Break in it

A warm sensation came in electrifying contact with a cold cheek and Jay shot opened her eyes. She flinched and woke up surprised, realizing that she had been sleeping.

Innovative way of waking, too gentle for her likes. No call, no shaking or no roughness. Just a gentle touch with contrasting connection.

Ace took his time to pull back his palm when Jay had grasped herself. He had her trapped in a sudden eye-lock which continued for a moment. It was Jay to escape from his hypnotism and checked around the café. She must have slept long; it was stark empty except for them 2.

Ace fell back on his seat breaking the silence, "Are you one of those …...", he asked," ...who shocks up at sudden touches while sleeping?".

"Seems like", Jay started to sit up rubbing her eyes.

"And also, the ones who can fall asleep anywhere", Ace joked and laughed short. The girl's straight stare had nothing holding him from cracking humor. By the time, it has never been her intention to put up a cold face. She has also gotten used to his irritating her.

"You've got a chillstep playlist", saying she reached for her ears and found them bare," Where is it?", she looked questioningly at him.

"Took'em off when you fell asleep", Ace informed.

- Why is it so empty?'

- Done for the day. Owner had business, he left it in my care

- Why didn't you wake me up then?

- Your cheeks were all red while you slept. I liked it!

Ace hinted her that he's watching her sleep for a while now. She averted her eyes from his sudden strong dominant gaze, making her feel controlled beneath him. There is it! His serious flirtation. This form made her feel shaken sometimes. Its charismatic. She could only try to avoid it, but not escape it.

Not like anything helped, not it was right then.

Ace eyes were flashing in front of her, like a hallucination. They were so dark and intense. The blue shade seemed more piercing than before. It competed against her own. It was better to face the originals head on, than look away like a coward.

Ace passed a hell smirk. He rested himself on his fist, on the table.

- What's with the grin?

- Not much of a blank page anymore, huh?

- For the record, when was I ever?

- You sure don't see yourself like others do, pretty confidently.

- I don't try to at all.

- You're extremely unreadable, and mysterious. For only Normals.

- Am I?

- Care to explain, why would that brain fucked up brother of yours treat you such if he did understand you? He doesn't even lack the vast sight of education to know that your kind exists.

- But in the contrary, you're just topping yourself here.

- Exactly!

- What, proud? Or overestimated?

- It's satisfaction for me. And interest to look into you and read you.

- Is it something worth it?

- Only to me…...

- You can't the worth back, I'll warn you for a gambled waste.

- Don't worry about that. I'm surely getting my worth of service.

Jay's eyes opened curiously at the strange last line. It managed to send her to a thinking range. She tilted her head slightly as a gesture to it. Ace just hid his smile at her sincere eyes but resisted the request.

Jay had learnt to urge from him. She leaned a little and lifted her shoulders, pressing him to explain.

Ace dramatically covered his eyes from the front view provoking him. If let loose on her guard a little more, it would be pressurizing for him to push back his desires. Unlike Jay, he has managed to develop stable emotional balance in his mind with her around which gets sentient with her every unintentional move.

After all, he's a man in twenties. Manhood is bound to strike. Putting aside his manly work, he's almost like a normal.

A normal deranged person!

He has literally forced himself to hold back till the time and buy her trust completely. And it's a point of sand close.

If messed up now, it'll all be blamed to Jay. And the unfocussed eyed girl has no idea at all.
