed at the small line " We need to walk from here. It is not accessible by vehicles. Let's go"

"Do you need to go back to fix the problem ?" She asked earnestly.

"Not really. I have warned them to make it right. Lets go" he let the way.

Cacha was a little stunned to see the foothpath was clear of snow while halfmeters snow was in both side "Is this small road often used ?"

He was impressed that she was able to smell something fishy even it was her first time there. "There is a shrine, villagers often come to pray" A legitimate excuse came out naturally from his lips. There was noway he would tell her the truth.

His eyes narrowed as he saw small movement behind the snow wall.

"What is that ? is there any wild animal here ?" Cacha saw it too.

"Nothing. Maybe some one cleans up snow over there" he swore under his breath, today he made so much excuses.

They continued to walk along the small path. At the end of the path, they needed to cross a small bridge. She only could see small stream of water under the bride, but she was sure that in other season, it should be small river.

"Be careful, it's slippery" he warned her.

Cacha nodded, she held the hand trail for extra precaution, while he walked behind her. She stopped in the middle of the bridge and took her camera to take some pictures.

Keinichi looked at the direction that she shot "is there anything intersting with frozen river ?".

Cacha smiled and explained "There is no snow in Sydney. So, this view is pretty much very interesting to me. I used to go to snowy mountain which is aroubd 6 hours drive with my siblings to during winters. It's mostly ski resort, not kind of nature village like this".

He nodded, it was reasonable for him.

"Hokkaido is so white" She added

"Yes, it's cold here on this season" he agreed.

15 minutes later, they finally arrived at their destination. Cacha gasped "oh my .. what a wonderful view.."

In front of her, there was a Waterfall was half frozen with very small amount of green plants that were still able to survive. From the top, Unfrozed water found it ways to go down, forming few small line of vertical stream. on the ground, the water flew through few small streams which some part of it was hidden underneat the snow.

"Fell free to walk around and admire the mother of nature. But, Don't go over the chain. It is a quite wide and deep river"

She nodded then she excitedly took a lot of shot.

Keinichi sat on a big rock that was clear from snow and admired the scene too. His eye frequently searced for her to ensure she was fine, subsconciously he let a smiled when he saw how exciting and happy she was. It was rare for him to meet a girl who enjoyed nature like him.

Cacha who was busy taking picture suddently aimed her camera to his direction. She was mesmerized by the scene, a handsome man in black in the middle of white. She eagerly took few shot in secret, after that she looked closer to her shot and grinned happily "Perfect, so beautiful".

"Yes, very beautiful" He agreed with her.

She giggled and turned off her camera before sat next to him "Mother of nature is very amazing"

He smiled "mm. here is also good in other seasons"

"Are you often come here ?" She asked

"New times"

Cacha blushed as she remembered her sneaky action. She stared at the stream to he would not see her red face when she notice the colour of water was blueish "the water, why is it bluish ?"

"Because of the mineral. In blue pond, you can even see it clearly. Do you want to have a look ?"

"Is it far away from here ?"

He saw his watch "If we left soon. we may arrive back to your place at 4"

"Do you have something to do ? I don't want to hold you again" She hung her head.

Keinichi really had no heart to see her disappointed face "It's nearly new year. Not that busy".

"Ok then. Lets go" Cacha mood was up.

He chuckled "Lets go this way", they took different route to go back.
