19 chapter 19

"Ok I got it" Shreya said we all turned towards her, she walked to a coffee table that wasn't there before then she she touched the table and a pen and notepad appeared she wrote something on the pad then signaled me over, I looked towards my dad, who just nodded so with a deep breath I walked to her she handed me the notepad I read it, it had a date written on along with a time '31 October 23:30'

"That's around half an hour before you got your powers, once you say the spell that's where you'll end up, no one will be able to see you not even your other self, go in check it out, find the person your fathers are talking about once you find him you say another spell, that will bring you back, do you understand?" I nodded "good, here" she started to walk back to the podium, she took the notepad from me, she turned a page then wrote something down, she ripped out the page and gave it to me "this spell will bring you back to the present, don't lose it" she warned, again I nodded she nodded to "are you ready?" She asked I shook my head no she smiled "good luck" she whispered then hugged me. After a long hug she let go but held my arm she guided me to the couch and I sat down she went to the podium to get the book it was opened to a page that read 'spell to go to the past' Shreya moved away standing in front of me but at a distance I looked down at the book, I took a deep breath then let it out slowly I took the page with the date written on it and put that under the spell then read

"Remove the chains of time and space

And make my spirit soar

Let these arms embrace

A time that was before" (taken from 'charmed')

a gush of wind swept through the attic I had to put a hand out in front of my face as I couldn't see through this wind, I felt like I was in the middle of a whirlwind, soon as it came though the wind stopped, I took my hands away. I was still in the attic sat down on the floor, but the things were different the attic was empty of people, no one was here but me, the book was now closed sat on the podium, looking dusty, I stood up off the floor, realizing the couch I was sat on wasn't there anymore, I also realized that the coffee table was gone too, but luckily in my hand I still held the spell that would take me home I put it in my pocket and quickly walked to the door, I tried to hold the handle but couldn't, my hand went straight through as if I was a ghost 'let my spirit soar' was a line I remembered from the spell

"Damn it" I whispered "how am I suppose to get down to the party?" I went to bang my head on the door with my eyes closed, but my head didn't meet wood, I opened my eyes and looked up, I could see the stairs that lead to the attic I stood up straight, I was in the attic again looking at the door, I had an idea, I put my hand on the door and my hand went straight through, if my hand went through, maybe I would go through the door, it was worth a shot, so I put my hand up again in front of me then moved it closer to the door and luckily my hand went through the door, so with a smile I slowly put my whole body through once through I checked myself, to make sure I was 'all' there, I patted myself down on my face, once satisfied that I was complete I started to walk down the stairs I saw Shreya coming out of her bedroom I gasped and quickly hid behind the wall, then laughed at myself as I remembered Shreya had said no one would be able to see me so I moved from my hiding place and carried on downstairs.

The party was in full swing, I saw my past self talking to Arimas, I saw Blake and Ruby too, this place bought so many memories it bought tears to my eyes, it felt like so long ago, I soon sniffed and wiped my tears away, I was here to do something. I started looking around, I looked at all the people no one looked out of place I knew I should've brought a camera with me, camera, that's it James had said that this person had been taking pictures, all I had to do was look for someone with a camera and that would be easy as Shreya had strictly said no cameras and her guests would have respected her wishes, so I started looking again. I didn't realize how long I had been here until the music switched off and Shreya announced it was nearly time for me to get my powers.

(Do you guys remember at the end of chapter six I told you that I would explain what happened to Raven when she received her powers, at a later date? Well that time is now, this next paragraph is chapter six in more detail enjoy)

"Ok Raven the key is to stay calm" Shreya was telling my past self. My past self closed her eyes and started taking deep breaths, she was calm, but soon the clock struck twelve and she screamed holding on to her head Shreya was telling her to calm down. My other selfs hands started to shake there were sparks flying from her hands Shreya was holding her trying to calm her down. Arimas tried to hold her still but to no avail a ball of pure white energy formed in 'Ravens' hand and that ball hit Shreya on her arm Shreya screamed and let the other Raven go I covered my mouth with my hands as Arimas went to heal Shreya, she pushed him away

"Not now Arimas" she shouted Arimas held his hands up and moved away Shreya went to attend to 'Raven' again Mitch and Bella tried to help but they too failed sparks and energy balls were flying everywhere then Mitch slapped her, the screaming stopped, the energy balls stopped that made me gasp too. Raven calmed down and slowly came round, but from the corner of my eye I saw movement I turned to my left and saw a man he had a camera and he was holding it up like he was taking pictures he was slowly moving backwards towards the front door I followed him when he left the house, he left so quietly it was unbelievable, I followed him for a long distant he took many rights and lefts around the streets, he soon came to an old building, it looked as if it had once been a factory the front door and windows were boarded up but the man moved one of the planks from the door and went in, I followed able to go through like a ghost it was dark in there but I found I didn't need the light I could see clearly like it was day the man walked through many rooms then he came to a room that had red light there were many pictures hung around this room there were also many cameras and camera films there were many negatives and two trays that held water I soon realized this was a developing studio he opened his camera and took out the roll of film I decided I needed more information so I looked closely at the other pictures there were some pictures of me, Shreya, Arimas, Blake, Ruby, Mitch, Bella, even the Gild, mr Marcus, there were some people I didn't recognize, but I assumed they were all immortal beings, who was this man?, and why did he have all these pictures? What did he do with them? I decided Shreya would know better so I decided to leave and go back to the future (hey like the movie, I'm Marty McFly) I made my way out of the factory and back to the house.

When I got back people were partying and so was the other Raven I left them as they were and made my way upstairs to the attic I sat on the floor where I had 'woken up' and took out the spell from my pocket, this spell would take me back

Go Forward Into Time Spell

Hear these Words

In my mind

I send to you

This burning sign

Then my future self

I'll Find

In another place

And time (from 'charmed, re worded a little)

The whole attic, again, filled with wind I had to, again, cover my face, it felt like I was in the middle of a whirlwind, can you guess what happened next, that's right as soon the wind came, it disappeared I uncovered my face, I gasped to find Shreya, and Skylar in front of me I sat up realizing I was sat on the couch I laughed, I jumped up and shrieked happily, I hugged Shreya and Skylar at the same time

"It worked, I'm back" I said moving away from them, "boy am I happy to see you"

"See us? You were only sleeping for five minutes" Skylar told me I was confused I was gone for more than that

"It would've been longer for Raven she went through time" Shreya clarified."ok what did you find out?" Shreya asked.

"there was a man there, he took pictures of me receiving my powers sorry about that by the way, then he left, I followed him to an abandoned factory" I told them

"can you remember where?" Shreya asked, I nodded "great, let's go" she said before starting to leave.

"wait" Shreya stopped as I called her "its pretty far, we should blink" I announced Skylar looked confused and Shreya nodded ok so I held Skylars hand with my left hand and I held shreyas hand with my right, I then imagined the outside of the factory, knowing that if the man was there he would see, which I didn't want, even though I knew he knew too much, we blinked outside the factory, the entrance and Windows were still boarded up. Shreya and Skylar let go of my hands Skylar seemed ok as I let her go

"are you okay?" I asked her she nodded I shrugged then joined Shreya who was standing facing the factory

"are you sure this is the right place?" she asked, I nodded, I walked to the entrance then looked for the plank the man had removed, I removed it with ease and signaled the others to go in, once they were in I went in to.

The place looked different now that it looked dark. I made my way to the dark room where I had seen the pictures, I allowed my high hearing to listen to any sound but no sound came from the developing room so I went to open the door but it was locked

"damn it, its locked" I announced Skylars shoulders sagged but Shreya used her brain

"I'm a witch, let us three be past this door into the room on the other side" as she said that we appeared into the dark room I smiled

"cool" I exclaimed Shreya just smiled before looking around the room. The pictures were all there, although there were now some new ones, there was also one of uncle Tony, which hadn't been there before

"who are you?, what do you want?" Shreya asked under her breath.

We checked out the whole factory. There was a bedroom in this factory too which meant this man slept here, so we decided to wait for him, we found a room where all the walls were filled with pictures of different beings. you couldn't even see the colour of the walls. We decided to wait for him in the bedroom, knowing he had to come sooner or later as he slept here.

We played Simon says, and I spy, and hide and go seek we were tired, we had been here for five hours but the man hadn't come, it was now dark out.
